I have a a 27 year old Doublewide that needs some major work. I was going to demo the whole thing and buy another one but they have gotten really expensive these days. Since this place was paid for I decided to just remodel this one inside and out. After I had it leveled I needed a roof. Life Style Roofing gave me a very competitive price and the work they had to do was challenging.. Years of leaks left rotten roof panels and the fascia was rotted to the point you could see the sub-fascia underneath. Years of neglect took it's toll. Courtney's crew took it in stride and repaired everything. Including the roof, fascia and soffits. They did an incredible job in a very short period of time and I was surprised the cost was as low as it was. The crew was professional and accommodated our family as we came and went on a daily basis. With the new roof and fascia, this place looks better than when we bought it. Thank you so much Gary Eller! We were so impressed with your crew that repaired damaged roofing and installed new 50 year shingles! Courtney was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They were all friendly and engaging with us, answering questions we had during the process. They respected our property in the way the handled the materials they took off the roof by putting down tarp and moving the dumpster around, cleaning up every day, even using a magnet to find nails and a blower to keep our concrete clear. They were on time every day and worked until dark. Even their lunch break was like clockwork, never wasting a moment of work time. I noticed just because I was at home so that really was impressive, and not expected. The work they do is really hard on their bodies but they all worked together like a well-oiled machine. The little things really matter and set you apart like putting shingles on the ridge vent so it looks like part of the house. Overall, Steve and I both agreed they were more professional than any crews we’ve seen or heard of before. I’m so thankful I found you in my Google map search. I have a steep roof and Gary has a steep roof crew that performed the job in 2 1/2 days with excellent results. They stripped my old roof, repaired several places with water damage, installed new felt paper, and a lifetime shingle that has a 130 mph wind speed warranty coverage. The clean-up was great and I found their professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness excellent. Gary will make sure your needs are met to your satisfaction. Top Notch Professionals! Life Style Roofing represented among the highest level of service I have experienced. I was looking for a contractor for my roof for over a year. Each time I thought I was close after visiting Georgia to meet with a prospect, the contractor fell through, either on pricing or reliability. In one instance, I was completely ghosted after the person came by and inspected the roof. I did an area search online and found Life Style Roofing. They had an excellent rating and after reading their website, I was interested in contacting them. Mr. Eller not only provided me the quotes I asked for, but he also spoke to me specifically about the pros and cons of both roof types (asphalt and metal). It also confirmed my belief that the other contractors, I had spoken to, misrepresented their product or service. After some additional research, I found his Information accurate, responses to my queries turned around very fast, answers clear, and where necessary, detailed enough for me to make an informed decision. It was extremely important for me, since this was going to be a remote project activity. Once I accepted the contract terms, the process was seamless. Mr. Eller told me when the work would begin and provided pictures, while work was in process and after the work was completed. Even when additional work was needed (because of unforeseen damage), Mr. Eller was upfront in the communication with the details and photos. Even with the additional work needed, everything was kept on track and his team finished on time and within the final budget he presented. I work with many contractors for my job in my home state, and for me, not having to be on-site, this was by far one of the best project experiences and quality jobs I have seen. Right now is a very busy time for all companies, but these guys made it out here in 3 days!!! They worked super hard, nonstop for 2 days and the clean afterwards was absolutely fantastic. They worked miracles on my roof and even painted some wood they replaced around the roof. Outstanding company and amazing customer service!! The crew was very nice, professional but also friendly. They all greeted us with smiling faces everytime we came outside. And Mr. Gary was absolutely fantastic! I am so very pleased with the job they've done! 10/10

This is the worst roofing job you can ever imagine. Cost me $ 20,000. Warning the work is Horrible and company is a nightmare!!! Run away Nothing is like the website. Gary / Lifestyles is and had unprofessional put on a roof of a burned house without replacing burned support beams. 2 wrong cheap roofs put on in the rain. Overpriced roof with cheap scrap materials. Gary put what he wanted on my roof and charged me for the upgraded roof. Gary Demanded payment for a unfinished roof with no inspection for months.Yes months . Avoid Sherriff to be subpoena for months. Refuse to fix or change horrible work. Roof put on in a rainy weekend to avoid code enforcement. The laborer said “he had the permit in his phone but he lost his phone on the roof.”Only 1 permit pulled after 2 roofs put on. Both roofs are wrapped with waves and are falling apart after first rain.Incomplete no facial boards, wrong roofs. Roof structure torn off without permission. Nails left everywhere. Horrible clean up. The worst new roofs I have ever seen. You might as well do it yourself .Service: Roof installation

I had a roof leak that went undetected for a few years. I only found it when I discovered rotten wood on the porch area of my home. I called Life Style Roofing to come and inspect my roof and tell me what needed to be done. Right away a crew was sent out to do the repairs. Everyone was courteous and diligent. They even covered my shrubbery so that they wouldn’t get damaged. When the job was complete, they cleaned up behind themselves. Through out the whole process, the owner, Gary Eller kept me informed of what was being done and when to expect the crew to be at my house. I am a satisfied customer and will gladly recommend Gary Eller and Life Style Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof or a repair.
