Had a fantastic experience from start to finish! Needed some items completed from an inspection to sell my house, and Samantha couldn’t have been any friendlier or more helpful. You don’t find many people like her anymore; she was amazing. Additionally, Joaquin and his team were great. They were able to knock the scope of multiple items out in one day, and I was very happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend Castle to anyone needing any work done!

I had a minor, yet inconvenient, leak in my bathroom ceiling. I called Castle Roofing at 7 p.m. on a Friday, and by 9 a.m. on Saturday I had a technician at my home! Upon their arrival two gentleman introduced themselves, and asked me about my concerns and politely asked if they could come inside to inspect. Once they finished inside they then went on to the roof to inspect it as well. When they were done they knocked on my door to explain what they saw, and they even reconnected me with the Office Manager, Samantha, so we could set expectations on the next steps. Not only did they address my concern, but they actually found a few other things I knew nothing about! Even better they gave me the choice to only take care of my original issue, or to take care of everything! I knew already based on the visit, and the fair price that I would use Castle Roofing for my repairs, but to top it off, as promised, Samantha called me 15 minutes after my appointment ON THE DOT to go over my estimate, and to make sure I was comfortable with the repair plan! The communication was by far THE BEST I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANY COMPANY!!! They stood by their word every step of the way, made sure I was informed and comfortable during whole project, and I will recommend Castle Roofing to anyone who will listen! Thank you to this AMAZING TEAM!

We hired Castle Roofing to repair/replace the siding and trim on our 22 year old home. Over all, the experience was so good we hired them twice! The communication was VERY good and I really liked how responsive they were.The quality of the estimation was good, though after reviewing the work done, we thought the crew could have recommended a few more fixes. Please understand, these were not areas that were in desperate need of repair. But they were areas that I might have asked them to fix had I noticed them earlier. I had pointed out the really bad places that I knew about and they did point out a few extra places, but I think they missed a chance to go even further. Again, they didn't do anything wrong, but they could have recommended a little more.The quality of the work itself was excellent. All the repairs and paint matching were very good and we are quite happy with the results!There is one thing I think the crew could have done better:Clean-up. It's normal in any job to have nails, chunks of wood, and other trash hit the ground. It's also normal to have paint and sealant smudges on nearby surfaces. They did clean up some but didn't quite get it all.In the end, Castle Roofing provides excellent work. 2 days of work including all materials was ~$7500. Money well spent.In my earlier review, I said we would hire Castle Roofing again and we just did!After reading my review, Castle contacted me and asked if they could come and handle the clean-up they missed. No charge. I said "sure!" While the crew was here, I asked them to look at those other places I noticed. They gave me a fair estimate and I hired them to do that work too. I recently hired Castle to perform roof repairs on my home. I let them know I needed the repairs ASAP. Castle got a technician out the same day I called for an estimate and they scheduled the work for 5 days later. This sort of turnaround is unheard of! Not only did they address my repair, they also performed extra minor maintenance at no additional charge - replaced 4 shingles and tightened down some air ducts on my roof.The before and after pics are below. As you’ll see they do an immaculate job.The price point on my repair project was very competitive, and well worth it for the excellent service they provide.I hope I don’t need to perform roof repairs anytime soon, however when and if I do - Castle is going to be my first and only call.This is an exceptional organization from top to bottom. I’m pleased with Castle Roofing. They were prompt getting out to my house at the scheduled time. They identified issues related to our roof leak, as well as other issues related to house construction that would likely lead to additional leaks. Our house is five years old.They were able to schedule and make repairs quickly before additional rains. I was unable to get comparison quotes because other companies would not have been able to get out to my house Carraleast a couple of weeks. My Castle Roofing associates were Luis and Juan. If the repairs made do not resolve my roof leak, I’d update this review.

TL;DRThorough and speedy work, outsourced communications suck.I needed some repair to my siding. Out of the 3 companies I called, Castle's pricing was in between and they were open to negotiations👍.I had to follow-up with Samantha the office agent to get my estimate... After that, any communication was done through some crummy outsourced call-center which only collected my information and told me another person would contact me back because THEY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING!! 🙄😑😮‍💨The roofer came by 2 hours late, but did a good job on the house! 😃It took him 4 hours to replace the siding, add flashing, and add storm shield. Person had to run to get paint after I told him I didn't have any... If I'm spending a couple of hundreds I'm expecting you to bring all the material. 😐Overall not the perfect experience but good enough compared to what's out there. Most important thing is that they're insured. BTW they only take payment through bank transfers... No credit card. Bummer, I want my points. 😬

The team at castle arrived early and identified the issue with a roof vent. Juan submitted the info needed for a quote, and they were able to complete the work quickly. They replaced the damaged board and installed the new vent and shingles. The team did an excellent job, and I would recommend them for anyone needing roofing expertise.

Castle Roofing and technician Jose’ were great. They were professional, timely, reasonably priced and honest about the roofing repairs and did not try to sell me a new roof, only quoted the repairs that were needed above the master bathroom leak. The roof was only 1.5 years old. They were able to do the repairs the same day I received the quote online and authorized the work. Jose didn’t even collect payment from me after the work was completed and then an invoice was sent to me online for credit card payment. Easy, efficient, and organized. Samantha was knowledgeable and helpful over the phone with any questions or information. I will definitely be using Castle again for the roof repairs needed on my deck.

This visit was for replacing the roof leaking over the deck addition that the prior owner installed improperly. Castle Roofing is honest and reliable with fair pricing.
