We had a great experience with Eclipse Roofers. I would highly recommend this company and their team for your roof and gutter work.We had the roof replaced due to weather damage caused by a storm. I'd never dealt with an insurance company for a claim like this before and wasn't sure what to expect. Richard was knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. We ended up needing more materials and work than originally expected to bring the roof up to current building codes. He took care of communicating with the claims adjuster and provided all the information needed to keep things moving forward.It rained on the day of demo. The team made sure to cover everything properly and no water entered the house. Once the rain stopped they completed the demo, roof installation, and clean up in just a couple of days. Our roof is not standard shaped so this was impressive and showed good planning of materials and labor. Dan was on-site the entire time and personally inspected all the work done. He made sure every nail was cleaned up from around the property and left over material was removed when completed.In addition to the roof, we had screens placed on the gutters as well. This was an out of pocket expense but handled just as easily with the Eclipse Roofers team. We are happy with the new roof and gutter screens. Good quality work with quality materials. Call them for a quote. It will be worth your time to give them a chance.

Roofing Superheroes: Saving Roofs and Stealing Hearts!I never thought I'd say this about a roofing company, but these guys are like the Avengers of roofs! When we were in the intense due diligence phase of buying my mom's house, these caped crusaders swooped in faster than a speeding bullet to check out the roof. Not only were they quick and efficient, but they were also as honest as your grandma's apple pie recipe.Their recommendations were like golden nuggets of wisdom, and they fixed everything with the precision of a ninja master. Plus, they're not just skilled professionals, they're genuinely nice guys. I half-expected them to break into a roof repair-themed stand-up routine, they're that amazing!But jokes aside, they kept the place cleaner than a germaphobe's dream and left us feeling like we'd just made friends with the coolest crew in town. After our roof was severely damaged by strong wind in March 2023, we tried to find a roof company to have an emergency service. We researched on Google and contacted Mr. Roof and Andes Roof, but they did not have any available time till in the mid‐April. Luckily, Eclipse was able to make arrangement to perform the emergency service 3 days later. Thus, we contracted Eclipse to perform the job of roof restoration and gave the authorization to Mr. James Reynolds, the president of Eclipse, for dealing with our homeowner insurance company regarding the roof restoration. The time for process of claim was longer than we expected due to the toughness of the insurance company and Mr. Reynolds had made great effort to fight for us to get what the insured homeowner deserves although the insurance company was finally agreed on most of the items needed for a new rood replacement project.The job of new roof placement was well done. The workers in this company work very hard and they worked until 9:30 pm in order to complete the job on that pretty windy day. Excellent interaction!These gentlemen are professional and easy to talk to. They arrived on time for all appointments. Scott made shingle selection very easy. Trusted Claims Adjuster, Christian, handled all interactions with the insurance company. He successfully filed the claim and facilitated handling the insurance company payments.Orlando and crew arrived on the day the roof was to be replaced, the crew got the old shingles removed promptly. And the roof prepared for the new shingles. They persevered and inspite of a surprise rain storm which lasted about 45 minutes, they finished the roof in one day.There was a small issue with the A/C unit which had not been turned off. They worked hard to get the unit working again and they even got an HVAC specialist to get the problem resolved. Overall we were very pleased with Eclipse Roofers!
