The roof has leaked at our restaurant for years. We had at least three highly-rated roofing companies come out to repair the leak, but it always returned. Last year, we hired two top local commercial roofing companies, but had the same result. The roof leak remained.Last November, Georgia Roofing was working on the roof next to ours. As I was walking in the front door, a voice shouted down that he could see where water was penetrating our roof. “Want me to fix it?” he asked.I explained that several roofing contractors had attempted to repair the roof leak and that two extremely reputable roofing company owners told me that the leak could not be fixed! The claimed that not every leak can be fixed, sometimes the only solution is a new roof. The Georgia Roofing guy laughed at this and shook his head. “I love repairing roofs that my competition claims cannot be fixed!” he said.He proposed proving himself first. He suggested that he patch the roof today free of charge. But after the next heavy rains prove that his repair was successful, he would collect his money. I had nothing to lose, so how could I refuse?Metro Atlanta saw record heavy rainfall last month (January 2020), and I am thrilled to report that the roof repair held! I truly could not believe it! How could so many well-respected large Atlanta roofing companies be unable to repair our roof leak? Two of the highest rated roofers convinced me that my leak could not be fixed under any circumstances. Only a total roof replacement would end the leak. If you ever hear anything like this, call this company before you pull out your checkbook!I heartily recommend this impressive and accomplished roofing company!
