We have had a wonderful experience throughout the whole process. Stephon was wonderful to talk to and went through and explained the whole process to me, he was patient to answer any questions or concerns that I had with everything. Then Carlos stepped in to help with walking us through the actual roof replacement process, the cost, how things would work out, scheduling, picking a color, etc. They were all very organized and had the equipment ready. They all returned calls and texts in a quick manner. We never felt like we were waiting around for someone or having to check in on the process. They had everything covered so well. Very great company. They came in and got me approved for a brand new roof. The high quality shingles make all the difference in appearance of my house. ImproveIT! of Atlanta was the absolute BEST. Literally from start to finish everyone that I had contact with was GREAT. The customer service rep. Sonja, was always very polite and extremely accommodating with setting up different appointments times due to death in my family, making payments, answering multiple questions, etc. My roof inspector Stephen throughly explained in detail the damages to my roof. They handled everything with my insurance and I didn’t need to do anything. Daniel was timely coming prior to his appointment time to meet with my insurance just to let me know what to expect . He was extremely informative when I had a gazillion questions, which I appreciate. The staff and most importantly the service at ImproveIT gets an A+ in my book.

The professional treatment starts at the office with Ms Sonia. She knows everything you gonna ask and calmly explains the process. You gotta pay but at least she makes you happy about giving up the money. The workers were fast. I can’t remember their names but I remember Ms Sonia helping me and encouraging me through the insurance process.

The people at ImproveIT! of Atlanta, especially Sonja, have been extremely responsive to my needs. The technician was very prompt and did the drone inspection of the roof, gave me a verbal report before he left. Sonja then sent a .pdf of the report with the pictures taken during the drone inspection for my records and to forward on to the insurance company. Terrible customer service, and they damaged a 20 year old Japanese Maple tree and told me that they're not responsible for any damage to the landscaping. They put that in the contract that you sign, but they don't point that out to you when they're selling you a new roof. My mistake. I didn't read the whole contract. Now my new roof is leaking and I called to have it fixed, two weeks went by and I had to call them back and I was told that they thought someone had been out to my house. They haven't been back to fix my roof yet. I definitely don't recommend this roofing company. I'm very sorry that I hired them. Update. They came out and repaired the leak. So far, I haven't seen any more water. I still wouldn't hire this company again because my roof leaked so soon after installation. I just hope that I don't have any more problems going forward.

Daniel was my advisor and walked me through the entire process of getting my roof replaced. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions that I had. Sonja in the front office was also extremely helpful. The contractors did a great job on my roof. The only issue that I ran into was that the roof was not complete in one day like I was told and I had to inquire on the completion They did come back the next morning to finish everything up. Starting with Fred McDuffie who impressed me with his sale tactic. Javier Zamora who came to my home and at the time he said that he would be there. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional. He explained the company's process in details. I thought I would be working with him until another very pleasant gentleman came to my door. That gentleman's name was Daniel Correa. He was awesome. Daniel coordinated everything between my insurance company and Improve It Of Atlanta. He made the process so smooth and everything worked out exactly like he said it would. I was very impressed. I want to compliment Daniel also on the communication between myself and him. Whatever I did not understand I could call or email him. He responded promptly. He did not hesitate to explain my questions or concerns in detail.
