I cannot recommend Roofing Done Wright more highly. I had spoken with other contractors and was worried. I mentioned this to a friend and they highly recommended Roofing Done Wright. From the first interaction the bar was so much higher. Dave Gasser was professional, kind, and handled all matters.I have a very large roof and the install could not have gone more smoothly. They brought a crew of 33 people who worked so hard, yet I could tell they were having fun and enjoying themselves. Dave mentioned they have worked together for years. They covered my pool and landscaping and there was zero damage. Communication, clean-up, professionalism and execution was perfect. I had a pleasurable experience and who can say that when getting a new roof. You can't go wrong with Roofing Done Wright!

I highly recommend Roofing Done Wright. Should we need to have roofing repaired in the future, we won't hesitate to call on them again. The work, communication, and finished product were great.In 2014 we had to have a new roof put on because of hail damage. It was an awful experience that dragged on for months. Because of this I was completely distrusting of roofing companies. In 2023 we found ourselves in need of roofing repair again, because of extensive hail damage. A friend I trust recommended Robert Hamilton at Roofing Done Wright. Robert came to do a free inspection, and unlike my past roofer, did not require me to sign any contracts up front in order to get a review. I explained to Robert the horrendous experience we had had in the past and warned him of my immense distrust for roofing contractors. He completely understood, and was very patient with explaining how his company was different.In the end, Robert helped navigate and coordinate with my home insurance company, was prompt on follow-through and updates, and unlike our last experience, the old roof was off, and the new roof was on... in one day. It was so professional.On top of this, we needed some soffit and fascia repair, as well as replacement of all siding on our exterior chimney. Robert provided us with several quotes for repair options. The work was pretty extensive, and Robert's team had it all completed in 2 days. Once again, Robert's communication was consistent, and he was here at our home to supervise the completion of the work and make sure that we were completely satisfied.Unlike my first go around with roofing repair, this time around it was stress-free. He was kind, personable, thorough and professional. He gave me a clear and honest take on the situation, when other companies had tried to inflate my issues. Shortly after his visit, I received a detailed estimate that I felt was more than fair. Jack got me on the schedule quickly. The crew that came did an excellent job, not only on my roof repair and maintenance, but also made sure that my property was thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. Dave G. and his team were fantastic, prompt, and very professional. They’re honest, hard-working, and a very thorough group of folks. Dave was able to work us into his schedule and less than 2-weeks, we had a new roof. Clean-up after completing the job was also great…I found a total of 5 nails; it was almost like they weren’t even there. Very impressed with the work done by Jonathan Holiday and his crew at Roofing Done Wright. We had major storm damage and Jonathan provided the claims adjuster's request per Farmer's requirements. They did a phenomenal job with my roof. Andrew was very professional and guided me through the whole process. The roof got replaced in half a day and they did an incredible job with cleanup(No nails!!). Andrew was very thorough and even was with the project manager to make sure things were done right according to our conversations.It's been 4 months now and although we've been some heavy rain, it washed right off the roof with not one leak. I definitely recommend this company especially if working with insurance

Our insurance broker of 9 years recently recommended Robert and his company for a roof inspection due to suspected hail damage. Robert's communication was top notch from my first correspondence, and he kept me well-informed prior to my inspection visit.I have some previous experience in having roofs replaced and submitting claims with my insurance company. It's not something I take lightly. Robert was the second company to inspect my roof in a two-week period, and he was very honest about the possibility of our insurance provider approving our potential claim. He was unlike the other company who was anxious for us to sign a contract before showing me the inspection results (which I did not sign). Maybe 20% of roofers truly have your best interest. Robert and Roofing Done Wright is definitely one of them. If you need a roof repair or potential replacement, definitely make Robert one of your calls for an estimate. You will be glad you did.

It was evident from our roof inspection that Roofing Done Wright had vast experience in the roofing industry. Their assessment pointed out many issues missed by others that will invariably save us money down the road. In addition, we found their pricing to also be very competitive. ROBERT is a rockstar! I had been struggling with my roof that had a leak and had a few other companies give me quotes. I’m a first time homebuyer and these other companies tried to scam me by quoting me over 50k for a simple roof repair . I was about to give up but decided to give roofing done wright a try. I was reluctant at first because of my bad experiences with other roofers until I met Robert. He arrived on time and quickly went to work. He made sure everything was checked out and he spared no square inc of my roof then told me the actual problem I had and even helped me understand the market before fixing the problem. He was full of positive energy and removed all anxiety I had about roofing companies. He made my day. Mr. Hall (Robert) has mastered customer service. No other company will give you this level of honesty and work ethic. The fact that Robert decided to inform me as opposed to scam me was truly worthy of admiration. Kyle and his team were fantastic! He came out and took the time to show me all materials used to do the job right! He provided provided me two quotes to tailor to both the needs of my home and considering my financial situation. He sent me photos as the team was working on the job to show me exactly what was going on woth my roof. He stayed in touch through the whole job to ensure I knew what was going on as they were working. Both men who came out to work were professional and courteous. They had gotten the job done within the day! His company guarantees satisfaction! If you have any issues you are covered with their warranty! I had roofing done wright come out and do a free estimate. They found a lot of damage, and showed me the photos of all damage. Blake Ralston, was a huge help. He was extremely helpful and walked me through everything with the insurance. He should up before the crew even got here to start the roof to let me know if I needed anything that he was here for me and my family. I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Roofing Done Wright. I was getting bids on a roof repair for my neighbor who was out of town to fix a leak. The first company I met wanted to replace the whole roof and then I met Kyle who sent up his drone and gave me pictures of the problem and a bid on what it would cost to repair the problem with the chimney. He was prompt, courteous and reasonable on his pricing and got the work done the next week. He even sent pictures of the finished work for me to see. Kyle Kerns has been a great help in the process of getting our roof replaced. He communicated efficiently every step of the way and ensured we were getting top quality materials for the project. Jonathon was extremely easy to work with, we had them come in to look at one spot and they found roof rot and a leak that we didn’t know about until he showed us.
