Need a zero star. The owner, Kendall, has no respect for his customers. I got my roof done 2 years ago. The first day after they were so-called done, there was old roofing and nails left in my yard and on my front porch for me to clean up. It was never finished. I have been calling and still nothing. My roof is falling apart. I sent pictures. They sent people out to my house a few times, and the job is still not done. They sent a crew out who did absolutely nothing but drink beer and throw the beer cans all over my yard. I called him on Tuesday to see what he was going to do and how we could get this resolved. He was very angry. His response was, "You ain't getting nothing. Do what you gotta do. I'm not doing any work for you and called me the N word." Then he hung up. He was very rude. So please don't waste your money.

The process with Sunrise Roofing was an excellent and extra ordinary experience. I must say that Will was excellent, professional, he had great customer service, he was patient, helpful, quick to respond and he advocated for me when my insurance company was dragging their feet to cover everything I needed covered. He was my contact person before the project started and made sure everything was sorted out and in place. When the project started I encountered Chad and Brandon and were great as well, patient, professional, helpful . Even when I had to complete my payment Teresa was great and professional, good conversation. I can’t even begin to say how impressed I was with tran that came to the house to complete the work, they were quick and the job they did was beautiful. I feel like I am in a new home. The new vanities, the new shower tiles, new flooring, patched all the holes in wall, and ceiling and painted them. Work was beautiful. I would refer anyone to Sunrise Roofing and if I have any projects to complete I will definitely contact them.

I highly recommend this company. They explained the hail damage from the past year and called my insurance company with me to initiate a claim. Once the job was scheduled, they arrived at the expected time and completed the job in one day.The foreman explained everything as the day progressed and they left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. I recently had a major water leak in my kitchen, and Sunrise Roofing did an excellent job with all the repairs. They installed beautiful new floors, cabinets, countertops, and backsplash. The owner, Kendall Holmes, was very easy to work with and was always available anytime I called. He also worked with my insurance company throughout the claim process. I am very pleased with the end result. I would recommend Sunrise Roofing to handle any projects needing renovations or repairs. They will take great care of your home.

Could not review them on the email for reviews that they sent me so I'm doing it here. Great job, finished in just over 7 hours and it looks awesome. Don't have a complaint other than wish I could have kept the leftover wood. Thanks Candace, Frederico, and team for helping out. Will be using y'all for gutter replacement. Just give me time to save. All I can say is wow! Like super quick turn around, entire roof replaced and cleaned up in 1 day!I have to say my AMAZING contact for all things Sean Keenon got me in contact with Sunrise. We got photos and worked with insurance. Great communication by text, phone, email. Throughout the process!Would recommend again and again.And we did use this company not sure why Google is saying no?

I simply cannot say enjoy great things about Sunrise Roofing. They showed up on time every time. They competed the job in record time. They were not the cheapest and were 1/3 less than the most expensive. They left the place spotless and the roof looks magnificent. Had an issue with a leak, sunrise came out and did an inspection. Come to find out it was holes in my chimney brick grout! Kendall sent a man out and not only did he find the problem, he plugged some of the holes for me with silicone. It wasn’t the roof after all! They went above an beyond what I expected! Trust your roofing needs to Sunrise!

Sunrise Roofing does more than roofing. They restored our bathroom after water damage from a slow leak over time. Will and Chad are phenomenal! They were very professional, responsive, and informative. I knew what was happening every step of the way. All of the staff I engaged with made me feel that they cared about my needs and concerns. They stayed within the budget and provided modern and classy options to choose from. Looking at our bathroom, it looks like nothing happened. Oh my not sure where to begin with this matter. We ended up having a leak in our home and we were referred to this company by word of mouth. So went with the company around Nov 10 2023. signing paper work to have new flooring placed down in our kitchen and living room along with base boards. So here I am calling the project manager about a week after signing due to him telling me in my home this is a very small project and we most definitely can have your floor replaced by Thanksgiving. So here i am calling the project manager we were assigned to for updates on the project.. The old project manager stopped answering my calls and text no one from the office thought to call me or my husband and say oh the old project manager is not with the company any more lets assign you another one. I literally had to call the office and find out The old project manager was not with the company any more and a lady provided me another project manager number and stated he would be able to assist me. When I called the new project manager Ap he was unaware of my project and not told i was calling or anything so I literally had to explain everything all over to him which the office should have done and updated him and there the ones running a business!! Here it is December 22nd 2023 and our floor still has not been replaced we ended up paying the cancelation fee as of today and going with a big known company that will have us squared away after Christmas with a fast turn over time frame. This definitely was not a company for us. We played phone tag trying to make a down deposit on the project even though we were not pleased with the company. After being lied to by a old project manager..I am glad for the phone tag that interfered..That just told us take our insurance claim else where that values the customer. I am all about professionalism and this company dropped the ball..Poor Lack of communication all the way around from the employees to the owner who really could care less his floor isnt looking a wreck so why should he give a care. I get sometimes you may not know the time frame on orders for projects and thats completely fine. Just make sure your employees are aware to never give estimated dates if they are uncertain when a project will begin..This company rubbed me and my husband wrong from the start. Definitely do better with your company guidelines, communication or whatever you may call it!! A major HEADACHE UNBELIEVABLE in so many ways!!Very unprofessional owner is texting me being very unprofessional. I have never dealt with anything like this in my entire life with a company. I am entitled to write my review on my EXPERIENCE of my truth ..no lies ..or slanderinging a company. Let along did we get a apologize from owner or anyone at this so called company!

We had some roof damage and a friend referred us to Sunrise. Called Justin and started the process. We are really happy with the quality and after all this rain over the past couple weeks, we couldn't be more grateful. Justin was great to work with, the project coordinator on the day of the job was also excellent, and the guys were in and out in a day and kept our yard reasonably clean. We definitely have a much better roof than what was originally on the house. It was actually a pretty good experience. We were in desperate need for a roof and these guys came through.

My experience with Sunrise Roofing was excellent. They came on time and completed my roof service within a day. The workmanship and quality of the job was perfect. I love my new roof. They were all professional. Gary the sales representative was excellent, he sold the service and work and I’m happy that made my contract with them. Marcus was also excellent at overseeing the entire project and making that I was fully satisfied with the service. Sunrise was fast to respond to my email I quiry and quick to come out and i.spevt my roof. The technician they sent out was on time and was through in explaining to me any issues found with my roof. Fortunately we don't need a whole replacement and the tech stated he would quote me one but there was no need as I probably have 5-6 more years left before replacement. Hard to believe he said this and did not try to push a new roof on us. I appreciate the honesty.
