We contacted U Name It Roofing after seeing their ad in a local paper. We had contacted several other roofers, but no one ever even called us back. These folks are the real deal. Garrett and Laura (his Mom …family owned business) are very polite and professional. Garrett answered all my questions and his staff did a great job on the roof and cleaned up very good after the service. The staff was very professional. I would recommend if you need a new roof to call Garrett at U NAME ROOFING. Also, my neighbors have used him and was very pleased as well. This is a HONEST business. My husband and I are senior citizens and it’s hard to find good honest people… thank goodness for Laura and Garrett. Laura is very nice and set up an appointment for someone to come out and give me an estimate for a job. Unfortunately, they never showed up. I even left work early to be here for them. After I called them, they advised me that the business doesn’t do handyman work anymore and they probably wouldn’t have gotten to the job anyway. That information up front would have been nice.

Called them up to get my house siding redone, a door installed, and a back porch. They came out, took some pictures and then told me they would get back with me. 2 weeks go by and they never called. I've called up there several times and no one answered. I left messages for a return call and they never called back. Note, you should never have to chase a construction company down to get them to call you or to respond. I'll look else where. It also appears they sub out alot of the work from what they told me while here taking photos the only time they talked to me.

Took 4 calls on 2 different days to even get someone to answer the phone. Once they did I let them know what I needed. They asked me to send a few pics, I did that right after I hung up. They text me back saying that they will get back with me with an estimate. 3 days later and 1 to 2 calls a day and as before just goes to voicemail and no call back as of yet.
