I called Not a Dime about a hole in my roof, and the owner, Kevin, came out the next day to check my roof. Out of all the companies that came out, he was the only one who would do a temporary repair on my roof. He communicated the process every step of the way, which was comforting since it was a major purchase. We were scheduled within days after we signed our contract, which only took so long because of several days of rain. His crew arrived on time the day of and were very courteous and got started right away. Kevin came and checked on progress several times during the installation. They did such an awesome top-notch job and provided great customer service.

I contacted Not A Dime Down Roofing & Restoration about installing a new roof on my home. The owner, Kevin, came to my house and did a thorough walk around my home and pointed out some issues even I wasn’t aware of. He provided a reasonable quote to do the work and promised to follow up with me. Since I’m not the type to leap at the first opportunity, I solicited other contractors to provide quotes. This process went on for over three months, and Kevin persistently stayed in touch to keep his name in the conversation. I finally chose his company to do the work and I am happy that I did. The whole process was seamless and everything was done in a very professional manner. They left my property completely intact and clean to the point that you couldn’t tell that work had been performed. Most of all, the roof looks great and after over ten inches of rain over the past two weeks at my house, i have had no problems.Thanks for a job well done.

I had some leaks in my roof and some bad water damage to my soffit where rain water was runningbehind the gutter another company had recently installed. I called another roofing contractor (a pretty good sized outfit) to see about an estimate. Had to call them 3 times before they sent someone out. Then my sweet neighbor told me to call Kevin at Not A Dime Down Roofing. She gave him an excellent referral. So I called and he answered the phone first call! He came out the next day and knew exactly what the issues were with my roof and pointed it out to me where the other guy didn't see it. Got me an estimate right away and it was very reasonable. Couldn't pass it up! He and his crew came out, accommodating my schedule. Patched the roof, put on all new boots and a vent cap, new flashing around my chimney, repaired and painted the soffit, painted the stained ceiling, and fixed and painted some siding that's been damaged for a few years. All in a day! You can't even tell where the damaged siding was now. I don't know how he matched 20 year old paint, but he did it. Folks, he's the man! Don't hesitate to call Not A Dime Down Roofing. Professional, courteous, and gets right on it at a fair price. By the way, the other company hasn't even bothered to call me back with an estimate... Guess if you're not getting a whole roof replaced, they don't care about your business. Not Kevin and his crew! They took care of business! I'll be seeing them again for some more repairs ASAP!

This company, Kevin, was very responsive to my request to have my pipe boot replaced. I called in the morning and Kevin sent someone out that afternoon to do the job. I was impressed with the work that was done on the roof and they also sprayed Kilz on my ceiling where I had a small water stain. I definately would use this company for any other roof work that I will need in the future.

I requested a quote on a leak in my roof and within thirty minutes, I received a phone to come out today to check out the damage. Unfortunately, while he was in my attic looking around he found a live snake. I am ever so grateful he skillfully and delicately removed the snake from my property as I do not go into my attic space. His calm and professional demeanor helped me not panic and feel confident in his ability to manage my household needs. After handling that situation, he was able to explain clearly what was wrong and the best way to address the repairs. Lastly having a great sense of humor helped things move along well during the appointment. Highly recommend.

Not a Dime Down is top tier. They were very prompt and mindful of my time, as I work from home. I was informed of every step within their process by the owner, Mr. Kevin. They managed to remove the tree that hit my house from a previous storm, cleaned my gutters, and even cleaned up my yard a bit by removing debris and pine straw. Then the painters painted my WHOLE office and matched my base board. They are extremely knowledgeable on what paint and coat to use. I requested estimates from 8 companies to install gutters. Four either did not respond or scheduled a date and never showed. One came and tried to shake me loose for as much money as possible for a simple job. I only had two companies left one being this one. Overall this company was the quickest, most responsive, and most willing to work with me on the payment options. The workers themselves were professional, respectful, and helped educate me on the process. The owner was always on the phone with me and answered any questions I had. I started with a different company that had dropped the ball. Not a Dime Down Roofing & Restoration LLC came through with such professionalism and went above and beyond my expectations!! I'm in another state and was having roofing problems with my vacation home in Georgia. Not a Dime Down made me feel comfortable with the process and made arrangements for an out of state payment. Kevin kept me up to date with the entire process from ordering materials, sending pictures during the job and after it was completed. He also sent a video of the roof after job completion. I will do a follow up after some rain storms but I feel completely satisfied that if I have any future problems, he would not hesitate to fix. If you need a roofing contractor, give him a call!!!

I would highly recommend this company! Kevin was very prompt and crystal clear answering questions and providing estimates. When I told him we were getting leaks in the house, he treated the issue as urgent and got us on the schedule asap. He was on the job site to assure everything was being tackled accordingly and corresponded often to let me know when the work would start and how it was progressing. The gutter installers did an absolutely immaculate job and did not merely replace the existing gutters but situated them so that they would work more efficiently and repaired rotted sections of the soffits. They even went above and beyond and consulted with me and made a repair out of the scope of the estimate without asking for additional recompense. I certainly got the feeling that they take pride in their work and want to make sure the customer is satisfied.
