Braswell Construction Group not only installed my roof but also repaired and re stained my home. My house has cedar siding and was in quite bad shape. All of the contractors did an excellent job and showed up exactly when they said they would. They were all very professional and courteous. Braswell Construction Group just installed a new architectural shingle roof for me (Owens Corning- Duration Teak) and did a great job. The work crew was very professional and on time and they were highly efficient while working on the job and cleaned up so well behind them you couldn't even tell a work crew had been here. Great roof. Great drying up of wet interior. Great service. Friendly, responsive, fast, efficient, effective. Jody is the best of the best!Three years ago, I hired Braswell to put on a new roof. They were fast and efficient. My new roof looks great. A little over a week ago, I cam home from work to find a big water stain on my kitchen ceiling and water on the floor. It rained all day, so I thought it must be the roof. I contacted Braswell and they sent someone out to look at it at no charge. As it turns out, it was actually an HVAC problem. While I was working on getting that fixed, Jody contacted me to see if he could help with the drying process. He came out with equipment the same day and left it in place until everything was dry. He even came out on a weekend to pick up the equipment! Best of all, he gave me a great price on both the roof and the drying up. I highly recommend Braswell for either roofing or interior drying.

Chris from Braswell Construction was great to work with, very professional, courteous and helpful! A limb had fallen on my mother's house, damaging the gutter and part of the roof. His team did a first class repair job at a reasonable rate and completed the work exactly on the schedule we set. They went out of their way to locate shingles that matched the existing roof. Very smooth transaction, completely satisfied and would definitely recommend them and use them again...they were very nice to my elderly mother!!! ;)

You will not be disappointed doing business with Braswell Construction! I'm very big on doing my research before having any service or repairs done to my home and I must say the positive reviews on this company is right on target!! I recently had roof replacement done and I got to tell you the quality and beauty of my new roof is AMAZING!! I enjoy going outside just to look at it! There is only one recommendation I have to those homeowners who have service equipment on roof (satellite...,etc) to make sure to set an appointed time to have servicing provider come out and disassemble and reassemble once work is completed.

Braswell Construction completed my neighbors roof one year ago and it still looks great! Therefore I contacted them and met with Jody who provided excellent customer service. Jody evaluated my home internally\externally for needed repairs. He reviewed insurance adjuster estimate with me to ensure funds were available for repairs. Jody discussed tile options, under padding before tiles were to be replaced. Discussed logistics of dumpster/materials to be delivered on 10/27/16 and work to begin on 10/28/2016. Jody estimated work to be completed in one day unless more damages were presented after the roof was taken off. Workers arrived on time, covered outside shrubs, any area that may have been affected by droppings. All work was completed as stated without complications. The work was completed in one day "YEAH". The clean up was excellent as if no work was ever done to my home, the work crew was polite and worked continuously except for lunch. Braswell went above and beyond my expectation, Jody was a excellent representation of Braswell, knowledge of the industry, genuinely concerned things were accurate and knowledgeable of products/materials used in the replacement of the roof. I'm very pleased with the results and I would recommend Braswell for your roofing and restoration needs.

We had a new CeDUR roof installed on our house, in a neighborhood that has covenants for cedar shake roofs. Chris was professional and knowledgeable, and he helped me understand the advantages of using a quality synthetic product that is a better alternative to cedar shake. We had to work through HOA approval as well as the pandemic and Covid supply chain delays. He was helpful and responsive throughout. His crew completed the entire roof in one day. They worked incredibly hard and did a great clean up job. The roof looks fantastic, virtually indistinguishable from a real cedar roof. Put out request for estimates from five companies for a new roof for my house, Jody came out and presented the brand of shingle I was looking for and his quote was right in the center of the range of prices. He explained the process and timeline, we made some adjustments to the quote and scope of work. Job started on time and finished the next day even with a small rain delay. I could not be happier with the roof, it increased the value of my home and improved the curb appeal.Another reason that I chose Braswell Construction Group was because I was looking for a contractor that could provide other services besides just a roof. I will be calling upon Jody Gentle with Braswell when I start my next major project.

We had some issues with our existing 20+ year old roof after all the wet weather we've had recently. Included in our list of referrals, was Jody at Braswell. We had him come take a look and he was courteous, knowledgable and helpful in discussing all of our options. Jody's responsiveness over text and email was always on point throughout the process as well.Being an old roof, we filed a claim with our insurance company and had an inspector come take a look. Jody participated in the inspection by getting up on the roof with the inspector to help find all the issues with the roof. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough damage for the insurance company to cover the roof but I appreciated his help with the process as I had not done it before.We were presented with a choice on replacing the roof or fix the original issue out of pocket. We again got quotes from a few different companies for a total roof replacement and ended up going with Braswell because they were able to meet a quote received from another company along with the good rapport already established by Jody.The result was a beautiful new roof with better quality shingles than we anticipated. There ended up being extra layers not seen in the inspection but Jody's crew was able to complete the job the same day. We were impressed with the clean up job as well as the courteousness of the roofing crew. The gutter crew was just as courteous and communicative with us on any issues they had to fix first to finish the job and after completion, did a good job sealing off gutters and working around awkward walls.
