Brian and Schuyler were very professional and explained the overall work that would be needed and they completed the work in a timely manner. They even went as far as talking with my insurance rep who had initially denied my claim and got quick inspection and FULL approval for a brand new roof and gutters. They did exactly what they were contracted to do and the work was amazing. They also do a great job of cleaning up the mess that’s made when taking off the old roof and installing a new one. We absolutely love HammerTime Roofing & Restoration company. We were in desperate need of a new roof and were having a difficult time with our homeowners insurance company. However, because of the expertise, experience , knowledge and patience of HammerTime, we were able to get a brand new roof approved by and paid in full by our insurance company. The process was a little longer (to no fault of the roofers) but they remained determined and diligent and confident and it worked out to our benefit. Thank God first and second HammerTime Roofing. Brian and Ali were extremely helpful. They took the fear out of filing a claim and partnered with my husband and I calling the insurance company and communicating with them as needed. They were professional and patient as they spent the extra time we needed to explain the process. Everything they scheduled was timely. The vendors they partnered with for the roof and painting were professional and friendly as well. Even though the process took a while from the insurance company's side, Brian and Ali made it a painless process. We would recommend using HammerTime for your roofing services.

Nobody wants to have to go through the process of replacing a roof. Having to deal with insurance and the stress of the situation can be overwhelming - but when it needs to be done, it needs to be done right. Hammer Time did an amazing job from the beginning, including explaining the process with our insurance to choosing the shingles and the timeline for the work to be completed. Ryan and Schuyler were always available to answer our questions and kept us in the loop on everything. The roofers arrived early and worked until they finished - about 12 hours! And the roof looks amazing. I couldn't be more pleased with our new roof and it looks like some of our neighbors used Hammer Time as well. These guys know roofing and customer service.
