My claim for a roof replacement was initially denied by my insurance company. The next day this decision was reversed when John Saunders Jr, Claims Specialist, for LJ Exterior Repair, was assigned to my case. My insurance company not only paid for the entire roof replacement but my Claims Specialist recommended that the claim be amended to include payment for water damage inside my home caused by the same wind and hail storms. He presented the necessary documentation to my insurance company and payment was made for repairs and repainting. I now have a beautiful new roof and additional funds to repair water damage. The process to have all of this done was done at an accelerated pace. I am an extremely satisfied client. I am over the moon with the professionalism and exceptionalism of Mr. John Saunders Jr. in bringing my claim to the most optimal conclusion possible.

They inspected the roof and informed me that there was damage in several areas. They worked with the claims adjuster from my homeowner's insurance company that came out to inspect. They kept me informed during the entire process. Their work ethics was top notch. They made sure that the landscaping around the house was protected and cleaned up debris each day. At the end of the job, a walk through was performed with me and the claims specialist. The subcontracted individuals that came out to do the job where on time and the job was completed in two day. They did an ok job beside leaving nails in my pool and many in the ground. The Female owner was very disrespectful and nasty!! She was unprofessional and did not follow through on things that she stated. I will not be allowing this company to do the roof at my other two properties because of the customer service and unprofessional communication from the owner.

Being the fact that I'm in the military and I have to be gone from my house hold and most transactions have to go through my wife....LJ exterior was not only patient but very kind and very professional.....Their attention to detail and cleanliness really made my wife and I feel very assured that the job was done well ....I'd recommend them to anyone looking for repairs
