I cannot say enough good things about this company and their personnel. I had a flooded basement due to a hot water heater pipe leak. When I called they did not hesitate to assure me that they could help. They arrived at my home within an hour to assess the damage and get things rolling. Matt and Brody were so kind and understand of my apprehension and totally eased my mind. They were efficient and their charges were reasonable. Matt and his amazing crew did a fantastic job!!!!! They came out at night, on Sunday, and every time I called them. They explained the step by step process in great detail so I would understand what they were doing. I was in a complete panic and Matt was available anytime of the day or night. He was absolutely wonderful and really made the process go so smoothly. We had 2 separate floods and he talked me off the ledge each time. He is very honest and his crew was so amazing! I can’t say enough about how hard working and honest this group is. They truly care about the customer and want to help during a time of great panic and despair. I first met Matt and Michelle through my contractor in 2013 when I had a pipe burst under my kitchen sink. It was an awful mess! They came in tested in all the nooks and crannies for moisture and in no time, came in with the humidifiers and fans and the same with my crawlspace. All of the insulation was damaged as well. They were professional as well as, kind and compassionate towards me who was really out of sorts with all the nightmare I was contending with. They dried everything out, treated for mold and replaced my insulation in the crawlspace. They pay attention to details and are very meticulous!I was soooo happy with their job that a couple of years later believe it or not, I suffered another leak in the kitchen with the dishwasher😖 I immediately called them to remedy my situation and again, they did the same EXCELLENT job! I was happy to see them again as well because they feel like old friends! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR RECOVERY NEEDS!! Matt and his team were lifesavers!!! When a water line in our house broke and flooded both floors of our house they were there for us. I was totally freaked out and they were so reassuring. When my finished basement flooded during recent weekend of record rain, I called two national branded water restoration companies. I got a recording, no call back on one. The other, poor attitude branch manager that could care less to help me. Out of desperation, I called DRS that is out of my service area. A big thank you to Matt and Michelle for fixing my nightmare! I was out of town on business and had a water heater blow flooding my kitchen, bedroom and dining area. It happenened at 10pm at night. My wife had seen their truck in our neighborhood (DRS ) and contacted them not knowing what to do. Matt walked through the process of fixing the problem, mitigating the loss, and dealing with the insurance. All was taken care of before I made it back from my trip. Truly an underpromise and over deliver operation. Thanks again DRS! I hope I dont need you again but if I do.....Clarification: I have a ranch style condo with the water heater in the garage. It malfunctioned and leaked water into my laundry room, kitchen, living room and bedroom. It was noticed late at night and DRS helped us get a plumber to fix the issue, then deal with the fallout and keep us from having mold issues.
