A large Oak tree fell on my mothers house. Paul Davis was on site within an hour to mitigate further damages. Sky was very easy to communicate with and did a fantastic job getting everything dried out. Would highly recommend.

Run. Run far away!!! They got paid $60,000 to store and clean our belongings during a catastrophe. Outrageous amount of money. To only get our stuff back broken, clothes washed in hot water and shrunk down that a child could wear the adult clothes. Clothes ruined because of being dried in high heat. When you tell Donnie he says they don’t use hot water or high heat. Guess things shrink in cold water??? Use Servpro or another company in your time of need.Today I receive a text from Donnie Morris saying “I’m only gonna tell you once, To take it down”Referring to this review. Only after he called me a dumb***.

All the workers were courteous. They scaled my 10/12 metal roof pitch as if they had super powers! The roof and chimney were covered quickly and I am now, once again , in the dry! Thank you!

Had a water leak in our kitchen and Paul Davis has been nothing short of amazing in rectifying all issues surrounding the damage and scope of work. Not only do they have their own in-house team, but they also call in local contractors to work on the projects as well. All around great experience!

Paul Davis is great everybody that comes out is so friendly so personable they know exactly what they’re doing and they have some amazing knowledge. I didn’t use them for my addition but that was only because of the timeframe that I needed it to be completed. I’ve had to work with Paul Davis on numerous occasions when it comes to insurance claims and things, and they all all have been amazing.

Last week, a group of ladies were heading to Helen, GA for a girls weekend. Just as we approached Dallas, GA, our truck ran hot and we could smell something burning. We pulled over in the Paul Davis Restoration parking lot. Two gentlemen came out and asked what the problem was. We popped the hood and they were looking things over. They offered for the rest of us to go inside in the cool. They brought everyone cold waters. Upon checking fluids, it was found that the reservoir was completely empty. In the meantime, a son showed upWith fluids needed. The two people made sure we were ok and were sure son didn’t need their assistance before they left. Again, they offered for us to go inside. They were so kind and thoughtful to our group. Even though we had to come back home, unload and reload other vehicles, we had a wonderful trip. They made what could have been the end of our trip , a good weekend after all. There are still good people doing good things without expecting anything in return. Thank you gentlemen for making sure we were ok and help was there before you left.

If you're looking for a restoration company that doesn't communicate or follow up after water mitigation, not repair the issue and restore my house to pre-leak condition, then Paul Davis is for you. Don't get me wrong, they came out within an hour after filing my claim with my home owner's insurance for a roof vent leak.The problems started when the dehumidifier they set up in my living room started leaking within minutes after they left, they took no resolve when I called to report the leaking machine. Thankfully I was resourceful enough to elevate the machine and put a bucket underneath it or I'd be replacing my floors.Once they picked up the machine a couple days later, I was made to understand they would submit the cost to insurance for repair of the inside ceiling and roof vent but their roof guy still needed to inspect the roof vent so he showed up a couple days later to seal it with tape until insurance would approve the repairs. Well the tape he put around the vent did not work because it rained a couple days later and water continued to enter my house. They did send someone out to tarp the area which worked but also compromised the surrounding roof shingles so NOW not only do I have to pay to have the roof vent fixed but I also have to have the shingles replaced...if they did their due diligence and replaced the ROOF vent from the BEGINNING, I could have save a couple thousand dollars.This company is lazy and only wants the big insurance claims...it was pretty evident when I couldn't get their roofer to come out for a second time and quote me on just the roof vent repair. Avoid them if your insurance isn't paying.

I had some flood damage at my house, and Paul Davis handled it very well. Professional, efficient, communicative are just some of the words I would describe them. From start to finish they met my needs. Even though it did take some time they explained the whole process to me which is very understandable( Rome wasn’t built in a day)! I decided not to go with them as poor communication- they have not contacted me regarding their check with my money back as they had bank issues and I am waiting on a check for funds owing to me. It’s costing me bank fees and numerous phone calls to no avail. Even their Head office never came back to me after I logged a complaint

UPDATING MY REVIEW AS WE HAVE CONTINUED USING PAUL DAVIS FOR RESTORATION . I AM CHANGING MY 5 STAR REVIEW TO A 1 STAR.The mitigation process? Seamless. Took time. Understandable. Clear communication. Clear expectations set.We hired Paul Davis for the restoration process as well. It has been a nightmare. We have been lied to, blown off, ignored, and are still trying to get the most basic of things done. Darin and Donnie have been our managers of the job. We are waiting on “doors” supposedly- that we were told are carried in stock at both lowes and Home Depot. Even if they are having an issue locating doors, they refuse to come in to finish the other interior work until these come in stock? We’ve been waiting months. The team they hired to do the drywall left trash, smoked in our house, stood on toddler toys and broke them, had sheet rock mud everywhere, and completely disrespected our home.The interior doors have not closed since they fixed the sheet rock. So we are wasting AC as it goes into unfinished space. Apparently, this can’t be fixed until the exterior doors are in stock. There has been a crap job done on trim work where they already painted. All these things are on a punch list to be fixed. But they will not make us a priority to finish ANY of our punch list until we have doors. There are far more issues than doors. We reach out to the owner of this office, Garrett, which I had great respect for during mitigation. Now? Even he blows us off and refers us back to Donnie; who lies through his teeth. I don’t know how he even still has a job with this company. Garrett needs more employees who treat their customers with respect. We have actually been yelled at in process , and all we want is our home back. We are in month 7 trying to get a pretty easy job handled. All they do is talk talk talk, and no action or priority is taken.I do not recommend this company on any level anymore.Feel free to read my initial review and the response as it started out as a good experience._________________________________Having a crisis with your home is a nightmare for any homeowner. Couple that with the fact that hundreds of other families in our same city had similar nightmares, one can imagine what a headache it can be to find a company that is able to come out and help clean up the mess. Working with PaulSavis has been a wonderful experience for us so far. It may have taken a couple days to get to us (again- hundreds of people also with frozen pipes and water damage), but their prompt communication and positive attitude throughout the process helped us to know that we were a priority and valued customers. The gentleman who handled our mitigation, Sky, went above and beyond in every area managing this process for us. He was always courteous, professional, hard working, and took the time clearly communicate every detail and step of the process. We are hoping to have PaulDavis handle the restoration side of things now, and have already requested that Sky manage the next step in restoring our hime.

My upstairs master bathroom had a pipe that expanded and burst. My insurance company recommended Paul Davis. The workers were very nice, one in particular named Cody. Cody helped keep my sanity, this was my 3rd water disaster within a year! He constantly reassured me that he was going to take good care of me. He's the one that kept me updated and went out of his way to accommodate my wishes for the rebuild. His work was great, I was very pleased.

We had a water pipe break in our basement which resulted in flooding. Our insurance company sent out Paul Davis Restoration out of Dallas GA within hours to start the mitigation process. The gentleman that came out was great! A few days later the team came out to start the repair process. Every single one of the men that I had to deal with were polite, friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and were very courteous. The manager was in constant contact with me through the whole process. They did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

A tree hit my house in January 2020 after a tornado came through. Took Paul Davis until June 2020 to get repairs done. The repairs are shotty at best! I was charged for second hand items like they were brand new. The people that worked on my home were non professionals. When the work performed was still not up to standards, they were very threatening to me and my husband. The worker handed us the completed work form while he was here after he had just "had a fit". We signed the form so he would leave. After talking with Tim at Paul Davis Restoration, he could have cared less that this happened to us and all he wanted was the money. He continued stating you've HAD the money and it's time to pay us. I have contacted my insurance company about this and the BBB!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! RUN......

Fantastic Job. I had a leak in my kitchen and bathroom, had a different company come in first and they dried it out. Then wanted to take FOREVER with the repairs. My adjuster recommended Paul Davis. I gave them a call and they were very nice people. Jeremy was VERY helpful with everything and answered all my questions. The worked very hard to help rebuild the kitchen and bathroom. I even meet the owner who took time out to come agow me countertop samples.I would recommend this company, and use again.Thanks guys for all your hard work.

This company is a nightmare to deal with. Dealing with the aftermath of a house fire is easier than getting anything back from these guys. If and when you DO get stuff back, 1, it isn't yours, 2, it's damaged beyond repair and it surely didn't begin that way. The fire didn't even touch 1 room in my basement, not even smoke damage but yet "it's a total loss" one that I wasn't compensated for, which just leads me to believe they are assuming ownership of MYstuff. I will NEVER use these crooks and conmen ever again, and I will be sure to let EVERYONE I speak to know about my experience. If you've placed ANY type of value on your stuff, they will find a way to completely destroy it, or just give it to another customer of theirs.

Lost over 3 months waiting on “sub contractors.” One of them even told me there was not enough profit in my “little insurance job” for PAUL DAVIS CONSTRUCTION to be bothered with it. Instead of being up front about it, a certain project manager strung us along for months, telling us he could get more out of State Farm. When it became apparent there was no more insurance money coming, these folks just quit returning phone calls, meanwhile we have NO KITCHEN! Will be a year in 2 weeks! There were others sent by State Farm who never called back as well, but PD is the only one who played the game as long as they did.Unless your insurance company is paying out 25k plus, according to one of their estimators, you are not worth PD construction’s time.PD was recommended by State Farm. We Left State Farm as a result of their sub par partner.

I can never thank Paul Davis Restoration enough for the professional manner in which they handled our claim for water and mold damage. Within 4 hours of calling our insurance carrier, PDR was at our door with Alan, the water mitigator, taking measurements and giving us detailed information about what to expect. After the house was sufficiently dry to meet Alan’s requirements, a PODS container was delivered, our furniture was well packed and stored while our home was painted, the bathroom vanity and wall replaced, the kitchen cabinets installed, and the hardwood flooring replaced, sanded, and finished. We were housed in a local hotel at the beginning of the COVID-19 nightmare, so we were more than happy to return to our home and see the wonderful work Shane and his “crew” had done in our home. We were so pleased with everything. I can only say what quality work Shane does and highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration. Everyone was extremely nice, helpful, and kept us informed of everything that would happen.

Highered Paul Davis Restoration to remediate water damage, mold, and mildew in conjunction with all associated repairs within our home; not only did they complete the work fast but the quality of their work is completely outstanding and beyond reproach. Mr. Cody Taylor was assigned as lead technician and he presented himself to be both professional and a true subject matter expert.
