The after pictures aren't great, but it does look much better! E-Z roofing did the roof in a little over a day, they were professional and I felt like it was money well spent. When they installed the attic fan it tripped the breaker in my house, Christian came in to make sure it was just that one and nothing was wrong with the fan.They sub-contract for the gutter installation, and the reason they lost a star is because that vendor left so many nails & screws in my driveway. The roofers were great at cleaning up all their nails and debris, just the gutter installation that didn't.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation, Attic venting installation

From the time the owner came and gave me the estimate, showed me their state/county license and insurance papers, and installed the singles and two solar-powered ventilation systems, it could not have been more professional. The crew was a delight to work with; they answered all my questions and even put up my repaired weathervane for me. What more could you possibly ask from a company—and all for a fair price?

Sorry for the delay on this Joe.EZ Roofing came out in the beginning of March 2022 to replace my roof.We had major damage from lake winds from January and February. EZ Roofing had been out to my house prior to fix minor roof damage so I was already familiar with them. EZ Roofing family are very professional and caring when it comes to communicating to you.If you are doing any research you can find positive reviews here, and on the Better Business Bureau. Joe is the lead, he is a great guy who is very knowledgeable on the roofing industry. He is a honest man who will give you the honest truth.Lessons learned for me, make certain you let Joe complete his demonstration prior to commitments being made. I was unable to due to let him finish his demonstration b/c of my schedule, and there was information missed on my end to my own fault.Colby and his team worked fast and completed my home in one day. Any issues I had Joe and his wife took care of them.I would highly recommend EZ Roofing to take care of any issues you may have, they definitely made decisions easier for me with the options presented to resolve my roof. Update 5-1-2024: The owner called me himself and apologized for the lack of communication and I have been added to the working list4-30-2024: The estimate was very quick however, after giving the company half of the estimated cost (via check that was cashed) and being told it would be about 2 weeks…..there has been no update from the company.

I don't normally do reviews, but I have to say that EZ Roofing is one of the best services I've used, regardless of the profession. I joined their roof club, which has been fantastic. They come and check my roof regularly and if they find something, it gets fixed. If I find something, they come out quickly and handle the issues with little fanfare. They show up on time, are extremely professional, and thorough. I cannot say enough good things about their service, and will continue to be enrolled in the roofing maintenance service.

Two other roofing companies, who will go unnamed but have lots of commercials and billboards, said they could fix my metal roof. I had the roof fixed three times over the last four years. The leaks just kept on coming. A friend told me to call E-Z Roofing. They really examined the roof and made suggestions for repairing or getting a new roof. Of course, I tried the repair first. It worked . . . and then a new leak showed up someplace else. They had warned me that might happen. I should have listened. So, I gave up and went for the new roof. Their communication with me throughout the process was great. The women in the business office were always available to answer questions about cost, let me know what was happening next, coordinating with homeowners' insurance. The roofing crew was amazing. You could tell they had a lot of experienced by watching how well they worked together. The roof is beautiful. (Thank you, Jeremy, for helping me pick the best color). It is a vast improvement from the original. All the neighbors have commented on how nice it looks. The detail work around the dormers and along the roof top edge is amazing. E-Z roofing follows through with their promises.

Based on customer reviews, we chose E-Z Roofing for our gutter replacement project. They installed a gutter system that includes a gutter helmet, and also a sun tunnel for our living room. After researching, we opted for a sun tunnel rather than skylight for our home's particular needs. We had a living room with inadequate light coming from one corner, but now with a sun tunnel installed we have plenty of natural light, and I must say our family is very pleased with the outcome. There was one issue that came up later regarding excess rain coming down the roof valley, which caused overshooting the gutter. Joe was contacted, an assessment was made, and soon Colby came over and installed a splash guard, which seems to solve the problem now.E.Z Roofing is a family oriented company. I can’t say enough good things to express my satisfaction with their work and communication style. From the big boss, Joe, down to the office staff and field crew were very professional and cordial. In addition to their excellent workmanship, I gathered their goal is to leave their customers fully satisfied. We were searching urgently for a company that could tarp our roof pierced with a tree branch from the January storms. Vivian from E-Z Roofing was so responsive and so wonderful to work with. She was able to schedule the service the next day. Today we asked E-Z Roofing to come out again for another task. This time, Vivian was able to schedule a same day appointment. On both occasions, the service technicians (Joe and Jeremy) were so nice, professional, and promptly took care of the job. We are 100 percent satisfied with this company. Dealing with storm damage is so stressful. I would like to take this moment to comment and commend the professional and courteous roof work performed by E-Z Roofing & Construction, LLC and all their employees at my home in Martinez, Georgia in August of 2023. It all started with my selection process in looking for a roofing company. During this process and timeframe the owner, Mr. Joseph Wolf, of E-Z Roofing & Construction, LLC explained and educated me on the whole roofing process from beginning to end, the quality of materials and samples of them. Plus, showing me all the documentation of training, certifications and etc. of E-Z Roofing prior to me selecting them after looking at several other roofing companies. After the selection, proper coordination of the work to be performed was made. EZ Roofing did a great job with the work, but their clean-up could have been better. It has been about a month since their completion, and I am still finding nails in the driveway. Crew was knowledgeable and friendly, but I will let you know how friendly the office is when I run over a nail and take the repair bill to them. Should have posted sooner, the office was very apologetic and was quick to add that if i had a flat tire they would reimburse me the cost to repair it. I would use tis company again.

Joe was very professional and exact while performing the estimate. I looked up the reviews and chose them to replace my fiscia that was pealing. His team came out and were very friendly and professional in their performance. Attention to detail was what impressed me. Example, after installing the new fasia they used mrclean magic eraser to remove dirt and smudges from the installation. It is hard to find a quality contractor, I have found one now. If I ever need to get a new roof, gutters and their trailer said windows. This little crew can do it. If you choose them, make sure you talk with them, they are all very polite and friendly. Thank you for your hard work and pride in your craftsmanship.

EZ Roofing replaced the existing roof on my business, Augusta Ballet in Martinez. The initial visit and review of the work needed was clearly presented. The follow up included the options available to me with a thorough explanation of each. The price quoted for the option I chose remained consistent. The representative was the only one out of the 3 roofing businesses I spoke with that advised me to file a claim with my insurance company. He suggested they might cover some of the cost reminding me that we had recently had a hailstorm in the area. This advice resulted in 2/3rds of the expense being absorbed by the insurance company. The actual scheduling of when it was to be done was a bit of a mystery until I received a phone call indicating they were on their way. However, when I checked my previous messages to them I realized they had coordinated beautifully with the schedule of my business and were in and out during a break so that when the dance staff and students returned they found a new roof installed without having to maneuver around any of the activity. The attitude of the representative as well as the office manager was excellent and the accessibility of a human being was so satisfying in today's world of robots and voice mails. We were very happy with our roof and siding work. The staff was personable, professional and friendly. The siding and roof work were well done and even the yard was blown off after the job was completed. There were two minor things noted on the post job walk through and Zach honestly pointed out something we hadn’t even noticed. They took full responsibility and stood behind their original estimate. The only reason I even knew they had a problem was when they informed me of the need to take an extra day to complete the work.
