I cannot express enough just how pleased we are with Blounts. On Christmas Eve of 2022 my 93 year old mother had a pipe burst from the below freezing temps. Before we could get the water turned off the ceiling caved in and flooded the entire house. As you can imagine this was quite traumatic for a 93 year old who was expecting to spend her holiday with her family and friends. We called several companies but Blounts was the only one to answer their phone. They told us they would be there within an hour and they were. They brought an entire crew on the afternoon of Christmas Eve and went right to work. They even called in additional help when they saw how much clean up was required. They were professional and timely. They put us at ease by explaining that they would handle the insurance since they were experienced in working with all insurance companies. They stayed until they got it cleaned up and dried the house out. Since we were so impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism on the disaster cleanup, my siblings and I decided to get them to do the restoration as well. We could not have been happier with their services. They restored my mothers house and she is so pleased with how everything looks. They ALWAYS responded to our calls. If they did not answer when we called, within 30 minutes they returned the call….EVERY TIME. They put my mother at ease and did their work in a timely manner. No concern we had was too big or too small for them. They treated us with kindness and respect and were very empathetic to the fact that my mother needed to get back in her home. They are true professionals and I would recommend them without reservation. Their experience in working insurance claims made the process seamless and stress free. They handled it all. You will not be disappointed working with Blounts. They are Dedicated, knowledgeable and professional. If I could give more stars I would. Blount's put a new roof on my rental property after a wind storm caused significant damage. They were very professional and polite. They did an excellent job with the roof and they did it in a timely manner, even though they got slightly delayed by rain. They were patient with me while I waited for the insurance payment to process, not to mention they were reasonably priced. As a Housing professional responsible for several apartment complexes, I know all to well the dreaded call to be informed of a unit fire. The first thing that hits your mind is was anyone hurt. Once the knowledge of safety has been established, the next order of panic is how much damage was done. I have had a unit look like something from a horror movie once you get to see the melted, unrecognizable, pile of water damaged char! I was pretty positive that it could never be restored to even close what it was and Blount's has shocked me every time. What they have accomplished every single time without fail is nothing short of miraculous. It shocks everyone who has seen it before their arrival. They have been able to restore it to look like it did on ribbon cutting day but not make it look like it is an oddball to the rest of the property. They do it in record time and always make me feel like my opinion and satisfaction matters throughout the process. I have been with the same company for 20 years and have dealt with numerous Contractors and in comparison, Blount's has always been a able to carry out the entire process from mitigation to renovation without one negative experience. They have earned my trust and our business. Professionalism, competence, quality and excellent customer service that only requires me to make one phone call and they take it from there. I have never been disappointed by the results.

Mr. Blount and his team were very professional and about their business. They worked in stages to repair my home after a car ran into it, if I had any concerns Mr. Blount was always available via text or phone call. He was patient during all processes of payment and never stressed me on time frame. Mr. Blount and his team is and was a true blessing during the entire process of repairing my home. My hot water heater busted and Blount's Restoration has an emergency service that was able to provide assistance in the same day. From removal to repairs they were there every step of the way. Had Roto-rooter come out to fix a leak under my house. They recommended this company, Blount's Disaster Restoration, to clean up the sewage under my house. The first time they came out the guy wanted to throw cat litter under there and not even try to get to the area that was the worse. I asked him if they could pump it since he couldnt reach there, and he said ok. Roto Rooter came back after the job was done and said they didnt do anything and that it was too much sewage for them to reach the leak. Second time Blount's was suppose to come out, the guy called out of work, he came the next day and left without doing anything saying he will be back, never came back or bothered to call me. Days later, they did the job the second time, 2 hours before Roto Rooter came and it was the same story, they didnt do anything or what they did do wasn't even close to getting all the sewage. The third time they came out, they left sewage all over my yard! They never dried the area or disinfected it. There is still sewage under and around my house and the smell is terrible. Please do NOT use this company!Well Mr Blount your tech did not communicate any of that to me. I was never told that the main water needed to be shut off and I could've definitely dealt with that for a few hours. We are still suffering, inside the house now too, because you guys stirred all that sewage and never disinfected anything. The mold smell inside my house is terrible and I cannot turn on my A/c. Now I have to pay another company to complete it the right way. You guys should've told roto rooter all that and planned it with them. I am the one paying yall to figure that out. Yall suppose to be the experts. You did a half a** job the first time and that's why you didnt charge us any more. Except the second and third time were also unsuccessful, and it's a fact that you left Sewage all over my yard and under my house. I have pics, I have videos, that's why I didnt let yall put the vents back on bc than I could've never collected the evidence that you didnt do the job the right way, AND YES you had 3 chances! Now I have to go through all this again AND speak with a lawyer. Oh and also my whole family is sick because of your inexperience and not taking the job as serious as it is. Your tech sat in my chair at my house longer than he did work the first time, didnt even have a pump or wanted to pump until I said something about it. I also told him the first time I wanted lime not cat litter and he didnt listen. The cat litter attracted cats under there bc the vents were broken off and never offered to fix the first time. Too bad I didnt video all that as well. You only know what your guys tell you and they arent going to tell on themselves obviously. We will see how it all plays out. Thanks for all the extra stress and reminder that people cannot be trusted, even if they own a business.

Recently we had water damages in our home. Blount's Disaster Restorations team immediately came out, evaluated the situation, and took steps that prevented any further damage.They assisted us in the entire process and made my wife and Ifeel very comfortable during our recovery.They performed quality work, thatexceeded our expections.We hope you never have water damages, but if you do. Do not use this business . My wife called them for termite inspection on Friday 8 May and they were supposed to call me on my cell on same day to schedule inspection time Monday the 11th. I never received the call Friday so I called them first thing Monday the 11th. I was told that they double booked so they wouldn’t be able to do it Monday , they told me they could do it on Tuesday the 12th at 11:00. I was called by one of their employees at 9:00 Tuesday telling me that he didn’t want to do the job . I am under an extreme time crunch now due closing on house on 20 May . This employee had several chances to tell me they wouldn’t do the job , before making me scramble to find someone else . I do not recommend doing business with this company at all , terminix charges 25 dollars less and won’t cancel at last minute . Extremely unprofessional.

Worst service ever,husband and I had our house remodeled,through housing development,and the work t by they did on the house,was a mess,they did a rush job on the house,which is causing different things to fall apart,so my husband have to come our the pocket and get things fixed that they should have did right from the beginning. And of course No communication was s big factor,Not satisfied with this company at all.
