At the very beginning of the Covid shutdown (Week #1) I flooded my laundry room. I immediately picked up the phone and called Ross wih Restore Pros. He was at my house in less than an hour, ripping out my flooring and the underlayment to get those fans and dehumidifiers in just the right spots. He and his awesome guys took it from there. They demoed, dried, cleaned up, negotiated with the insurance company, replaced the flooring, cabinet, plumbing, trim and paint! The guys were very professional, kind and understanding. After all- flooding your laundry room, while stuck at home with 2 small boys, was a very stressful situation. They even repaired my undercabinet lights in my kitchen as icing on the cake! We purchased our home about 5 years ago, and the previous owner moved some walls around but didn't address the weight shift, so the floors in the center of the house were lower by almost 2 inches. This is also where the second-floor stairs and landing are in the house. Ross and his team, including Jeff, who is absolutely the best to work with, installed piers under the house (where there were none!) and raised the floors slowly to correct this issue. We had to reroute some duct work (thanks to Stanfield Air) under the house to make it happen. All of this seems complicated and tedious, but Restore Pros were pros at every stage of this process. We couldn't be happier with the process and certainly with the final result.So, we called them again when we had some mold develop 4 years later from an excessive roof leak. Jeff was able to work with our insurance (because they paid for the new roof), take my eat-in kitchen apart (and put it back together), eradicate the mold, and complete the whole process beautifully. That included putting wood beams back in place, working with me to get a flat ceiling, and going the extra mile to replace a small piece of cedar - stained it to match! To say that Restore Pros works with integrity and professionalism isn't enough to describe how wonderful this company is to work with. In December our church experienced a major freeze associated water pipe break that flooded over 30% of our building. Our insurance agent suggested contacting Restore Pros as all other companies in our area were dealing with similar situations due to the extremely cold weather. This has turned out to be. great blessing to contract with Restore Pro as at every step of the remediation and restoration they have been a trusted advisor and excellant general contractor. Starting with the stabilization of our building they have not just met our expectations but exceeded them - without asking. The restoration work included extensive drywall removal and replacement, over 7,000 square feet of flooring replacement, floor molding replacement, and extensive paint work. Acting as our general contractor they handled all trades required for the work and provided timely invoices that were easy to understand. We have since used them for other work on our church primarily due to the commitment to quality. Their breadth of knowledge and experience comes from their veteran crew who are all respectful, diligent, and go above the calling of "what's required." If you're looking for a company to take care of your needs- give them a call. I've spent enough time with their crews on sites across town to know that they don't miss details and are going to take care of the customer- person over profit. If you need an example of the work they are capable of- check out all of the work that they put into the non-profit, Extra Special People's, gymnasium and baseball field. We had a pipe burst while on vacation that essentially dumped 28,000 gallons of water into our main floor and unfinished basement. Upon contacting Restore Pros, Jeff was able to come out that same day to look over everything and their crews began work the very next day. Ross also came by to look at everything for himself and to go over what to expect moving forward and address any concerns that we may have had. The hardwood flooring had to be pulled up and replaced, cabinets pulled out and replaced, sheetrock replaced, everything repainted etc. You name it. The crew was very professional in every way and very pleasant to deal with throughout the process. Restore Pros was able to turn our nightmare situation into one where I can honestly say our home was put back together better than it was before the damage. Restore Pros just finished a kitchen remodeling job at our home and we are so pleased with the work they did! Jeff Davis was our project manager and he was incredibly responsive and helpful with any and all questions we had throughout the process. Our job was small but it needed a lot of different trades. Bryan did the tile and electrical work and everything looks better than we even imagined. Tate and Chris did a cabinet modification and you wouldn't even know that the piece was not original to the kitchen. Power Plumbing did the pot filler work and they were efficient and knowledgable. Everyone cleaned up at the end of each day, which was greatly appreciated. They were also respectful of the ongoing COVID virus concerns. We are totally satisfied with the work RestorePros did to remediate our crawlspace, and eliminate bad odors that were affecting our living space. I have now had two jobs completed for me by Restore Pros. I essentially had a stream flowing through my garage, front to back, every time it rained, for 18 years I owned the house. First job was to redirect the water, completed in 2018. Here they demolished and repoured my concrete driveway with a grade to divert water away from the house. They also regraded the yard and augmented drainage with the addition of some downspouts from gutters. In the second job (I had to wait to afford it), they came and replaced my entire garage from about knee-height down, added a drain across the front (a belt with your suspenders; garage was already bone-dry), and finished the inside of the garage with cement board. They also got the entire structure onto blocks, off soil (it had been an addition to the house before I purchased it). Fantastic work. They don't work cheap, but they arrive on time, finish on time, actually finish, and you have a quality job when it's complete. Of course I'd recommend them, since I've gone back once already. If you have an issue later, they are responsive. My experience was same-day service on a finished job.

My home received storm damage from a large limb which punctured my roof and also damaged the ceiling of my garage. Restore Pros guided me through the whole process of dealing with the insurance company and repaired my roof and garage. They were good people to deal with and got my damage fixed for me. So I tried to play plumber on a leaking pipe in the kitchen, and embarrassingly enough, I didn't know where to turn off the main! So I immediately called up Restore Pro's and guess what, they arrived promptly enough that my kitchen didn't get flooded.
