I am blown away by this company! Great value for great windows! Customer service is amazing, no pushy sales people, just honest, down to earth folks. The installation team was awesome and fast. Even added a window that was never there and turned an unusable door into a window. One window was not delivered in perfect condition, so they automatically sent in a replacement request without even a question. I LOVE, LOVE my new windows and trim.

Amazing, great and professional service! Dwight was easy to communicate with and is so personable. The 3 guys that came out to do the window install were very professional and efficient and did a great job. They even took our blinds down and put them back up while cleaning around all of their work areas. Overall A+ service and product! Our windows are amazing!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Universal Windows. From the sales experience to the installation. Watching the install crew work as a team was pretty amazing. I had 6 1964 windows with storm windows..very funky. My home looks so modern now. The cost was so reasonable I should have done this years ago. The guys went above and beyond by repairing a window someone else had installed improperly!!. I can't say enough good things about these pros! Thanks so much.

Dwight came out with options on our 16 windows that needed to be replaced. He was very nice and explained everything very clearly. I am a person that goes with my gut feeling and he wasn’t pushy and he put us at ease with the decision. I purchased the windows and the crew that came out was amazing. Ron the foreman has put together a top notch crew. They have been together along time and it shows. They all knew there job and did it well. The windows were installed in less than eight hours and they hauled off all the debris. I would recommend them for replacing your windows. The price is better than the box stores and the windows have made a world of difference with noise and drafts. I am very pleased and wife is happy.

This company replaced 4 sliding glass doors as well as the majority of our windows. They also closed in one sliding glass door to a window. We were very pleased with all aspects from workmanship to professionalism. Mr. Rutledge was highly professional in the initial meetings with my husband and myself to provide estimates and show product samples. He was completely straightforward with the pricing. I was pleased that he was not a “yes man” and was honest about what options would work best for us in terms of function and finances.The crew worked efficiently and did great work. They quickly addressed any issues that arose.

Ordered my windows during the pandemic, so they were very delayed, which wasn't Universal Window's fault. Right when they came in they moved me to the front of the list to get them installed, which I really appreciated. The installation was great. Chris did a very meticulous job. He was very respectful, kind, and showed me how everything worked. They also came right over and answered my questions when I couldn't figure out why some windows were locking and others were giving me a hard time. Overall, excellent experience.

I can not say enough good about this company. I had my windows put in today, 6-20-22. Two months ago I called for a estimate, I got one done within a week. Dwight was very professional, patient and kind with me. I knew nothing about windows. I do know good quality and cheap. These windows are very good quality. They called me four weeks earlier than scheduled to put them in. I was a smaller job and they had a spot for me. Ron, the partner and his crew showed up exactly on time. I really liked that. These men work so well together. They never talked they just knew what the other was gonna do. In 4 1/2 hrs they were done and leaving after removing and installing 13 new windows. They caulked ever area then covered everything with trim. When they left there was not one piece of paper, a screw, a box, nothing left. You couldn't tell they had been here except for my beautiful windows. They even carried away all my old windows. In this day and time it is so hard to trust anybody to do a good job at a good price anymore. Especially being a women that knows nothing about construction. Well I am here to vouch for these people if you find yourself needing anything. I'm not sure if they do other things, but I do know they are A1 in my book. Oh yeah, out of 3 estimates for the windows I received they were far better priced. None of the other windows compared. I just happened to find them on the Internet and boy am I glad I did. We had moved in to our house (built 2006) earlier this year and had Universal Windows Direct of Athens replace ALL our windows in our house and we are so pleased!!! Rating 5 stars from the very start to the very end! Entire job was completed in 3 days (36 windows) with excellent customer service, response time, communication, coordination and installation with high quality finish and professionalism. Any questions we had were completely answered in a manner that we understood ahead of time, as well as during installation. The team was extremely thorough, on time and polite and cleaned up after the job daily. We can no longer hear the waterfall through our windows or feel the hot air coming into the house! A definite improvement to the interior temperature staying more consistent. I’m sure we would have frozen this winter! I highly recommend this team for your window replacements!!!

We wanted to replace the windows in our newly acquired home, and hired this company to do the job. The windows in question were ancient single-paint windows which were negligently painted over, 4ish times, such that they could not be opened any more. They were in essence fused with the house. The workers came and looked at our problematic windows noted that they haven’t ever seen such a bad case in years and replaced them beautifully. Huge shout-out to them!
