Had a part replaced in April. Ac began acting weird this week, not even 60 days later. I called the same company I've been using since I moved here and I've enjoyed their services so far. The gentleman came out and was on site for 10 minutes-according to video. Stated my thermostat was not operating correctly and my filter was dirty but ac checked out. He did not check both parts of the split unit. 3 days later it quit entirely. On a Saturday in late afternoon, 90 degrees out. I called the company again, they stated someone could come tomorrow. Cool, yea it's nice to sleep in the sweltering heat. I'm really going to enjoy it. I was willing and able to pay the after-hours fee to them but I'll just call another company now. Our System went out after a bad storm, and the people who we usually use lied and told us they would come first thing in the morning, but then changed up on us. So I called Hales after reading their reviews online, and our appointment was supposed to be at 10 and he came early, which was a blessing, and gave us a quote to replace our motor outside, it was reasonable, and he worked quick. I can say with out a doubt that Justin Hale is going to take care of his customers. He has always been up front, honest and loyal to the companies he has worked with in the past. He has been my go to guy for the past ten years even before he started his own business. When he stopped working for the guy we bought our unit from and went to another company, we followed HIM. Our downstairs air handler died. We were referred to Justin, and called him on Monday. Exactly as promised, Justin arrived at 9 am on Tuesday, diagnosed the problem, and produced two quotes - repair or replacement. He reviewed the pros and cons of each quote. We chose replacement.Justin made a couple phone calls, then promised to do the job on Wednesday.
