We received three estimates for our roof replacement and chose Crosby and we could not be more satisfied and happy that we did. The office staff was super nice and responsive. The crew did an outstanding job in installing our roof. They were totally professional, in every aspect of the installation and clean-up process. Overall, Crosby Roofing did (so far) an awesome job with replacing our roof. Pros: Crew arrived early and immediately starting working. Our yard, landscaping, perimeter of house was taken care of. Sales Rep. David Schmitz put together exactly what we wanted and he is easy to communicate with. Keeps you informed and will call you back. Work ethic of the crew was steadfast. They worked, took one break for lunch. Started @ 0730 and was done by 1530 hrs. Exterior cleanup is a 9 out of 10. Only found a handful of nails around the house. Cons: not prepared on the mess this would leave in our attic. That's it. We are very pleased with our new roof!!!!!

Awful experience. They sub contract insurance jobs to the lowest bidder who does awful work. They chipped the trim around my house and cracked some of the boards in half. Shoddy workmanship: poorly laid shindles, gaps everywhere, sealant spread unevenly, tar on the side of my house, DirecTV antenna tore down and just lying in my yard, a fence section removed and not replaces so they can get in the back yard, the list goes on. Have been dealing directly with the owner (Richard), who gives empty promises and hopes you just go away (he promised to meet me at the house this week, haven't heard a word and been texting his personal cell phone). This is about the third time since September he's promised to make things right and then went silent. Will be reporting this to the BBB once this is written. I have a very hard time believing I'm the only one having this experience with them.*****UPDATE*****Have my house up for sale and the inspector found that there was a water damaged hole in the roof (reason for the insurance repair) that they just covered with shingles and has caused additional damage.*****UPDATE 2*****The picture attached of the hole in the roof was 9 months after Crosby put a roof on. Not before. Stressing that the hole was Crosby's fault

After being highly recommended by two friends, I contacted Crosby Roofing for a quote. They sent out an estimator, Lee. He was great, he explained the entire process, answered all of my questions. I committed to his quote right there on the spot. Kaylee at Crosby contacted me to schedule the project. I dealt with her and another associate, named Jennifer. They both offered top notch customer service and were indeed a pleasure to deal with. The crew came today and installed our new roof. The crew was very pleasant, thorough,and I am very pleased with the finished project. Absolutely phenomenal customer service start to finish! Great Job!

Crosby roofing were a pleasure to deal with, David Schmidt was our representative and kept us up to date and was very quick to respond to any questions we had, he is a credit to the company. Crosby worked around our schedule and installed our roof while we were out of town and did our gutters and few days later. They left no real evidence that they were even at our place. Chris the agent who came and inspected the roof was very nice and helpful they great price and benefits of having my roof done with them. The workers showed up early and had my roof complete in one day I was amazed they even worked in the rain they cleaned up everything around the house and it looks great even had neighbors stop already asking who did the roof because it looks good. I recently used Crosby roofing for a roof inspection and roof repair. I was referred by my realtor. Initially they were very responsive. They sent someone out the same week I called for a roof inspection and we’re able to provide an estimate that same week. Setting up a time for repair took 3-4 weeks. I had to call multiple times to see if they received our signed contract, resend the contract multiple times, and then call multiple times to get a time set up. I was told a sales rep would call me to set up the repair but I never heard from them. The repairman was very nice and showed up on time, he called 30 minutes prior to our appointment to be sure the day and time still worked. Now that I am needing a receipt to turn into my realtor it is back to taking days for a response. I have been told multiple times “I have it pulled up in front of me and will send it in a few minutes” but it never gets sent. Not happy with the customer service/office staff. After having three inspections done on my roof I felt most comfortable with Crosby because of their professionalism and timely response. I can’t imagine better customer service and professionalism - from the consultation with Hayden Crosby to the cleanup. Crew showed up on time, worked steadily through the day and cleaned up thoroughly before departing, leaving nothing but a nice new roof. Even went so far as to construct a temporary plywood “tent” to protect some newly planted, tender shrubs. That is above and beyond. We have a flat roof that has leaked for years even though we've had it repaired by other roofing companies and contractors. Fortunately we were informed by another business that Crosby roofing has an excellent reputation and should be able to fix this ongoing problem. When I called, they were able to send someone the very next day to give us an estimate. After we agreed on a price it was only 2 or 3 days before they were working on the roof. We have had several good rains to test their work and am very pleased to say "no leaks!!" They went above and beyond what they said they would do and it is excellent quality. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Crosby Roofing has fixed numerous issues for us over years on a older roof. They have always been willing to fix issues that could be fixed at what we felt was a fair price. They recently told us that we needed to get a new roof. I appreciate that fact that they didn’t want to fix our new issue only to have to buy a new roof a short time later. They have treated us well and we would recommend them to anyone.

We had Crosby Roofing replace our roof a couple of years ago that was due to storm damage. They came out and gave us an estimate but it took them about 3 months to come back and replace the roof. It only took them two days to replace the roof. At first I was very impressed with there work. Well we now have a couple of leaks. We called them right before Thanksgiving of 2018 and have called multiple times since then and they have yet to come out and fix our leaks. We were told that someone would come out and take a look at the leaks. I am very disappointed with this company because they have not sent anyone yet to check our leaks or returned any of our calls. I would not recommend Crosby Roofing to anyone now. I realize there have been several storms lately but at least communicate with your customers. Don't just do the work and not stand behind your work. Word of mouth is a very powerful advertising tool. My next review will be with he BBB.

If I could give this company 7 or 8 stars I would. My home’s roof is complicated and with a 12/12 pitch it can be dangerous to work on as well. My original roof had issues since new, but then was damaged by a storm. I interviewed four different roofing contractors - all who should have been capable of doing the job. My common sense told me that The Crosby folks we’re the best for my job. They invest in their worker’s safety so they don’t have to use toe-boards. They know their products and they can quickly give you good comparative data. They are nice folks to work with all around and I am confident that they will stand behind my job if I ever have an issue. Thanks to Joel and Daniel for all you have done and I look forward to NEVER needing a new roof on my home again! BTW with all this their price was very competitive too.

We love our new gutters! I am so glad we decided to call Crosby roofing for our new gutters. I had seen several examples of their work and I felt like they would be just right for what we wanted. Boy was I right; I think I really hit a home run with this one! From the estimate (which I was very pleased with) to the work everything went well. They came in and in just about 3 hours they were through, the yard was cleaner when they left than when they arrived (they even retrieved a baseball which had been stuck on our roof for some time) I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to my friends and we are so pleased with the job they did I was amazed at the improved look of our house not to mention the good job they do moving water away from the foundation. First off, excellent job. The crew was very courteous and friendly. I was greatly surprised when I asked them to be as quite as possible, to keep my 2 cats from going crazy, and they were happy to oblige. After the initial stripping of the old shingles, my female cat decided to snooze the day away behind the couch in the dart room while the male and I sat on the back porch. The whole experience was most excellent. I would like to give a special shout out to Daniel Hurst for making me feel like family and going "WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND" his call of duty to make sure I was totally pleased with the whole process. He even ran the magnet over the yard in the rain instead of asking one of the other workers to do it. Then when he came back by, to pick up the check, he ran the magnet over my entire yard again. Long story short the staff are great people with great service. If I had more properties, Crosby Roofing & Seamless Gutters of Macon would be on my speed dial. You have to stay on them . You will get the estimate done in a hurry. Lee was good. Now getting the work done is a different story. For two months I had to call bi-weekly to see what was going on. I called weekly for a month trying to get a tarp. After three months I decided to get someone else. Hurricane season is here and it was already leaking. So I couldn't wait any longer. I am comfortable that they would have done a good job but I couldn't wait any longer

I called Crosby to come out and give a quote for a standing seam metal roof. They were the only ones to return my phone call and came out within two days! They then sent out their professional crew within a week to get my porch covered. They did neat work and worked safe. Any questions that I had they answered promptly! I will definitely use them from now on! This is true quality so I give a big thanks to Crosby Roofing!!
