I started working with EHS after somebody knocked on my door asking if we would like a free quote. I decided what the heck and went with it. Best decision ever. I worked with Kevon. He helped get a claim going with my insurance company. He did all the paperwork and communication with the insurance company. Short of a few emails and calls with my insurance company, EHS did everything. My insurance company said they would only fix the roof, but Kevon got more video of my roof and sent it to them. The insurance company came back saying they would pay for replacement minus deductible and depreciation. We upgraded our shingles and did a new skylight. Out of pocket cost was deductible, depreciation and upgrades. The roof was redone in a day and they left everything clean. I think I found less than 10 nails which is pretty good in my book.Overall the experience was great. I had been dreading doing a new roof and dealing with my insurance company. EHS made it easy.

Ron S. and the Emerson Team were awesome partners from start to finish. In approximately 2 weeks they inspected my roof, worked with me to get replacement approval and funding from my insurance company, and replaced the roof. The replacement took only 10 hours and they cleaned so well it doesn’t even look like they were here. If I could have given them 0 stars I would have. We used Emerson Home Services to replace our roof, covered by insurance. Our whole experience was extremely unprofessional from beginning to end. Prior to having the replacement we had zero issues with the skylights in our sunroom. However, after the installation all three of our skylights began to leak. No one ever brought to our attention that they may become an issue nor did they recommend having them replaced in the beginning assessment. After speaking with our insurance company, they also told us they could have been covered if there was an issue with them at the time of the assessment or if the contractor felt that they would become an issue and at this point are the liability of the contractor. Emerson Home Services proceeded to tell us we would have to cover the entire cost to replace all three skylights and there was nothing they could do. My husband managed to get them to pay for half of the cost, again after they caused this damage and even received text messages from the sales associate that during the installation the contractors realized there was an issue and it was never brought up. During this time we asked for the pricing for the replacement, as we agreed to pay half to no longer have to deal with this situation and to have our roof stop leaking before more damage was done. They sent us an invoice, from a 3rd party contractor, that they had doctored to reflect a higher amount then what was actually being charged. They told us it was going to be $650 per skylight when on this companies website it clearly stated that the pricing ranged from $149 to $550, after reading this we received our own quote just to make sure and to our findings it was $550 each. So not only did they cause this issue they were trying to make money off us having to pay a portion to fix it. All in all, the way this whole situation was handled was extremely unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend doing business with this company especially knowing that the people actually installing the roof are not even employees to the company. They subcontracted out all of the work. If you are looking to have your roof replaced please use ANY OTHER COMPANY!

Emerson Home Services installed a new roof for us after the hail storm in 2023 and we could not be happier with their customer service and instillation. We worked with Cesar Martinez and would recommend him and the company to any family member or friend. Mr. Martinez walked us through the whole process including being on site when our Insurance inspector looked at the roof. We could not be happier with the new roof and working with a company that has such great customer service. Mr. Emerson Reeves Jr. (one of the owners) even came over on the weekend to address a very small problem with a vent. Ask for Cesar Martinez if you want great customer service representative from Emerson Home Services.

Had roof replaced. Workers came at 7:00. Covered all shrubbery. Removed old shingles and hauled away debris. Installed new shingles. Cleaned up area and picked up all nails. Left by 3:00. Handled claim direct with insurance adjuster. People where knowledgeable and very efficient. Very pleasant experience

Very excited! Beautiful new roof on my house. If you are in the market, I highly recommend Emerson Home Services and a wonderful person managing the whole project, Ron. Ron took care of dealing with the insurance company, chasing them down when they were slow to respond, making sure they covered everything they should and supervising the amazing work team who got my roof done in one marathon 13 hour day which included a rainstorm. They didn't let that deter them, they just put a huge tarp on the roof and climbed up under it and kept on working. So impressed with their work ethic!
