We had used Verge & Associates to paint the outside of our house this past summer based on a referral from my Brother-in-law, and they did a fabulous job. So we hired Verge to paint our Master Bedroom this week. Again, they did an outstanding job, and at a very reasonable and fair price! Bruce and Patrick were the paint crew from Verge. They always showed up on time; were easy going and very pleasant and polite to work with; and they did an excellent paint job (walls, ceiling, closets, doors and trim). We contracted with Verge & Associates to paint our new screened porch August 2017. We chose them because of the good reviews and one of the owners is a member of our church. We must have been assigned their worst crew because they were sloppy and cut corners everywhere possible. We paid extra for an extra coat of paint since it was new construction. They did come back and address some of my complaints but I decided to cut my losses and just not use them anymore. This month we were having windows installed so we were removing the screens to do the prep work and discovered some of the paint on the trim was already peeling and there were areas where the white caulk was showing. I called the office and left a message but no one returned my call. We were in a time crunch to finish the prep work so we sanded and repainted ourselves. Several days later I called the office again just to voice my complaint. Someone did call and offer to come out and look at it but we had already repainted so there was no need for them to come out. They didn't seem to be concerned that we were not happy. I guess they have enough business they don't need ours.

We had our exterior painted and was happy from start to finish. Our front door faces the sun so it started to bubble. They addressed our concerns and came back out to redo the door. (And we took the glass door off to keep it from keeping hot). We had called around and they gave us a good price and nice people.

I will wait to post pictures of our deck...the staining made it look worse, so now will have to wait weeks before they can remedy the stain job with paint, to cover up the mess! Will wait to re-post after they have re-done it...(hopefully they can...second chances may help :)

We are so disappointed in this company. They did not use the upgraded paint we were promised, we caught them painting over rotted wood, they did not remove shingles as promised, they did not guarantee the paint job as promised to redo spots fading from the inferior paint.
