Zion Roof just finished replacing our steep and high roof earlier this week. As an architect by profession, I have very high standards regarding the quality of work done by subcontractors…and I am blown away by the beautiful work done by Zion. Their project manager, Luis Arteaga. is exemplary in the way he dealt with our insurance company, our home, and every detail of the process. Every aspect of the project went like clockwork…the crew of 12 arrived at 6:30am as promised, and worked incredibly hard - through a 92-degree steamy hot August day in Georgia - until they left at 8:45 that night - a solid 14-hour day. The work is excellent quality, and the clean up near flawless. They are polite, friendly, and profession in all ways. Today they came and re-laced gutters and downspouts using a different crew with very similar results. Rarely am I this impressed with a crew of such hard working and diligent people. It was a pleasure to work with a company that fulfilled their promises. My initial contact was with the Project Manager and he gave me a detailed account of the what the process would look like. He along with the Operations Manager worked with my insurance company to get all necessary approvals in place and shortly after that the work began. As the Project Manager and Operations Manager promised the installation crew was on my property on time and ready to begin. We found the installation crew to be polite and considerate of any concerns that we might have. The crew worked a long day to complete the project and they left a clean job site. Beautiful job! The follow-up was also on point. Their professionalism was matched with quality work. For anyone considering a roof installation I would highly recommend Zion Roof without any hesitation. I was in need of a new roof, and found Zion roofing renovations. The owner, Enrique Tello came out personally and evaluated my roof, guaranteed his company‘s work and basically took it from there. They filed all the information with my insurance company, showed up on time, and completed the rather large roof, in one days time! There were no hidden fees, no unfortunate surprises. They were very professional, and did excellent, Quality workmanship! I would recommend them to any of my friends and family, and anyone out there looking to have renovations done in your home. Zion roof worked into my prior denied claim that I had by my insurance company the last year before I met them and they got me approved right on time with their great job and communication after taking care of my process.
