If you need a new roof, you need to choose Patriot Pros. Quality and excellence is what you will get from them. I met Matt, the owner, while he was having lunch at the place next door to my work. I needed a roofer and wanted a few people to come look at it to tell me what they think needs to be done to repair the damage. One company that I had come look at my roof is one of those storm chasing kind of companies. I'm so pleased that I did not choose them to fix my roof. That person said that they were going to call me with their assessment. I still haven't heard from them. Matt at Patriot Pros exceeded my expectations. Not only was he pleasant to work with, he did everything he said he was going to do and did it in a timely manner. He was on time for my assessment appointment. Then within 24-48 hours I had 3 quote options for repairing the roof. Once I decided my option, Matt met with my insurance adjuster to help facilitate that process. Next, once I heard from my insurance company we set a day for the repair. Matt told me that they would be there at 7:30am. They were very punctual. Also, they asked me ahead of time to leave my driveway clear so that the construction dumpster could be dropped off. His crew covered all my plants with tarps to protect them from old roof removal debris. As they got started that morning I watched for a little while before I myself went to work. His crew works with great efficiency, like a well oiled machine. This project was estimated to take 2 days. They only needed one day. The only thing that carried over to day 2 was the picking up of the dumpster. I am so very pleased that I chose Patriot Pros to replace my roof. My new roof is beautiful. They communicated and worked as a well coordinated team focused on ensuring the installation was done right the first time and that the roof and shingle lines were accurate. Patriot Pros Roofing met all of my expectations and more! My old roof may have lasted a few more years, but the siding on my Dormer Windows was deteriorating next to the shingles. Matt was one of the few roofing companies that talked about the repair with confidence. Did I say repair? They replaced all of the boards on the sides that were failing, put new flashing behind the boards, caulked the seams, and painted both of the Dormers completely. The complete roofing project was smooth from the start to the finish. Matt and Jamie, his wife, kept me informed throughout the process and were quick to answer any of my questions. Their crew was amazing! They worked as a team, worked hard, and exhibited a top level of craftmanship. My roof is beautiful, and I am sure it has added value to my house!

Patriot Pros Roofing did an excellent job on the full roof replacement that I needed. From the beginning to the end of the project they were very helpful and informative. They helped me to clarify the insurance claim information with the adjuster in the beginning of the project and helped me get all the information required at the end of the project to the adjuster to get back the depreciation on the roof. The crew worked from pretty much sun up to sun down to get this done and was very thorough with the work performed. We went from shingles to metal, and they made sure to strip it all the way down and fix all of the flashing and underlying damage that would have been missed with some of the other companies out there. Hopefully don’t have to call them any time soon but would definitely be a repeat customer.

Patriot Pros have advanced technology to calculate the quotation very fast, reduce requirement for people to climb onto the roof to do the measurement for quotation -- it is safer and reduce further damage to the roof.Owner is local, not wind chaser. Mat gives detail explanation and suggestions. Really helpful!They have 3 options, basic, Premium and Ultimate to meet you budget need.People working for Patriot Pros are hard working guys: on time, professional and clean up everyday after work.They build beautiful roof!By the way, they also provide add on, frame work. It is a pity I did not know this before roof replacement!

Patriot Pros is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with, in every regard. I called, and the owner picked up the phone immediately. From that moment on, everything was just that prompt. He walked us through every step and went above and beyond when insurance initially denied our claim. We were very impressed by the level of involvement and care Patriot Pros showed. Matt was on site throughout the entire process (from first quote, throughout the work days, final inspection), was very responsive to any questions or needs we had, was personable with me and my kids, and he made sure we were always informed and taken care of. His crew was also excellent. They worked hard and took great care of our property. They covered everything with tarps to prevent damage during demo and the property was thoroughly cleaned afterwards. I recently had my large steep roof replaced by Patriot Pros and am very happy with how everything went. The owner and crew are all super nice and great at what they do. They always showed up on time and worked non-stop from sunrise to sunset. I went with the GAF UHDZ shingles with Deck Armor underlayment and was amazed at how affordable it was. They have the GAF Master Elite certification so I felt very reassured my roof would be installed properly and I'd never have to worry about any potential installation issues.The whole process was so easy and quick. The owner met with my insurance adjuster and had the new roof completed in just a week. I'm really happy with the results. The roof looks amazing, the owner kept me updated at every step, answered all of my questions, and responded to my calls and texts right away. I highly recommend Patriot Pros to everyone. This was hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received!!! Jamie from Patriot Pros roofing was 100% engaged the entire time, from start to finish!!! She was always prompt, very responsive and extremely thorough with all necessary communication. I called for an estimate and she came out the very next day. She performed a roof inspection and provided me with an extremely competitive quote within a couple of days. When we decided to go ahead with the project, she had the job scheduled within the week, no waiting around!!!! She and her team arrived early the day of the job and got right to work. By the next day we had a beautiful new roof!!! I just moved into Westbury Park and a guy in a Patriot Roofing company van has sped past my house 4 times in less than 30 minutes taking the speed hump in front of my house like he's in a 4 wheel drive truck. Coming in and out of The Estates. I hope their roofing is better than their drivers. I have small children, I just hope they drive better during the day than they do at 10pm!

Working with Jamie and Patriot Pros was a fantastic experience. She and her roofing crew are complete professionals. They showed up when they said they would and got the job done on time and as promised. Best of all, Jamie or Matt were always stopping by the job site to check in with us to ensure we were happy and the job was being done properly. This was a complicated job as it involved a solar panel installation as well and Jamie was constantly on site, climbing on the roof, and personally seeing that it was done right. This is the fourth roof (on various houses) I have had to install in my lifetime and this is the ONLY company I will use if I ever have to replace another roof. You will NOT be disappointed with this company.
