A previous roofing job was improperly performed which resulted in several areas of leaking in the large roof and the rain sealing of the north side of the chimney. This caused water damage to interior Sheetrock ceilings and roof plywood. The Midian crew was able to discover the problems and explain what needed to be done to correct the problems. The entire construction group completed the job quickly and excellently and had the benefit of non-raining weather by good scheduling. I highly recommend this company.

Trip did a excellent job with his presentation. Chris was very customer friendly and great with the crew. The crew arrived at 2:00 and left at 7:45. They completely roofed the house in just over 5 hours. At one point there was over 20 guys on the roof. They came back the next morning with a smaller crew and roofed our shop and gazebo. FANTASTIC job would highly recommend.

Had a roof leak repair and called Midian. Staff was very polite and professional in setting up an appointment. Even though they were very busy with major repairs from all the recent heavy rainfall, they came and made my repair in a prompt and reasonable amount of time, which i appreciated very much. I’ll start with I am thrilled with what I can see of my new roofs (3.) The guys who actually did the install were polite, considerate and hardworking. I would have given 5 stars but in their hurry, they damaged 2 of my 3 gutters and broke off a big chunk of a facia that will be a challenge for me to replace by myself. There are some communication issues, as well. The salesman will tell you one thing while the installers will tell you something completely different. The installers will NOT, necessarily, replace all of your flashing. I realize these comments may sound “snarky” though I don’t mean for them to. Midian is a good roofing company with a good reputation. I truly appreciate the 3 guys in sales/management that I dealt with. I have shared my concerns with them and hope they will take steps to improve. I now will know better questions to ask should there be a next time. “There’s no such thing as miscommunication…only lack of.”

I am a former officer of a homeowner (condo) association. During my time there, several of the roofs began showing their age and some weather damage. Our insurer asked that a roofer come out to assess the situation. Two guys from Midian came out and inspected all of our roofs over a two day period. On the first day, the operations manager (Bruce) for the company also came and sat down with me to go over their company, how they operate, their insurance coverage, how I could expect the work to proceed, and the various quality checks throughout the process. I got the impression that they try to be transparent -- he invited me to check with his competitors and pointed out what I could expect some of the differences between Midian and their competitors to be. He was also upfront about some things that can occasionally go wrong during a roofing job and what Midian does to correct those issues (of note, he mentioned they will pay to replace any nail punctured tires that occur during a project). The meeting with Bruce was not one I expected to have, but it was one that I very much appreciated. Once the inspections were complete, they presented me with a report that I was able to present to our insurance representative. There were several internal factors within our association that prevented the roofing project from proceeding quickly. The Midian sales specialist (Scott) who was handling our case was fantastic to check in with me from time to time without me ever feeling like he was being pushy. He was fantastic about seeing if I needed anything or if I had any updates for him. I always felt like Midian was willing to help any way they could with insurance matters or any other barriers to scheduling the work from our end, or to answer any questions I had. I believe they wanted to serve as a resource as much as possible. I know they wanted our business, but I felt like they were trying to earn it. Of the three roofs that were replaced in this time period I never heard from any of the respective homeowners that there was any issue either during the work or with the finished product. I have since moved homes. If I ever have any roofing needs with my current home, Midian will be my first and I expect only call.

Dear Mr., T.K. Hamilton,My roofing situation began the first part of September 2022 when severe weather caused a torrential rainstorm to strike with more rain to fall than the area usually gets in a month. The town of Summerville, Georgia was severely and adversely impacted by the storm with flooding to the area, and massive storm damage to many of the downtown buildings and many of the homes in the adjacent area. The Georgia Governor, FEMA and GEMA, and the Red Cross along with many church disaster recovery crews and individuals responded to help those in need. I happened to be present during the storm and witnessed damage to our home during the rainstorm and immediately took steps to remedy as best I could any further damage to the home.After advising our homeowner’s insurance company, I also contacted three roofing companies in the area that advertised roof repair and replacement. Only Midian Roofing responded as I needed. That is when I met with Cody Rose a representative of Midian Roofing. From the very beginning, Cody was professional, polite, and provided us with a sense that he was also someone who could be trusted. Within minutes of his review of the damage, he gave us an assessment that wasn't easy to hear, but later proved to be accurate. Even more so, than the assessment provided by the insurance companies field claim's adjuster. That field claims adjuster was way off, claiming the damage was not weather or roof related, rather, because of humidity and condensation, and poor roof ventilation in an unfinished interior area of the house over the kitchen, and we had the photographs taken by us, and those provided by Cody Rose as support.In the end, the insurance company refused to pay out on the claim, assessing the damage to meet what Cody originally assessed as: improper roof installation of the original roof in 2007. They also added, this was compounded by inadequate roof maintenance following the initial roof installation. What is very surprising is that the home's roof has survived without incident or failure since 2007 when built and passed inspected just prior to our purchase in January 2020. Though the roof passed a house inspection then but failed during a severe weather incident that brought more than ten inches or rainfall and high winds during the storm that also brought severe flooding to the town and damaged many other homes and businesses in the immediate area.Cody Rose's professionalism, politeness, and his providing and accurate assessment and his willingness to ensure that whether we paid for a total replacement, or just a repair, he would ensure the work was done to his satisfaction is what earned our business. Too, he shared how the owner (T.K. Hamilton) of Midian Roofing was also a believer in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and took sharing his faith in Christ in all aspects of his dealings with his employees, with the community, and the public, in all honesty is what sealed the deal. I am grateful for Cody Rose and Midian Roofing's way of promoting their faith in Christ, and the professionalism in which they provide their services. After the initial roof repair, we had another severe weather event that revealed the leak had not been repaired effectively the first time. When I advised Cody Rose, he immediately responded with having the Residential Project Manager Kevin Weaver, who immediately scheduled a second repair to discover the source and repair it. The job required a ‘water-test’ and more patching of the affected area. It looks like the roof repair will hold until we can afford to have the roof replaced. When I can afford to do so, I will be calling on Midian Roofing to do the job. I have an absolute confidence in their professionalism and the quality of their work. I would highly recommend Midian Roofing for any roofing problem that you may need. The free estimate by representative, James Justice, was extremely thorough and complete. He took time to explain the entire repair process from start to finish along with answering all my questions. He also returned my calls and answered all my additional questions and concerns that I had after our initial meeting. The job was done on time and on schedule by a very professional crew. Sam, the site manager, was very professional and was available throughout the job. He left me his number so I could call him if I had any concerns about the work. I did call during the job and wanted him to explain how the Ridge Vents worked so we could decide weather or not to keep my original turban vents. Midian replace my roof on my 2 story house and a 3-car shop in 2 days. They laid down tarps at every area around my house and shop. After the job was over I did not find one single nail or a piece of shingle around my house. They even painted the electrical conduit and vents that we're going through my roof. Worst company ever paid them cash for a new roof they up charged me on extra ply wood pulling off good wood saying the integrity of it was bad when it wasn't. Everybody that was involved in this project tried to distract me getting into my personal life trying to figure out where I worked not focusing on what there team was doing to my house. One of the team members cut my siding all zigzagged having to higher somebody that Keven recommend to install PVC triming and flashing to cover up there mistake. I have been fighting with them for months after the guy they hired couldn't pop a straight line an screwed my siding up even worseand know they are ignoring me because they know they caused about 10k in damages and won't fix the work

I used Midian Roofing for roof repairs caused by a storm. Thought it was not a huge job, they came out quickly and gave me a very reasonable estimate. They completed the work within 2 weeks. I received a call from a supervisor who asked to come out and inspect the work done.
