So, I read all the negative reviews because I had an issue five years after Campbell's put on a new roof. Honestly, I believe that the negative reviewers may have had ulterior motives for writing the negative reviews. These guys were Johnny-on-the-spot! Did an excellent repair with no questions asked. I understand that no roof crew is going to be perfect one-hundred percent of the time. The thing is: do they make it right‽ Well, Campbells made it right! I give them five stars for their service!

We were told that Adam is the best and he did not disappoint ! Our roof was rather challenging as there were issues neither we nor Adam knew about. Adam addressed the issues with professionalism and expertise. Arranged to have everything fixed.He is great to work with, has an incredible crew and the end results are the best.

Campbell did exactly as was laid out in the contract. The work was top notch. We had a second contractor doing work that altered the original scope but they were quick to adapt to the new layout. I was never a fan of metal roofs but this roof was BEAUTIFUL. Very happy with it and very happy with the whole crew that worked on it. I would give them 6 stars if I could because they had to deal with my grumpy butt, but they handled everything with professionalism. Highly recommend these fine folks.

After the recent hailstorms in Tifton we contacted Campbell Construction & Roofing. Mitch their salesman came out promptly and since they were an approved contractor with our insurance company he worked directly with the adjuster and took care of all the paperwork for us. The crew came out on the day promised, finished up in two days, did excellent work and cleaned up everything when they were done. Our roof was a mess. It had both bad workmanship and hurricane damage. We called Campbell’s for an estimate. Of everyone we called, they were the most professional, went out of their way to answer our questions, and gave us the best estimate. Their crew came out from sun up to sun down for a few days to replace our roof. After they cleaned up everything, we were left with a great looking roof and no more worries about sliding shingles. Campbell's construction has done numerous things for the Ashburn Housing Authority from installing over 600 squares of shingles on our apartments, rebuilding our front porch stoops to 100,000 square feet of blown in attic insulation in all our apartments. Mr. Campbell is very professional and courteous and has the lowest prices. His employees are all polite and hard working. Mr. Cambell even comes by from time to time to make sure all of his work is still doing good. A few months before Hurricane Michael I started looking for roofing contractors to replace my roof. I called 4 different companies for a quote, all of them at least twice and no one ever even showed up to quote the job for me. They would schedule appointments, not show, not call back nothing. I was getting frustrated and one day a flyer was on my door for Campbells roofing. I call the number, they were there the same day to go over everything. They even handled everything with the insurance company. We have a large roof and its is kinda steep but less than a week after my quote they were there and finished in 4 days. They always answered or returned my calls and they use good products. No 15# or even 30# felt, no metal in the valley, they use better products that will stand the test of time. I highly recommend Campbells, great customer service, high quality work, done for a fair price and in a timely manner. What else could you ask for?

After Hurricane Michael blew back half of my porch roof it took a while to find someone affordable that can be trusted to come out and fix it. A year later, I settled on Campbell's Construction because after awhile the area starting leaking badly inside the house. I saw the television ad and felt they would be great for the job. I thought the leak stemmed from the porch roof being ripped back and sealant wearing off from exposure. It took a lot of tries before someone finally came out. Possibly two months after initial contact. He was nice and friendly. At the time I did not know he was the salesman. He came inside looked at the area, did measurements outside and that was it. I did not learn that until after the job was done and the issue was not fixed. Why a salesman is the first person they send out is beyond me.Communication was horrendous. I was not notified of when someone would be out to do the job until they were already at my house! I would have preferred myself or someone to be there. Because of this, we could not reiterate on the leak issue and we also had an additional drain spout placed where it doesn't belong. Rain puddles up under the car port now and goes under the house. New placement of a drain spout was never discussed. It was on the estimate as two. While one was replaced, the other needing replaced was ignored. Instead they placed a new one.Since "roof repair" was not specifically written in the estimate I am paying a very expensive price for half a roof, a gutter, and a misplaced drain spout. And, still having a very bad leak. As with all construction and contracts, please pay close attention to what is written. Make sure what you discuss is in that contract. Record the meeting if you have to. My contract only listed the materials needed for a patio roof. Somehow the reason for the roof was not the priority. My lesson has been an expensive one.You pretty much have to think of it all and tell the issue to a T, because they're not going to look at it and determine to you what's going on and why. My job was small so maybe that's why I was overlooked and possibly trying to be milked for even more money. I was told that to fix the roof leak would be second job. Meaning more money spent. If they'd looked into the leak in the first place no matter where I thought it was coming from, I wouldn't be in this dilemma.I do not recommend this company. And, that's disappointing to say because I really wanted it to work. I tried hard to make the right decision and be as thorough as possible, but I was still burned. Whoever worked on my house did do a great job aesthetically. I can't fault them because of the breakdown in communication.

They did an excellent job replacing our roof after storm damage. Ronnie came out before and during adjuster visit, and helped find special order shingles to match our home’s style. Once Yolanda and crew got there, they worked non-stop to get our new roof on. She even added extra flashing that the prior contractors left off, and they repaired an archway that had water damage and got our insurance to cover it. Project manager Stacey was there on the first day and ensured I got archway fixed, fascia repaired, and supplemental turned in in a timely fashion. I recommend them for your next job.

My son hired Campbell construction to replace my roof based off of 4.4 starts reviews and the comments made on their Facebook page. I told Pepper (who is the inspector of this company) I wouldn’t be in town but my son would be there. I gave him permission for the crew to go ahead and repair my roof. The workers showed up to work on my roof. They had no supervisor on the job and lack of communication due to differences in language.The workers didn’t tarp my roof after replacing the decking board and the felt paper around 3 a.m. it started raining in my home. My son got out of bed and onto the roof to tarp it off. Around 7 a.m. the same morning the workers showed up to tarp the roof. We told them what happened and they tarp off the rest of the roof. I called Pepper to report that my home had gotten wet. I was concerned about mold. When I brought this to his attention he just made up excuses of why mold wouldn’t be in my walls instead of checking things out. They sent a worker out to caulk the wall and nail the frame back down. When I returned home my roof look the same. It still had dips and waves all the way across the top of my home. When I asked why my roof looked the same Pepper and Adam told me because my home was was older and sometime that happens. Later I was informed that my trousers were bad. So I asked why didn’t someone contacted me before installing the roof. Pepper stated that it would’ve cost around 15,000 dollars to do that and insurance wouldn’t cover it. I told him that didn’t matter. It wasn’t his discussion to make it was mine. Now I have a wavy roof which has buckled shingles. When I asked about the shingles Pepper stated that after several days of hot weather they should flatten out. It’s been two months and they are still buckled. He said my shingles have a 25 year warranty. What good is a warranty to me if my shingles are buckled allow water to flow underneath. This will damage my decking boards that don’t have warranty. Several of my inside ceiling panel had been cracked down the center and a couple of them was cracked in a web pattern. It was brought to my attention that the worker was dropping stack of shingles on my roof which may have caused the damage. My kitchen panels was sagging down. I report that as well. They came back out to jack the ceiling panels up. That didn’t work it looked horrible. At this point I had enough. I told them not to come back. That I was completely unsatisfied with their poor workmanship and lack of communication. Pepper and the contacted me and asked for a chance to make things right. He stated that him and Adam Cambell (owner) would get together and meet with me so we would all be on the same page of what needed to be repaired. So I decided to give it another shot. They came out to my home and we decided what need to be done. Then they came out again to replace the kitchen panel couldn’t find the same kind that was in my home. So they flipped the panels to the opposite side and painted them. Now I have a splotched ceiling panels that doesn’t match the rest of my roof and it still has a sag. My light fixtures doesn’t make contact with my ceiling. They also applied patch work on the a few of the panels which is it noticeable to the eye and droopy in the center.I am completely dissatisfied with Campbells Construction because I have already attempted to resolve this problems. Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved.  For anyone who is considering using this company you may want to reconsider.

They are quick to do an installation, but will not come back to do storm repairs. I have been calling them since October 2018 to repair my roof. They have yet to come. The office keeps saying that they are going to send someone or the latest response is that I am not in the system. They installed my roof May of 2018.Thank you Stacey for sending a team out to repair my roof, repair the water damage in my kitchen, living room, & den. They even returned a second time to repaint the ceilings.
