Ricky and his team worked wonderfully for my family!His team was super professional, arriving on time and working efficiently. They explained the entire process to me, and my mom who isn’t fluent in English and in making sure we understood what was happening with my roof. The end result was fantastic – no more leaks, and it looks great! Plus, they cleaned up so well after the job was done, it was like they were never there. Southern Premier Roofing did a fantastic job installing our new roof in 2019. They managed the job with professionalism and Ricky was extremely helpful in the process of working with our insurance company. Our neighbors had also used them for their roof and highly recommended them. The roof still looks fantastic and our attic is much more comfortable with the updated ridge vents they installed.His crew was fast and cleaned up as if they were never there. They went behind several times with metal detectors to make sure all stray nails were picked up from ground.We had an unrelated hvac pipe boot issue on our roof just recently and called SPR. They quickly sent a crew out to check and take care of it. We will certainly call them again with any roofing needs!

We stared seeing shingles missing from our roof. We decided to contact a reputable business to evaluate what was needed. A total roof replacement was recommended. After much effort on Southern Premier Roofing’s part, we were able to get a settlement with the insurance company. Our project manager, Elijah, took care of everything. He kept us updated before, during, and after the entire project. Any issues that came up he addressed quickly and efficiently. I am more than pleased with the job and the people that we worked with. I would highly recommend Southern Premier Roofing for any roof project you might need.

Had a lot of wind damage to our roof. As a first time homeowner,we were unsure how the insurance claim would go. Ricky and Chad Little answered all of our questions, got the ball rolling,and within 2 weeks had the answers we needed. Crew and material arrived on time,and they completed the project same day. Cleaned up all nails,trash,and debris and left the yard in as good shape if not better than when they arrived. Great,honest, and helpful people.

Southern Premier Roofing was quick to reach out after my inquiry into their services. They offered me three different options in various price ranges and allowed me to add or subtract services to customize what I wanted performed now versus later as I perceived my budget dictated. I made my decision on a Friday, paid half (they also offer financing, but I chose not to go that route) to secure a place on their schedule, and they came out the following Monday. Quick response compared to other companies for home repair. Our first contact George got things going quickly and the young man Bentley who came out to take a look at our situation was very knowledgeable for his age and very friendly and professional. They were there at 7:30 a.m. and they were all done about 8:00 p.m.. Everything was cleaned up, all nails were picked up and they even blew allscraps of shingles into a neat pile and put in the trash. I had a great experience with Southern Premiere and with Brian Hinds. The great thing about using a smaller company like this is the service and care that you get. We went through my insurance and Brian did all the work for that process. When it looked unsure if I was going to get approved or not Brian assured me he would do whatever was in his power to make sure I got approved. And sure enough I got approved a couple days later and now I have my new roof. The work was fast and accurate and my new roof looks great. The reason I would use this company above all else is the integrity and honesty that Brian showed during this process. He worked hard for me and communicated every step of the way and gave me all the information I needed and I never felt like he was trying to make a quick buck off me. I was a bit skeptical at first when my doorbell was rang one afternoon to what I thought was another salesman at my door. I was offered a free inspection to look at the condition of my roof, I thought about it for a couple days and called the company. I got my free inspection from Brian Hinds, he was extremely thorough and informed me that we had a good chance getting the replacement through insurance via storm damage. He was very helpful and explained and handled the entire process for me. My wife and I are extremely happy with our new roof and the entire replacement.
