We just had our roof replaced by John Tanner with Amplify Roofing. From the initial meeting to completion of the project, he was very professional and straightforward. We appreciated his dedication and attention to detail, from explaining how to read the roofing report to how his team would transform our roof. His office manager, Jennifer, was great as well, and she stayed in touch with us to let us know when we could expect the Amplify team to be at our house. All in all, we had a great experience with John and his team at Amplify Roofing, and we would definitely use them again!

Worked with John over many months. He was very supportive and knowledgeable about the insurance process for hail damage. Insurance company was horrible. However amplify was great. Roof was done in one day. Looks fantastic. Wonderful clean up. I recommend amplify roofing.

Amazing customer service start to finish. This team could teach a class in customer service as well as execution. I was extremely happy with their sales presentation (lower stress and educational), their insurance team was very helpful and fast to respond, and the day of install went perfect with the owner checking in several times to inspect the work and hear any concerns.I hadn't ever replaced a roof so I had a lot of questions. They answered them all and had strong design recommendations. In addition, it was an insurance claim due to hail damage. I wanted to ensure everything was done ethically and fair, they were great at showing me evidence and presenting it to the adjuster. The install team was careful and worked very hard to finish the job the same day and left the property clean.I would 100% recommend this team!

Awesome service with Amplify Roofing. I had water leaking onto the ceiling hallway and one bedroom and I called John to inspect. I am glad I did! John performed an excellent inspection and provided plenty of pictures to show me what was what. I had a couple of other folks get on the roof and they might have spent 10 minutes up there. John is very thorough and detailed from the inspection to the report. His ability to communicate clearly all of the aspects of the roofing world helped tremendously. His experiences and third party stories helped in so many ways with the insurance side of the job.The team at Amplify provided amazing work and did an excellent job with the roof install and gutter replacement as well as downspouts and the gutter covers.Jennifer and Kellyanne are great assets to the Amplify team and provide excellent customer service throughout the whole process. They had quality checks at every step and made sure to stop and educate me on what the process was and what to expect. I am a project manager for a living and have an eye for detail; they went above and beyond at every step.They gave advice on things I would have never considered to make sure our home was protected (including reminding us to take pictures off the wall in case they are knocked off by hammering). We had a roof leak which turned out to be wind and hail damage as well. Amplify was able to locate the leak which stopped further damage to windows.
