I extended great thanks to Silas who guided me along the process of replacing my roof, from start to finish. Sila's expertise and great customer service assured me I chose the greatest company for the job, to my most valuable asset, my home. I extend a thanks to the crew, who greeted me with kindness asking me if I liked my new roof. I sure do! Most of all the job took one day, the crew cleaned up everything..not a speck left behind. Roof started leaking, called few roofers. One company response was little slow, other company took drone pictures and did not shared it with me or their recommendations. I had to wait for 10 days to get a response from them. In the mean time Jack from ARAC roof it forward came next day took pictures, shared it with me and explained me the damage and what needs to happen. He kept me informed from material order , delivery, his crew timing, working conditions, things I need to take care, finally inspection and clean up. I really satisfied and happy with their workmanship.

We had a wonderful experience with Roof It Forward. From the moment I called, Ryan Davenport took me under his wing and guided me through the process. He showed me the damage on the roof, took the time to meet with the insurance adjuster, and guided me through the material selection. He was courteous and respectful of our time and scheduling needs. It was nice being able to call him with questions, knowing that we would get an honest and dependable answer. The work crew started early and got it done in one day. Ryan was there several times throughout the day. He walked the property with his own giant nail magnet and made sure we didn't have any mess. There are so many roofing companies out there. I'm very happy that our friends recommended Roof It Forward. Because they did, we have a great new roof and experienced zero hassle or inconvenience. I hope not to need a new roof or any repairs in the future, but I'm happy to know that these guys will take care of is if we do.

Roof it Forward is absolutely amazing! Originally I was working with a different roofing company that was consistently lying and when I reached out to Roof it Forward, it was a much better experience. Casey Beaver and his team at Roof it Forward were terrific to work with when we recently replaced our entire roof, including a couple of older skylights. We needed a quick turnaround time b/c this was for the buyer when we wereselling our home. They were prompt and did excellent work...the buyer's home inspector looked at it and had no concerns. Casey was excellent to work with and responded to us in a very timely manner. We recommend them!

Daniel is the greatest ever. ARAC did a great job on my roof and found an issue with the shingles manufacturer. They helped handle the warranty claim and then did a great job again re-roofing with fresh materials. I would absolutely recommend them for your future roofing job. The roof has held up great even when we had severe storms run through the neighborhood that did some serious damage to the trees and other houses. Not a sign of any damage on the excellent job ARAC did.

I recently had storm damage to my roof shingles and—after reading prior reviews—decided to hire Roof It Forward. We then met with Roof It Forward owner, Mark, along with project consultant, Richard, who came to our home and reviewed shingle options and project details. Both Mark and Richard were cordial and knowledgeable and after discussing our roof, we felt like Roof It Forward would be the right choice to replace our roof. On the designated day, approximately 10 roofers showed up before the sun rose and started work for the removal of the old roof and subsequent roof replacement. I was very impressed with the energy and effort of the men and women working on our roof and they were able to complete the full roof replacement in one day…which is amazing. Thanks to Mark and Richard and the hard working crew for a beautiful new roof!

I hired Chris Smith with ARAC Roof It Forward to complete my roofing job after another company had totally messed it up. When I called him for an opinion, he was very professional, and on time. He advised me that the people that I hired did not know what they were doing, and gave me a price for completion of the product. Hired him to complete the job and he did an excellent job, Was very professional and own time. Roof It Forward are brilliant! and we are very happy with their work. Here’s the story…We had several leaks in our house from a roof replacement we had done a year ago. The company that did the job never responded and were very dismissive to helping us. Very poor company ‘Force Field Roofing’.So we called Roof It Forward who were quick to respond. Mark and Richard solved the problem and explained in detail why the leaks were happening. Turns out lots of bad work from the original roofer. The list is long.Roof It Forward fix the leak in professional manner. Kept us up to date with the procedures, times and dates, that all the work that needed doing to fix the leak all the way to completion.Mark, Richard, and Roof It Forward will now be my go to roofers now. IF the fixed leak doesn’t start to leak again. My only wish, and biggest mistake, was that I never called Roof It Forward to do replace our roof originally.

After being ghosted by 2 other roofing companies, my rental management company recommended ARAC Roof It Forward. It was a small job but under a time crunch by our insurance company to get it repaired or they would drop us. ARAC Roof It Forward responded quickly to my first call, and then it was just as easy for me as possible. They did the job exactly as needed. There were no suggestions of "add-ons" or any problems. They communicated well; no unnecessary calls. The work was completed very soon after my initial contact with no bother to me. I can't express how grateful I am to find someone reliable. Roof it Forward handled our roof replacement with white gloves. Silas, in particular, was never pushy, and made the entire process incredibly easy. He even communicated directly with our insurance company so we wouldn’t have to be the middle-man. He kept us informed the entire time on what to expect, and we had no surprises whatsoever. We had a great experience working with ARAC Roof it Forward and our sales rep Brandon. The newly installed roof looks great and has stopped two leaks that we had before the new roof.Our sales rep met with the State Farm inspector and we were approved for a full roof replacement by State Farm. Brandon knew about a hail event that had occurred previously and met with the inspector on the inspection day. This was appreciated because we had requested a roof replacement twice before and were denied.Then on the replacement day, the work team arrived at 7am and worked hard for 12 hours to do the repair, finishing up just as it was getting dark. Then, they came back in the morning and finished up.The new roof looks great and we are very happy with the result. The work itself in terms of the roof seems to be good, the experience itself was a disappointment. Prior to signing an agreement, we voiced concerns about protecting our home during the job as the roof area is over 8,000 sq. ft and we had just replaced the A/C’s, upgraded landscape lighting, complete exterior repaint and refurbish, established shrubs and trees, etc. The salesperson who sold us the project gave us a list of what would occur during the job which included using ladders with standoffs, tarp the patio furniture, driveway, walkways, pool, cover the exterior landscape lights with buckets to protect them from damage, stuff rags in the downspouts to protect them from clogging, and plywood over the A/C's, (there are four), and protect the landscaping. Regardless of this, we refused to sign portions of the liability waiver giving them a release on any damage they may create which they accepted.As the project progressed, we took photos and most of the above was not done by the crew. There were ladders and equipment piled up in the shrub beds over the plants, driveway and walkways were not covered so they had to be pressure washed afterwards, broken exterior light, (which they did pay for replacement), debris that went down a furnace vent that jammed up the furnace motor and had to have repairs done, (brand new unit, they also paid for this), ladders placed directly against the gutters, no tarps covering anything other than over the a/c's, half the pool, and a few places where they were shoving off old roof resulting in debris on everything. Now a few weeks after completion, we are finding a clogged downspout due to roof debris, (rags were never placed in the downspouts during the removal), and the original sales person won't respond to our text to have them come out and check the rest of the downspouts for clogs. They do good work in terms of finished roof, but the experience itself was not good and quite frankly avoidable. Update on this review today 4/15/24....., I changed the rating to a 3 as Shan called me from ARAC Roof It Forward today and took all the feedback we had regarding our experience and is turning it into action. I truly believe they will use this circumstance to improve their operations.

It was an absolute pleasure working with this company from start to finish! Our roof had lost so much granulation, it was very difficult to see old (or new) hail marks. To make a long story short, they met with our insurance adjuster(s) 2 separate times, knew what it took to meet our insurance company's requirements and in the end, we were so thrilled to owe only our deductible for our beautiful new roof! The entire process of replacing our roof went very smoothly and Marc treated us like he would his own family! He was both personal and professional in every way. Excellent service! Mark came out right away and determined we did not have a roof leak. As out of town owners it's a relief to have an honest opinion. We were told a tree branch may have caused roof damage but that was not the case.
