Shane came out last year and did some minor repairs zero charge and free inspection. I meant to give a review then but forgot. He was so amazing we called him back this year after our tree did more damage. 5 stars. Would highly recommend. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable and most of all fair! He came highly recommended by a friend and she was right. Quality work and honest! Not intimidating at all. So if you’re worried someone’s gonna scam you for a roof, look no farther, call Mo! You’ll be safe.

Shane and his team provided exceptional service when they replaced the roof on my mother's house. Despite the language barrier, as English is not my mother's first language, Shane went above and beyond to ensure she felt comfortable and understood throughout the entire process.The roof had sustained damage from recent wind storms, showing signs of wear and tear. On his initial visit, Shane noticed several tiles had slipped, leaving parts of the roof vulnerable. Without hesitation, he offered to place a tarp over the affected area free of charge—something that another contractor the previous day tried charging us a significant amount for. Though we initially declined Shane's offer, not yet having decided on a contractor, he kindly adjusted the shingles to provide temporary protection against upcoming storms.Choosing Shane for the roofing job was easy after seeing his generosity and commitment to our well-being. He even made a second trip to our home to assist with the insurance assessment, ensuring the agent had all the necessary information to accurately quote the damages. Shane's professionalism, combined with his genuine care made it an easy choice.Everything was on schedule the day of the project and went as planned. After the job, Shane and his crew cleaned and left the site in immaculate condition. We would recommend Shane for future roofing projects and have already shared his contacts amongst close friends and family.

Job well done. Supplies delivered on time. Crew began at the crack of dawn, and continued until dark. Not much daylight at the end of November. Great detail to find and clear nails. Such a great clean up. My yard looks better after the new roof, than before. Drone pictures of the roofing process is reassuring. Shane knows what he is doing. Photo is roof prepped and ready for new shingles.

My young daughter (21 yrs old) is a first time homeowner and needed to replace her roof and gutters. Knowing nothing about roofs, she was worried about finding a company she could trust. As a former property manager, I have had my share of dealing with the best and worst contractors. Mo Knows Roofing sets the standard for what you want in a contractor.Shane performed the roof inspection and wrote the estimate. He was very thorough, and there no surprise extras that were found to be needed once the work began. He explained everything and was patient in answering questions. He suggested upgrading her shingles and the vents to ridge vents, which was a negligible cost difference but added additional life and curb appeal to the roof.The roof replacement took one day. The crew was on time. My daughter was very concerned about the clean up because she has dogs. She did not find one nail, and they left no trash. (They even picked up some trash she had in her yard.) The gutter installation went as smoothly as the roof.I cannot recommend Mo Knows Roofing enough. I was most impressed by Shane's professionalism and involvement. He did not just try to sell a roof. Shane saved our home! We had a lot of damage in our chimney siding from woodpeckers and rotten wood. It was a disaster, the amount of holes we had. Someone from our neighborhood recommended Shane and he came right away. He gave us the best estimate and his guys did an amazing job! They were professional, quick and great communication! Had some soft spots on the roof a previous roofer had covered up. Shane and his guys got the roof opened up, replaced the bad plywood, and replaced the bad shingles. Guys were early to my house ready to work. Got the job done very quickly and had pictures of the whole process to keep me informed about how it went and what they had found and replaced. They are very reasonably priced and a good quality of work. Highly recommend for your roofing needs! We have worked with Shane previously, for about 10 years, now. We recently had a covered deck added, and the tie in to the existing roof had some issues. We called Shane, he came out, identified the problems, and they repaired the issues. We've had one 'big rain' in the past week, and no more issues with water coming through the areas between the new roof and the existing one. Work was done professionally, expediently around the weather, and has the "Shane" guarantee, which we know is a quality guarantee, because that's the type of work he is committed to performing - Quality! My wife just smiled and said "I'm so glad we have a Roof Guy that we know and trust!"

This company was amazing. We had a massive leak and couldn’t figure it out at all. Shane, came to my home and in a matter of 10 minutes found the issue. They returned the following week and completed the job. The very next day we had 2 inches of rain and not one site of water intrusion. We will be using them moving forward if we have any issues.

He came out today to inspect the flashing around my chimney. I was blessed that he informed me it was a simple fix. From my first interaction with Shane (owner), I knew I was going to get great service. Shane was professional and courteous. When he came to find my roof leak, he explained everything on what caused this and provided several repair options. He didn't try to sell me more repair that I needed. He actually complimented how the roof was still in good condition and only required a small repair where normal wear occurs near the exhaust pipe seals.He also showed me photos of before and after the repair work. The cost was very reasonable and the work excellent.I told Shane I would recommend him to my friends and neighbors that need any roof work. Short version:This is the roofing company you want.Long version:Took me a while to write this review, finding the right words was difficult. It’s a strange feeling calling roofing company and ending up with a new friend but that’s what you get with Mo Knows Roofing. Shane and his crew are nothing short of incredible. My roof needed repair following wind storm in February and I knew fighting a certain insurance company to get it done was going to be difficult. On the recommendation of a co worker, I called Shane. Best decision I could have made. Shane helped me every step of the way. Told me what to expect for insurance company X ahead of time as well as how we were going to push back. He was right every step of the way and got my roof approved. The price was great, the quality was perfect and I made a new friend along the way. Shane genuinely cares and he won’t let you down.Side note:Seems like it’s really Shane who knows roofing. We had a rather large roof replaced with unfortunate extra plywood damage. Every step of the way Shane guided us through and even though it cost extra, the process was appreciated as it is DONE RIGHT. We have had other roofers in the past who did it WRONG and we are literally paying for it. Not a nail or scrap of roofing around the building when it was done. Wish there were more stars for this company.

We had all new shingles installed on our main residence as well as a secondary "shop/in-law suite" on the same property. They installed OSB over the original existing 1x4 tongue & grove decking on the main residence after making all necessary repairs. The whole job, including the removal of the old shingles on both buildings, replacing all rotted wood and installing the OSB and both new roofs was completed in one (long) day. I was impressed with every aspect of their work, from the initial sales call to cleaning up the last nails from the work area and blowing off the driveway. Oh, and their total price was better than others who did not include the new OSB in their proposals. I'd definitely recommend Mo Knows Roofing to anyone.Service: Roof installation
