MTak and Mel did an amazing job and were very friendly and professional every step of the way. I requested photos of the step by step roofing job for our porch and Mel was very helpful with that. They made sure the job would be done before the rain was coming Saturday since the old roof had a leak. Their prices were the best around and I am glad I trusted the google Maps reviews for them. Loved the professional invoice and receipt. Highly recommend and will use again. The old shingles on the main roof will need replacing soon. You can see by the photos; they don’t match the new ones that needed to be added with this job replacing the porch roof. We look forward to hiring MTak for that upcoming job as well! :)

Mel and the entire MTAK team were awesome to work with. From the start of my claim dealing with the submission then the inspector and on to the adjustor, Mel was locked in and present.Don't leave your homes most valuable asset to the guys canvassing the neighborhood offering to provide a quote.Once my claim was approved, Mel described the process, materials and timing thoroughly.The crew arrived at 645 am and finished that same day. Again, Mel was on site and managed everything. As you can see from the pics attached there was a huge amount of discarded old roofing and several valleys and change of angles to contend with to complete the project. The team used all the latest materials and followed proper safety procedures.Job well done and peace of mind knowing my home is secure.

Worked with MTAK to solve what I originally thought was a small leak. After a very thorough evaluation by both Mel and Tanner, they came up with a plan to repair the problem which was way more involved. They were spot on with what the plan of action would be, we scheduled a time and it was done. No more leak!!! They were very polite, professional and they did a “clean” job. There were no nails or debris left in or around my property. I would reach out to Tanner in a heartbeat if I were to incur another leak or issue with my roof and would be more than comfortable in referring them to any of my friends/neighbors. One of the important keys here is that they were referred to me by a good friend of mine who is also a satisfied customer of MTak Roofing Systems.

MTak repaired a leak that to our roof. Tanner came out on a stormy day and waited out the lightning and then found the problem. He later came back to repair the leak and do maintenance on the roof so we wouldn't get additional problems later. All work was photographed, documented and provided to me so that I was aware of problems and could see that all repairs and service had been completed. I couldn't be happier with the their service and attention to detail.

Mel and his team are the best! Mel came out to give me an estimate to fix a roof/gutter issue that had created a serious hole in my roof. After inspecting the roof, Mel installed a temporary tarp over the damaged area and DID NOT CHARGE ME for doing it. He just said that it was the right thing to do as we had several days of heavy rain ahead. What he did made a difference.When it was finally dry enough, his crew came out when Mel said they would and completed the repair the same day, just as Mel had promised.Mel has since come back personally to insure that the paint used on the replacement soffit panels matched the house.I HIGHLY recommend MTak for ALL of your roofing and gutter needs. Mel is an honest and thoughtful contractor, which is rare in this day and age! Thank you Mel!

MTak Roofing Systems did a superior job with the recent replacement our roof after a hail storm. Tanner came to our house to initially assess the damage and was also present to meet our insurance claim adjuster. Once the repairs were approved through insurance, he professionally explained the roof replacement process and walked us through the roof installation in simple terms that we could understand. My biggest take away from the explanation was that MTak Roofing Systems utilizes high quality materials that supported the manufacturer’s warranty as an entire roof system. The Rhino roof felt, weather barrier system and other materials were of the same brand. I noticed our roofs being replaced in our neighborhood which seemed like a mix-match of felt and other materials. The Owens Corning Duration shingles that MTak Roofing used were of high quality!Tanner and Mel were also on-site during the entire roof replacement which took one day to complete. It was reassuring to have them at our house to ensure attention to detail during the roof replacement. My wife and I are pleased that MTak Roofing took care of the replacement and added value to our home. I can't say i've ever been more happy with something I can't see then the roof Mel and his team put on my house. I went from being depressed to having hope to joy upon completion.
