I called preserve roofing and advised Ithought I had a leak in my roof. Neill said he would get someone out the next morning to assess the problem. Neill Wilson responded quickly to my request for help repairing a recent leak in my 5 yr. old roof. He showed up when promised, inspected my roof, and diagnosed the problem. He sent pictures of areas leaking around vents with the estimate. Within a few days he arrived with his crew and completed the work in just a few hours. The final bill was actually lower than the estimate since the repair required less time/work than expected. Again pictures of new vents and re-shingled areas were included. I highly recommend Preserve Roofing for their efficiency and honesty.

Preserve Roofing is the way to go! I interviewed 5 companies. Neil was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, climbed on the roof (twice , I forgot to tell him about a leak), kept my budget in mind, priced it , explained all the things the price included -a roof tune up. New gaskets for the pipes, leaks fixed etc... He was not the cheapest, but he did everything he said plus. Neil and John arrived on time and got busy, even trimmed limbs off the roof. Both were nice and professional. No waiting for it to rain. Roof looks new. I could not have asked for two nicer guys. Took there job serious and did a great job!

We used Preserve Roofing to do the following services at our house on June 23, 2021 - Minor roof repairs, major roof cleaning, and application of Roof Maxx roof rejuvenation treatment. The Preserve Roofing employee spent almost four hours on our roof doing the repairs, cleaning and rejuvenation.The roof shingles on our house are almost 14 years old and after the major roof cleaning to eliminate algae, moss and lichen as well as the Roof Maxx roof rejuvenation treatment the roof shingles look great. Hopefully, the Roof Maxx roof rejuvenation treatment will extend the useful life of our roof shingles as promoted.Justin Mattingly and Neill Wilson of Preserve Roofing answered all our questions in a timely manner before we committed to letting them do the work. I have had a roof leak in the same spot several times. I had repairs from other roofers that would last a year or two and then recur. Preserve found the root cause of the problem (builder errors) on this initial inspection. They got a crew out very quickly and completed the repair and remediation professionally and sent before and after photos to show what was done. And, they have a two year warranty. We knew our roof wasn't very old, but the stains from mold and algae sure made it look ugly. We are kicking ourselves for waiting to call Preserve Roofing. They were so professional, prompt, and completely affordable. After a tune-up and cleaning, our roof looks brand new. They also replaced an old gas stack. Our house was built in 1971, so the cap is not a standard size for purchase anymore. Preserve Roofing custom made one that looks and works perfectly. We had a leak in our garage which lead to us finding out about our damaged roof which over time had rotted after our inspection from Mr. Neil. Neil walked us through the process/options of just fixing that section of our roof or replacing our entire roof. We asked a lot of questions and Mr. Neil was very patient and professional and provided a lot of step by step knowledge before we decided which option was best for us. It's rare to find someone like Neill Wilson. After chatting with him a short time I felt entirely comfortable with him and believe I choose the right guy for the project. He gave me two options, first a roof repair that would probably extend the life of the roof a couple of years or full replacement. Believe me most roofers are going to tell you need a replacement whetheryou need it or not. I had an opportunity to mention him to another roofer who shared my opinion and stated he thought he was a very honest person. Apparently these folks also do some very high end roof work that few others roofers could perform. Communications were excellent, the work was done on time and at the agreed to amount.
