I just had my roof replaced today and I have to say that this was actually fun to see how quickly, efficiently, and professionally Terminus was with getting my roof replaced! I had the honor of working with Jakob Houwing from Terminus. Throughout the whole process, Jakob was very polite and helpful with explaining the insurance/claims process, the quality and warranty of the shingles used, the day of installation roofing process, etc. No matter what questions I had for Jakob, he was very knowledgeable and gladly answered all of them! All in all, this has been the best experience I’ve ever had working with contractors!!! The whole Terminus team was great to work with, but Jakob was amazing!!!!

Karen at Terminus Roofing was outstanding! This company was referring by my insurance company after a major storm last November ripped shingles off my roof! When I saw the damage from inside my attic, I could not believe the huge gap right at the peak of my roof! When I showed the pictures to Karen, she sent someone over immediately to tarp ALL of the damages that day before the next storm came through the upcoming weekend. Karen and Kimberly from my insurance company assessed the damages together and discussed their actions plan. They were both thorough and took everything into consideration. My roof was replaced last week. The team did a fabulous job! I had no idea how bad my roof was! Her crew replaced 8 boards under the roof itself!!! I'm so grateful to have a company with the integrity to take the time to provide stellar service at a reasonable price. My roof looks amazing and I now have peace that I don't have to worry about water damage to my home interior! Thank you Karen and your fabulous crew! Completed and cleaned up the same day and leftover product picked up the next day.

We were able to work with KK and Terminus’ wonderful roofing team since late Sept 2023 to Feb 2024 claiming it through insurance. We highly refer KK and her team as they walked us though every step of the way & were doggedly persistent to get us a full replacement of an original roof (wind and hail damage) against a very difficult Insurance Adjustor & Engineer fighting us every step of the way.It was quick drop off of materials the night before, replaced the roof in one day, great cleanup then next day came back for last walk through and hidden nail cleanup. Such a wonderful experience for a stressful expensive home event.

Terminus roofing folks Matt and Christina showed up at my door one day & drew my attention to a fascia board on one side of my roof that was hanging. Matt got up on the roof & fixed the same free of charge although I offered to pay him. I found that to be very generous and genuine at the same time. We just had our roof replaced by Terminus with the help of an amazing employee - Jakob H! We had a 9yo roof that was beaten and battered by the massive storm we had in July. I started with another company, but once insurance came back with minimal repair on the estimate I had a hard time getting supported to re-state the case with insurance. I spoke with Jakob and had additional inspection/testing and communications with the adjustors within a few days. It took time and many additional calls with insurance, but Terminus was there the whole way! Install was done in a single day and not even a crumb of shingle was left after the crew cleaned up. Absolutely 5 star service in all aspects.
