The reconstruction phase was a complete disaster.We have mismatched tile,,Multicolored cabinets, missing cabinet facings, no knobs, missing hinges, Missing interior door hinges that employees lost, Also missing toilet parts that employees lost , Three Unhung doors because of missing parts, They also took without permission custom glass etched kitchen cabinets, which the never have returned. Our home is now a complete wreck. Included is a picture of the missing kitchen cabinets that were taken. from our premises without permission. Premier conducted recent mitigation and restoration of our house after water damage. The entire process of restoration planning was handled by Brandon in an outstanding manner. Always available to answer questions, he gave us excellent advice to help our decision making. When difficulties arose, Brandon always presented the problem, but more importantly, a satisfactory solution! The tradespeople on the job--Mark, JP and Yaka--were excellent, quickly dealing with any problems and always being able to find solutions to utilize materials we had on hand. Also, regardless of the pressure, the team was always in a good mood and immune to the pressure. The office support was also excellent. Krystle was very helpful in assisting with the interactions with the insurance company and the adjustor. Aulia was very supportive in explaining all the invoices and very helpful in identifying the most efficient payment options. In net, the entire crew was excellent, as was the restoration. Premier has been amazing from start to finish - from scheduling an appointment (Aulia) to the assessment (Randy) to the estimates (Krystle) to billing (Naomi & Aulia) to the water mitigation (Kevin, Ray, Makana and the crew) to the floor samples (Brandon) to the reconstruction (Mark and John)....This company is on point! Throughout the entire process, i was kept in the loop; they took the time to explain what to expect every step of the way down to time frames which was greatly appreciated. I can honestly say that Premier made a very stressful situation much more bearable. They took care of everything including keeping in touch with the insurance adjuster and providing him with the required documents. The service received from this company was exceptional from beginning to end. Premier Restoration did an amazing job! I had a flood and was not home when it happened. Premier was fast and on time. They were also very thorough at making sure they removed all the mold. AJ was very easy to work with and made sure to keep me posted throughout the whole process. Brandon on the other hand has quite the eye for design! He sure knows his colors! Especially my new vinyl flooring! I should have written this review after our first experience with Premier (water leak that caused mold and damage to the majority of our kitchen cabinets, and storage space) . Now that we have had them fix our house again (extensive interior smoke damage from a fire on the exterior of our home) I feel like should share my experience. When we had the water damage and resulting mold we freaked out and started calling everyone. We had just had our first child 6 weeks ago and of course it was a weekend and we had no idea what we were going to do. Premier was at our house the very next morning, answering all our questions (MOLD!?!!) and immediately got to work. They were so professional and had our family’s health as their first priority. They did an amazing job and you would never know they had to basically gut our kitchen to remove all the water damage. Fast forward a few months and we had a frantic call from our house sitters saying there was a small fire outside but the wind basically funneled all the smoke into our house. Well, this time we knew who to call and sure enough Premier was there that day assessing the damage, and assuring us they would start work right away. There was no trace of smoke when they finished and our house was way cleaner then we left it Both times they kept us updated and their employees were very professional ( they had to clean almost everything in our house ). I fully trusted their team. They even made sure to use the most gentle cleaners since they knew we had a child and a dog. So, a flood and a fire ugh. Thanks again Premier but hopefully we won’t be making this a habit.

I had water damage to my house and they were able to help me replace the dry wall. The demolition set up was great, they had divided up the area with tarps so dusts did not get into the rest of the condo.Darin and James came and did the restoration and were super friendly and professional. They were even good with my dog! The wall looks great and so does the floor board.The only thing that made me give 4 stars instead of 5 was due to communication. Restoration did not tell me that they had schedule the A/C removal and the A/C company came unexpectedly. Unfortunately I was not available to have this done that week and everything had to get rescheduled till the week after. Then when the demolition was done I was told I would receive a call to schedule the restoration team but I never got one and they showed up unexpectedly the next day. I was glad this time because I was available all week and this means everything else will get done faster. Luckily I work at home so was able to accommodate but if I did not work from home this would be really bad. Other than that everyone I've talked to was professional, knowledgeable, and I never had to wait on the phone when I called.Thank you Kai Durang, Darin, James and the Demolition team (I did not get their names).Services: Mold inspection, Water damage-related cleanup & repair

Grey water from the unit above damaged the ceiling and walls. Got a call from our landscaper that water was coming out our front door...the entire kitchen/living room was underwater from a leak under the sink! And we are off island in New England. Very stressed out and no idea what to do or who to call. Found Premier Restoration online, SO glad I took a chance and called them. From Kai in the office, Brandon in reconstruction, and the mitigation team, everything has gone incredibly smoothly. All my questions are answered promptly and professionally, with minimum effort from me. Our claims adjuster said Premier is the best and not to worry, and now I believe him. Premier Restoration did a fantastic job cleaning up a rat infestation we had at our Maui condo. Everyone I worked with there were very professional and friendly. They were on the job ASAP, and the cleanup crew did awesome work. I highly recommend Premier Restoration for any major cleanup you need done, and their work will restore your home/apt/condo and your peace of mind.Thank you Kai, Anu, and the whole crew for your fantastic work!Here's the full story:I contacted PR on a Mon, they thoroughly inspected/photographed the damage Wed morning, by Wed late afternoon they sent a detailed estimate and contract that I signed and made a deposit, and they did the cleanup Thu and Fri.The 3 person cleanup crew were top notch - they cleaned and disinfected *everything* except as agreed the contents of cabinets (which the rats thankfully hadn't gotten into) and the laundry. That being said, to give us peace of mind, they disinfected/cleaned bedroom dresser drawers and cleaned out the content of our coffee table drawer in which the rats got into. They also disposed of all garbage and our hideaway-bed mattress and box-spring which they advised to toss since the rats had gotten between the mattress and box-spring.The crew was great about communicating with me as they worked, sending me photos with questions.Through their hard work, the transformation was amazing. I moved back in after 5 days during which I dried our rugs, pillows and cleaned off the disinfectant in major areas.None of our nice, wood furniture was harmed by the disinfectant and it was easy to get off with a little soap and water. For our bedroom laminate floors, after some trial and error, I got the disinfectant off by mopping with vinegar and water.I spent the following 1.5 weeks restoring internet and web cameras (they ate through the ethernet cable), plugging the holes where the rats got in, continuing to clean the cleaning, and doing a zillion loads of laundry and started to wash all our cabinet's dishes.I felt our place was completely back to normal when I returned to the mainland a week later. I recently experienced a flood from the condo upstairs from me. I wasn’t in Maui and my condo was vacant. Fortunately a downstairs neighbor heard the running water at 3:30 AM and got water turned off with the assistance of our GM. The GM called in Premier who arrived with a team and equipment to dry out just a couple hours later. Sadly my unit was flooded throughout and my cork flooring had to be removed. I am happy to report that since Premier responded so quickly I avoided having mold problems. The “contents team” came in and packed up my stuff to facilitate taking up the flooring. Once they found out I was hoping to occupy the unit to see the damage for myself and select replacement flooring they were in touch several times about what to leave and what to pack.Everyday during the week plus to dry out the involved units our GM got a detailed report from Premier. She was able to forward that on along with pictures for those owners off Maui to see what was happening. The restoration estimates I received are in line with costs I experienced when the same thing happened three years ago. I hired my own contractor that time and the restoration process took way too long. I am hopeful this will be done by January.Now Premier is working on restoration of my unit. The recon team arrived ready to work as I was leaving for the mainland. So far I’ve been very happy with the process and the level of communication with the staff. They gave me some advice on flooring selection, but didn’t push me in a particular direction. I’m looking forward to seeing the finished product. Then I can update this review.Mahalo to the whole Premier team.*****It is February 3, 2022As promised I’m returning to this review to update after reconstruction and contents return.I am happy to report that the Premier team succeeded in surprising me with the high quality of their work. The flooring is beautiful (Bamboo Maui also gets credit) and the installation is done well. I was impressed that I cannot see the many places where the walls and ceilings needed repair after the dry out process. They actually look better than when we bought the condo in 1996. Baseboard moldings are well fitted to all the strange angles in the walls. The wall in the picture below was badly damaged from water and needed drywall patching, retexturing, and fitting the flooring and baseboard on that unusual angle. Looks great. The painters did good job too, even if they forgot to clean the sinks. That was my only complaint and Premier staff members apologized profusely.In mid January they returned all my furniture, etc. from storage. Everything was placed in generally the right spots. I chose to have them leave the boxes packed for me to sort, so spent considerable time on that. I only found one broken item out of everything and couldn’t swear it wasn’t broken before. Premier is the best from the minute you call to the last minute they're in your home or business. They made the process smoother and more bearable due to their kindness and understanding.I really need to take stock in their business after using them so much.Our first interaction was two years ago with a water flood in my house. I was beside myself and the team was fast to help me. Then mold on part of my bathroom wall and now my sons room from neighbors water damage.Every person I had contact with explained fully what each step entailed. Their work is outstanding. Premier Restoration Hawaii was at my house responding to my call.. my insurance company called them and they were very quick to set up a time to come assess my problem. Two workers showed up and began removing the soaked laminate flooring. They numbered the baseboards which were reusable.....What a great idea! They started blowers to run for 3-4 days to dry out the floor and walls to prevent any moisture to remain.My name is Gloreen. We had a hot water pipe leak causing damage to flooring, drywall and the removal of a shower. We contacted Premier Restoration as soon as we realized we would have a lot of work to fix the damage. We were put in touch with Sandi, who is fantastic. She sent a team out right away and they quickly removed the damaged flooring and drywall and set up all the equipment needed to dry the area. When we realized the shower needed to be removed we asked the team if they could remove it, as they had done such a efficient and professional job with the other work we knew they would manage to get the shower out without cracking a single tile that was overlaying the shower pan - and they did! We can't say enough about Sandi and the amazing team she sent to us in our time of need. They kept in contact and kept us up-to-date with tear-out work and drying process. This was so appreciated. I wouldn't choose any other service for my restoration needs! Anthony is the smartest guy I know when it comes to home restoration needs. I just bought my first house and in the first month, the fridge started leaking and soaked through the walls into my laundry room! I called Anthony and he was there right away to help me! He knew exactly what to check and was able to explain everything he was doing so that I could understand easily. The guys were there the same day to dry up my walls and set everything up. Anthony at Premier Restoration checked out a scary growth of seemingly black mold on my ceiling after the landlord’s handy man failed to fix a leaky roof on three separate occasions over two years’ time. I was in a heightened state of alert for my household’s health, which I’m sure many would have readily taken advantage of, but Anthony gave me the reality check I needed of what the actual issues were and what actions my landlord could take to fix it once and for all (luckily, in my case, without a sense of urgency and impending doom, because there ended up not being an immediate safety issue after all). Most importantly, I didn’t get an up-sell pitch, I got real info and the logical options to resolve the issue. He offered his expert advice for free, and his extensive list of contacts makes it clear that he will guide you to the correct vendor who can address your specific problem.
