I had an Old Hickory shed built in our backyard to be used as a hobby shed. I wanted it to be comfortable and usable year round. I had heard that spray foam insulation was one of the best methods of insulation and I figured that since it was a stand alone building without any shared walls, it would be worth the extra money. I called four different Spokane/CDA companies before the shed was even built, hoping to get on the books since I figured they, like all contractors, were super busy. Not a single one of them called me back. After the shed was built, I tried again. I didn’t call Insul-Max the first time for whatever reason, but on my second round of calls I did. They picked up the phone immediately, and quoted me that afternoon. They were booked out about a month, which I expected, but they were extremely responsive and communication was excellent. Their machine broke the day before they were supposed to come insulate my shed (!), but kept me updated and once it was fixed, came out over the weekend to get the job done. I would highly recommend them based on communication and responsiveness alone, but I’m also very happy with the job they did. I think it’s going to end up keeping my shed very comfortable year round. RE: prices I’m not sure, as I was never even able to talk to anyone else who does anything similar. In speaking with other contractors I’ve had around for other jobs, I believe the price was reasonable.

Wow, what an experience! A company that not only does what they say they will do, but go above. I spoke with Robert and it sounds strange, but it was like talking to your favorite neighbor, just so easy! He really listened to me and what I wanted for my project. He even suggested something I hadn't thought of and it ended up saving me $300! Jesse and his guys came out and did the work and really made such a difference in my shop. They worked around stuff I had in there that I couldn't move out of the way, and really did a good job cleaning up after. I swear these days people come in and do their job and leave with no clean up, and that just wasn't the case here. Start to finish, very professional!
