It has been a little over 2-1/2 years since my wife and I had Precision Gutters & Roofing remove our old roofing and gutters, and install all-new roofing and gutters. A crew arrived early in the morning and completed the tear-off and total replacement by that afternoon. Each person knew what they were doing, did their tasks quickly and neatly.Even the cleanup was great with a thorough pass around the house including magnetic capture of fallen nails. You're always going to have a number of old shingle nails on the ground afterwards.I followed up their cleanup with my own 24 inch wide magnet on wheels w/broomstick handle. Roofing nails will hide between and under bark and rock. I was pleased that barely a few nails escaped from Precisions excellent cleanup job.Sun, rain, snow, temperatures well below freezing and occasional winds are commonplace. The roofing and gutters have handled this perfectly; looking like the work was just completed yesterday.Two pictures included show the work in progress, and a completed roof & front gutter on the 29th of April, 2021. I was tempted to Photoshop the overcast sky but I left these pictures on touched.

Owner Jon was prompt and courteous and quickly got us the repair we needed. Jon stated our 25 year old roof was intact and would need replaced in the next 3 to 5 years. A month later a traveling roofing company(DaBella) appeared at our door and high pressured us to get up on our roof. They said it needed replaced immediately for DOUBLE the price quoted by Jon. This roofing company (DaBella) was extremely rude and argumentative about us doing business with them. We called Jon to rebook at our roof which he did and stated it was a good repair by his workers. All of our interactions with Precision Roofing have been friendly, helpful and professional. Jon is very honest and is not trying to sell a roof replacement. Hands down would recommend Precision Roofing company for any roofing needs!

The two young men that came to my house and installed gutter guards did a great job!! They had to deal with pouring down rain while working high up on ladders. They even adjusted some of the gutters due to water flow not reaching the down spouts.Thank you for a job well done!!

My house had shingles that came off which caused a leak. I contacted Precision recommended by a friend. I called and spoke to Molly who was very friendly (which I appreciate) with questions. She needed to double check and get back to me. I said I would understand if she couldn't get back to me even until tomorrow because they may be busy work work. Well to my surprise, I got a call back an hour later that they could come out that day. The guys that came out were nice, respectful, but more importantly, they explained why my shingles came off.Totally recommend! Thank you for the good work and communication!

I bought my home with a new roof and installed gutters a year later. We had a leak in the entryway last winter and I wanted to find out who installed the new roof. I called the city permit office, gave them my address and sure enough found out it was Precision Gutters. I then called and got the owner of the company, John on the phone. He came over right away and we came to the conclusion that the way I put the gutters on created ice dams. John just left my home and he spent 5 hours of hard work on the roof and didn't even want to get paid for it becausehe said it felt like his baby. Where am I?? Bottom line: price is Ok, but you're in for a lot of arguing, following up, and babysitting this company.Hired for a job on my house in Hayden last month, and they didn't show up when they say they will, they didn't complete the job to spec. Had to repeatedly call and text when they drop the ball, and eventually threatened to put a lien on my house if I didn't pay them upfront.Eventually after lots of repeated delays, calls, and arguments they finished the job.Only hire if you have a LOT of time and energy to spare babysitting Jon.
