Insurance Claims Adjusting was a delight to work with. At every step in the process they worked with my insurance carrier to detothe amount of money that would be paid toward my roof replacement. Although very little of my roof replacement cost was covered by my carrier, I felt comfortable in the process that I went through. In the end I decided to replace the roof and was very pleased with the work they did. I will recommend their work to others I know.

My neighbor had suggested I call Jim after she noticed some of my shingles had blown off and landed in her yard. She previously had used Insurance Claims Roofing and was very impressedthat they were able to get their entire roof replaced through their insurance company and was extremely satisfied with the job that Jim's crew did.Although I was somewhat skeptical, I decided to call Insurance Claims Roofing and we got the process of filing my insurance claim started - from our initial consultation until the job was completed, Jim explained the insurance process in detail to me, and interacted with my insurance agent himself many times.After the initial insurance adjuster filed his inspection report, my insurance company was only offering to pay for the specific areas damaged (only 1 slope on the house). Jim continued to discuss this situation with them, explaining to the agent that it was not practical to replace only part of the roof, and suggested to me that I should ask for a second inspection, which I did. The insurance company sent out a roofing engineer this time, and following his report, agreed to the complete replacement of the roof.Throughout the process, Jim was extremely patient with all my questions as I did my due diligence regarding the process,which almost seemed too good to be true. He explained what materials and procedures would be used for the roofreplacement, as well as what the total cost to me would be. Jim was extremely generous as well, offering to helpreduce the cost as much as he could (when it looked as though insurance would only cover 1/2 the cost of full replacement) and then evenmore so in helping me with a very high deductible that I had for the full roof replacement.I would be remiss not to mention his generosity in regard to his providing some on-the-job material upgrades, for instanceafter indicating to me that a section of the roof had rotten plywood and a sheet needed to be replaced, he later felt thatto do the job right, a second sheet was needed, and he provided it at no cost to me! He also provided no-cost upgradesfor some ridge cap shingles and valley metal.His crew also are to be commended for their hard work, diligence and professionalism, they arrived promptly at 8 am and were done by 5pm, roof stripped and replaced in a single day. They also diligently cleaned up the whole area when done.I highly recommend Insurance Claims Roofing to anyone needing their services - They used high quality products and were professional from start to finish.

After a windstorm in Boise, my roof sustained enough damage to require replacement. My neighbor who had had his roof replaced told me he had his done by Hometown Roofing in Northern Idaho. I thought that was interesting for them to come all the way to Boise, but they had done a good job for him, so I called James at Hometown Roofing. In just one day the old roof was torn off and a new roof was installed. The crew worked together like a well oiled machine, quickly and professionally. A strong windstorm obliterated my roof. I called my insurance company and they gave me the names of several companies. They were the only ones that called me the same day and squeezed me in to their inspection scheduling. He immediately came out, inspected my roof and guided me through the whole process. This is my first home and my first insurance claim and he was very kind and helped me through the process. The lady who took our call from the claims office was horrible and he handle her so well and very professional. I praised him because I would not have had the same patience. I waited a full year to put in this review. Our roof looks beautiful and we are very satisfied with the performance through the seasons. We had a new roof put on and it was done in a single day!
