Jordans company had a challenge with our cabin that was built in 1906. Old stone chimney to deal with, skylights that were just clear panels and a few other things. I had called 5 roofing companies, 3 came out to give me bids, 1 bid was over the top, 1 bid I didn't get for 2 months but Jordan got me a bid within days. His crew was on-time every day which was also a challenge due to being late in the season. Every time I called or texted Jordan I would get a response within minutes. In todays environment, when a contractor will never return calls or makes excuses, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Jordan. After the job was finished they cleaned and picked everything up. I would use him again in an instant and recommend him to everyone.

Western Roofing recently completed a roofing project for one of our out-buildings. While it was not the largest project, the job was treated like it was as important as our house. High points included prompt response time and cleanliness of the project area.I previously had contacted Western Roofing about some concerns on our house roof and Jordan gave an honest assessment that I was not in need of a new roof yet. I appreciated their integrity and this is why they were my first call on this smaller project.As I was able to observe this roof project through this winter staying completely dry,I have high confidence that my eventual house project will be as successful.Highly recommended!

I recently had Western Roofing put a new roof & new gutters on my house. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Jordan & his company. The estimate he gave me was very competitive & complete. I hired Western to repair my 2 metal barn roofs that were leaking. Jordan told me he thought he could replace all the screws costing me much less cost than replacing both roofs. Miguel and the guys came out, roped off due to the steep pitch. Kicked snow out of their way and went to work. In 2 days, I had no more leaks. So thankful to find an honest Contractor who stood by every word. I will definately be calling them again and referring Western to anyone that needs their help.

During escrow my client found out the roof was pretty shot on the new house he was buying and it was going to be an issue with getting the loan - I reached out to Jordan on Friday around 2pm, he was in the area and able to inspect the roof within hours, determining it was beyond repair he pulled permits and we literally had a new roof installed on the house by Monday 2pm preventing what could have been major delays in closing. We found out on Friday that our loan was in jeopardy of closing on time, which would mean we would lose our rate lock, due to a few missing shingles and and some questionable patch jobs. Our mortgage broker recommended I call Jordan from Western construction and roofing. He stopped by the house we were buying an hour later, and had a quote to me 30 minutes after that.The quote was very reasonable, he handled my question in the most professional manner and helped me understand the differences in the various shingles. He actually moved his schedule around to get my house done, and had the new roof installed by the following Monday. From inspection to new roof in 4 days, and our closing date did not need to move.I highly recommend Jordan and his team, they did an amazing job! They also left the home perfectly clean. I highly recommend Jordan for roof repair and replacement. I used him for my duplex when shingles flew off because of wind. The insurance company tried to pass it off as a 'repair' and cut me a small check for repairs. Then Jordan went to bat for me. He knew more than the appraisers regarding ordering and shingle type/model (that was outdated). Ultimately his diligence and contacts with the insurance company got me an entire new roof that only cost me my deductible. Jordan and his crew replaced our old roof after a wind storm and did an excellent job. He is personable, informative and efficient. A month later a tree fell on our house, and we immediately called him for help. After the tree removal was done and the roof was tarped by an emergency removal company, it was clear it would not be adequate if there was more wind or it snowed. He came out the next day and securely boarded and tarped everything down tight. When it came time to reshingle the roof they did the whole thing in two days. Justin and his team were truly amazing! Justin was incredibly kind, and knowledgeable. He was a straight shooter with me, his pricing was fair, very accurate, and I felt -zero- sales pressure of any kind. Our roof had layers of old roof, along with the top layer being many many many years old. They had their work cut out for them with my roof, to say the least, and Justin and his team were relentless in replacing my roof - and doing it right! They also replaced our two skylights.
