Called them for siding, flooring and some building materials for our home remodeling. The salesperson said he would get back to us with a quote and never did, I called back 3 times and still no call backs. Ended up going to Sandpoint building supply and got A+ service there at great prices and our home now looks beautiful. Save your time and just go to Sandpoint building supply.

my order was on time and without any defects. normally a lumber order has a three percent cull but this order was 100 percent perfect, straight, clean and well wrapped. i was over two weeks late in picking up my order, the yard took extra care in keeping it clean and free from "yard damage". great job"

I had a small custom order of hardwood. They did not stock it, but they knew where to get it and had it brought in Good communication all through the process, and I felt like my order was huge, expensive and for an important customer. These folks are just great.

Everyone was happy that I spent 5k on decking until I pointed it out they damaged 3 boards while loading.......all of a sudden the manager had to look them over and all of their help was gone. SO instead of unloading the whole load and starting over I bought 3 more boards and can bring the 3 back later. Service was good but no trust was my takeaway.

I requested an estimate on building a garage over 2 weeks ago. Tony called me back and was quite rude and condescending when asking what I was looking for. Yes I am a woman and don't know all the correct terminology in the building world but I would expect someone to explain it to me if they wanted my business. As of today I have not received ANYTHING, not a call or email regarding my estimate. I probably should have called Tony back but really didn't want to be treated that way again. And besides if that's what they call customer care, I don't want it.

Our dock was damaged in the Labor Day storm and I sent in a request for a material quote. It’s all gone well, better than I expected. Thx to Tony at the Sagle store for his comments and insight. I’ll be picking up the materials this week

I KNEW this was the right place to go. They had huge, places, small towers, large huts, it was perfect. There's a family of these by my house and I couldn't help but think if they had a decent home that they wouldn't have to continue living in the woods, and that's when I found it! A perfect three bedroom little house with a den and office space. I really hope they like it. I knew the Badger Building Center would help me find exactly what I was looking for.

Customer service is pretty lame. I bought 8' fence boards from them and had 30 left over. I called and asked if they would return them for a store credit and they said no. Ok. So be it. I'm a couple weeks away from starting a very expensive home building project in the area. A small return would have gone a long way in who I decided to buy my building supplies. Sandpoint Building Supply here I come!

Our deck staircase began to collapse this Spring. So i decided to rebuild it and a portion of the deck using Trex. I placed my order online, maybe my mistake. I was promptly contacted via email. I had the dimensions all worked out, and my email contact was very helpful. "Bob" worked out what i would need and an order was placed. A question arose, so I called Badger in Ssgle. They never heard of "Bob", or my order. They searched their computer, and after some time on hold found my order. They then began to change it as the lengths "Bob" had set up were unavailable to them. I thought Badger was just local, but apparantly not. In anycase I was at work and could not double check their new numbers with an order including longer boards. What arrived was way more Trex than I need. STILL, NOT UPSET YET. I figured it was on me to insure what was ordered was what I need. THIS IS WHAT PROMPTED ME TO FINALLY WRITE. I also had them deliver 3 2X12 treated 10 footers to make the stair risers. As i started making them today, found they are so cracked as to be totally useless. So I am returning my business to my previous supplier.
