I was so impressed with Greg and the 2 guys he sent to save the Sandpoint Lions Club toy room! These guys are amazing! They showed up on time, were extremely polite/ professional and they took the time to protect the area they were working on! I would highly recommend them!

Updated Review: After my first review (below) our dishwasher flooded our home overnight. Our entire kitchen and parts of our living room and bathroom were flooded, as well as some of our crawl space. We called Insight Restoration and they were at the house promptly, ready to get things taken care of! This occurred on a Saturday, and they still acted fast despite being called after normal business hours. They immediately took action and over the course of a week demo-ed the wet areas, treated them with antimicrobials, and dried our house, all the while communicating with us about the situation and making sure all our questions were answered. They seemed very careful in keeping thing’s orderly, clean, and professional. Naturally we had tons of concerns relating to our home, the process, finances and homeowners insurance, and they did such a great job helping us navigate all the stressful “unknowns”. Insight billed our homeowners insurance for us, and unfortunately my insurance dragged their feet! Insight maintained communication with us during that waiting period, and they were very patient with us while insurance caused quite a delay in payment. Finally our claim was assigned to a different adjuster and we were able to pay Insight for their hard work!In our experience, Insight is a solid company. They communicate clearly, tell you what you should expect during the course of remediation, answer your questions thoroughly, and are very friendly all while doing so. It’s very easy to get ahold of them. I can tell the owner is a person of integrity based off of the many conversations we had. He gave us his direct number so if we had any needs we could reach him right away! I highly recommend this company. Hopefully I won’t need another reason to hire them - haha! But if I do have another house problem, I will be calling Insight!First review: Very friendly and helpful staff. They evaluated mold in our attic, gave us a good quote and offered many solutions to our problem. Good prices. Honest and seem to have their clients best interest in mind. Very pleased 👍🏻

after a disastrous experience with Serv Pro, Insight came in and saved the day. They were quick, responsive, professional, and did an incredible job! We cannot give them a higher recommendation. If you have any kind of disaster, call them. We had a fire and they restored things that looked beyond hope, important mementos that we were afraid we had lost. Greg was amazing. The whole crew was so good. They came in with the team and then one day cleared out all the trash and all the non-salvageable furniture. What a great contrast to Serv Pro who took a week to handle the contents of one room. And charged us a fortune.

Insight Restoration recently helped us when we found unexpected mold growing under the flooring in our kitchen. They were able to get to us quickly, do a thorough inspection, then laid out a great plan to solve our mold issues. I never felt like I was being sold something and am very appreciative! We called Insight Restoration because we had a musty smell throughout the house and were having bad allergy issues we thought might be do to mold. Greg came by and inspected our house. He was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He gave us great ideas on how to limit the humidity and help prevent the mold from forming throughout our home. He was able locate our most problematic areas and put together some good options to remediate the problem. Thank you Insight! We look forward to telling all are friends about you.

I've waited for some time to write this review. We came home from vacation to a water leak and our kitchen floor flooded. Insight sent out one of their owners, who reassured us they would take care of the drying out process and then restore our home back to what it was. We bought it hook line and sinker.The crew they sent out for the drying out process was the only positive part of doing business with this company.From the one owner who did not return phone calls or text messages to the office person who would wait for me to leave a message, then TEXT me back instead of calling. Quotes being randomly thrown out without breakdowns to let us know why they were charging the absurd fees they were charging. We took over and finished the restoration process ourselves .Taking two and a half months to get the appropriate documentation to our Insurance company and that finally occurred after an email was sent to Insight from our Insurance company that this was their 4th and final attempt to get that documentation.After a couple more weeks the Insurance company approved payment and it was on its way to be paid in full. In the meantime I received an email from the gal in the office stating she was "sorry billing had drug out so long (Insights doing, not ours) and that she normally starts lien proceedings by now and want to hold off while it looks like we will be paid in full shortly".How very kind of her since she was the reason this process took so long!!

This is the second basement flood to which they have come to my rescue. Both times they were very professional and knowledgeable. And I was so grateful that they were compassionate and reassuring. I highly recommend this company for all your inside restoration needs.
