We had a flood in the office that i work at. We had this company come out to repair the damage. Needless to say, they were amazing. The team that came out consisted of Auggie, Gage, Justin, and Andrew. Not only did they work fast, hard, and efficiently, but they we so kind hearted and did their best to put smiles on all of our faces in such a time of loss and dispare. One of the guys even bought our team lunch! I whole heartedly recommend North Idaho flood & Fire. Our home flooded while we were out of town and they were on the scene assessing the situation a couple hours after I called. Later that day they had a clean up crew working non-stop. Even with the extensive damage, and how difficult it is to get sub-contractors, they had us back in our home within weeks so we could enjoy the summer!. It was truly amazing. I manage the maintenance for multiple homes in the Sandpoint area. As a professional contractor, I knew that when the septic pump failed unexpectedly and flooded the entire bottom floor of my clients home, immediate action was mandatory.One call to Bob at North Idaho Flood and Fire was all it took. He arrived with equipment and a small army that took immediate action to safeguard the home from further damage. When I say immediate, I mean within an hour and a half, industrial dehumidifiers and wet vacs were running, removing water. The crew removed wet heavy carpet, drywall and insulation up two floors without hesitation. No gripes about the smell, just a well trained professional crew that moved with a purpose.When I had a flood in my own home, Bob advised me through a very stressful process and gave me peace of mind. I made it a point to know these men all by name, as they truly deserve accolades for the superior service they provide. They took a terrible experience and turned it into an easy adventure. And they started the day after our house fire. augie was awesome and sean was the best drywaller and texturer i have ever seen. pleasant, thorough and detailed. made my kids thrilled that they were getting all new rooms. Upon inspection of sump installation found very poor workmanship UPDATE today Wade showed up as told he would we discussed current issues and reasons they were occurring, we removed sump tub filled we gravel and Wade moved forward with task of redigging a hole in near freezing standing water, in order to drill drain holes and reaccept pit allowing water to properly evacuate crawl space . We disscused need for filter fabric on tub and gravel placement around area once ability to do so is possible,as a service worker he told me I would need to speak with Bob again to confirm. Bob assured me that they would do so .as of Friday 3/10/17 the issue has been corrected and we are happy with the fix thank you Wade .
