The sales staff was very pleasant and organized. The fence looks great after some repairs. The installation staff were fast but could not follow instructions. I only had two things that I absolutely said not to do and they ignored them and did it anyways. This caused some friction between my neighbors and I.

I had Protech put up a fence in my front yard. It’s a vinyl fence and they came out one day and put the posts in and several days later they came out and in an hour and 15 minutes they had the entire fence up. They did it very efficiently and very friendly and I would recommend them.

Protech did a FANTASTIC job on our fence. The tops and bottoms that they install look better than others in the neighborhood (thicker / fancier), and their gates are also superior (super solid, double latches on the dual gate with a removable center post, and no wire on the back - just a steel stiffener that matches the rest of the vinyl). On top of the product just being top-notch, Dawson and Terran were both great to work with, and quick to get us scheduled and the job done! Overall amazing product and A+ customer service!

The operator was kind, listened to what I needed and asked questions before he began.He did a wonderful job of not only clearing deep snow, but he changed his snow plow blade for a bucket and then removed ice down to the blacktop. I was very impressed with the equipment used and the terrific operator.The minimal price is $400 + $100/hr. Got anything over 4 hrs. I have approx. 1/2 acre to clear and it only took 1 hr. to clear the area including time to change buckets. I wish there had been some consideration for my small storage unit facility and reduced the price. But I understand the expense of their equipment and need to cover those costs.Of course they can't clear snow away from the doors of each unit - that has to be shoveled by hand. I was very thankful for the quick service that I received.S&S STORAGE of Shelley.

We had a temporary fence installed. Sort of like a wire-fence corral for my doggies. This will let them have a place to run until we can get a real fence installed next spring. The guys showed up on time and did a great job. They even put up a makeshift gate for me. I highly recommend ProTech Fence.

We are thrilled with the looks of the fence and gates, quality of the materials, and the professionalism shown throughout the process, from estimate to finished installation. Every post is set with plenty of concrete, leveled and everything is square. I watched the crews check, double and continue checking accuracy on measurements and lines until they were right. Given the quality of the finished product and the experience of having ProTech onsite I am happy with the price of the project. I was so impressed by Issac. I called him for a quote, he came out quickly and was really impressive to deal with. His crew came out shortly and did a great job. While they were gone one day, the cows rubbed against two freshly poured posts and broke the cement seal. I called Issac and he had his guys come out a second time, with no charge, and cemented the posts in again. I had one issue with the fence and he got it corrected to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Protech Fence to anyone.

I ordered some fence from Protech and I became frustrated due to some miscommunications which resulted in a couple of trips from Idaho Falls to Shelley. I contacted Protech by email and expressed my frustrations. The very next morning, I was contacted by Tristan who apologized and offered to deliver my stock immediately. Initial 6' vinyl fence was installed in 20218 with no problems. Recently had damage done that required replacing several pieces of fencing. Called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Aaron showed up on time, took pictures and sent a written estimate within the hour. Called back and accepted the bid. Aaron showed up and completed the work. From estimate to completion was approximately 3 hours. Would not hesitate to use Protech in the future.

I called for an estimate on a Tues or Weds, a rep came to my home the following Fri, received estimate within a few days, and the fence was installed within two or three weeks without a hitch. The posts were installed on a Monday, and the panels were completed on the following Wednesday, which happened to be my birthday!! It was such a great surprise! Love the fence. Wonderful compliments from friends with fabulous taste . . . one said it was "her favorite fence she had ever seen!" I'm looking forward to adding some attractive potted plants to enhance the beauty of the fence. On January 15th, 2024, Aaron from Pro Tech Fending came out to give us a bid to do a repair to a section of our vinyl fence damaged due to high winds. Even though this section of fencing was not originally installed by Pro Tech Fencing, Aaron was able to diagnose an incorrect installation error made by the initial fencing company and was able to immediately repair the fence. Aaron was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. If anyone needs fence installation or repair, my advice is to contact Pro Tech Fencing. Thank you Aaron!!

We called so many different companies to get a quote and many either didn't answer or never showed up. We called Protech on a personal recommendation and they were professional and timely every step of the way. The fence turned out beautifully and was well done.
