Brizee is AMAZING! Every aspect of our dealings with Brizee have been fantastic, from our initial search for a fireplace through the installation. Our consultant, Amber, guided us through every step of the process and recommended the Kuma Aspen LE wood stove, and it's truly incredible. We light a fire when we get home from work and it heats our entire house for the next 24 hours, using very little wood (74-76 degrees when it's in the 20's outside-we're going to save a fortune in heating costs!) We're so grateful we switched to this efficient little machine--it burns cleanly, it's environmentally friendly and uses a renewable source of energy, and it has made our home so cozy and comfortable. Prior to the purchase of our property in Kimberly Idaho. The seller hired Brizee to inspect and provide a knowledgeable diagnostic of our central air heating and cooling unit. This service was performed on the 23rd of May 2023. On the 5th of June 2023 we the new home owners turned the on the air conditioning and to our demise the warm air! Brizee was contacted, technician performed service call, diagnostic indicated faulty compressors! You draw your own conclusions. 1st time the unit was turned on since the 23rd of May 3023. Same technician, same company (Brizee) 227 2nd Ave East, Twin Falls Idaho. Now Brizee wants to replace the compressors or sell us a new unit! I advise a 2nd opinion on any service this company offers and research the competition before you give Brizee your business. You and your family might have to endure hot summer heat without a working central air conditioning unit!

I waited in store for half an hour to be able to talk to someone as all the employees were busy, only to have them tell me they do not keep in stock the size of air filter that I needed. The man at the counter said he could order it in, but would have to call his supplier. He took down my number to let me know how much the filter would be, but never called me.I could have done all this on the phone, but no one ever answered whenever I tried calling.

I had a quote written up for a Lp gas stove, decided to order it then waited 7 days for it to arrive. It arrived and after I got it home (40 miles away) it was natural gas. Now a conversion kit is ordered and have to wait for another 7 days. And I needed a piece of pipe so called in the morning was told it was in stock and by 4pm when we drove back there 80 miles round trip it was out of stock. Very unhappy with customer service. I didnt spend a whole lot but after $2700.00 you would think they would care about customers. Shop around....its worth it.

Few years ago I bought a Traeger Smoker from Brizees. It wasn't working quite right, called Brizees. Russ was dispatched to check it out. He did a few minor adjustments, explained in detail exactly how smokers work differently than ovens. I like dealing with Brizees, always courteous and reliable.

I was contacted by Brad at Brizee after I requested a quote for an HVAC system for a new house. He asked that I send him the insulation specifications for walls, roof, floor, and windows along with house plans. I called and left a message to see if he needed anything else. I emailed him the information and followed up with another email to see if he needed anything else and it has been 3 weeks without any response. If you can't even return a phone call or email, I'll do business somewhere else.

They want to help you. Even if they don't sell or offer what you are looking for they will point you in the right direction.

Service was good and they came and fixed my leaky furnace in 25 minutes. The problem is that they charged me $90's (there minimum fee) for only a few minutes of work. They also charge $40's for one filter (20x25x4), whereas you can get 6 equivalent filters for $70's on amazon. Looks like I will be going elsewhere to get my service done next time, so I can save some money.
