We had water damage that resulted in having to replace our water heater and some interior flooring. Brian came over within an hour of my calling him and he had a crew working that afternoon tearing up flooring and starting the drying process. They were very professional and conscience of everything they did. They knew what the insurance company would require and had documentation for everything. They worked thru the weekend to get us so we could have some hot water and then proceeded to restore everything back to working order. A big shoutout to Mike and Cody for removing the damaged flooring and getting everything dry and to Eric, Hunter and Angel for putting it all back together. These guys are great. I would recommend them to anyone requiring their services.

I really liked using CTR!!! We are in the end stages of selling our house, and through our inspection, we found traces of mold in our attic and crawl space. When I called for an estimate, they were very quick to get someone out to our house. We called two different companies to get estimates, and because of our time crunch and the customer service I received when talking to my project manager Ivan, we went with CTR. Even though we had some issues and setbacks, they know what mine are, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and was able to come back out and go above and beyond what was asked of them to make sure our project was done right. Thank you to Brain, the manager, Ivan, my project manager, Mike, and his team for doing the job that they were hired to do. Thank you for the prompt service and work that you've done for us.

I live next to this building. I’ve asked multiple times for them to move this giant trailer blocking all view of oncoming traffic. I almost get in a wreck everything single morning because they refuse to move it.I wouldn’t come here because you’ll probably die trying to get into their parking lot. Because, they don’t care about your safety. Which is a huge issues when it comes to a company who’s job it is to safely clean your house when an emergency happens.0 stars. 0 humanity.

Our fireplace hadn’t been used in a very long time and had a number of complications to the sweeping of it. CTR’s guys worked on it and used every trick in the book to get our chimney safe for burning again. They did great work, and didn’t give up when the chimney gave them problems. So grateful to Ivan, Mike, and Angel!

For my first experience with a roof leak that went down the wall and into my bathroom, I was please to work with Ivan Martinez, Cody, and his team for mitigation. They came out right away. They explained the concerns and the process, and then kept me informed of the plan, the schedule, and next steps. They were very knowledgeable and took time to answer all of my questions, even above and beyond the mitigation process. I recommend them for their timely responsiveness, good communication, and getting the job done well. The repair steps have not begun yet, but I do plan to use their repair team as well.

CTR is a great company to work with. I highly recommend them. Brian is compassionate and professional. He took the worries of our soot claim right off my plate! Ivan promptly came to assess our whole house damage and coordinated things throughout the process. Mike and Tyla were very efficient as they started the process by cleaning all of the ductwork. I can’t say enough about the cleaning ladies- they were absolutely AWESOME!! So respectful and amazing in their cleaning abilities! The black soot, that was literally everywhere, just magically disappeared under their fingertips and they are very hard workers willing to go the extra mile. Paul is a fabulous and tidy painter! Tyla also did a great job, again, while assisting him. The ceilings look so bright and clean now! Steve was also willing to help do some cleaning and room prep. First time using a cleaning service in 30 years of property management. I had a very satisfying experience with CTR on every level from a personal response and estimate from Gabriel within 30 minutes of my call to having two really hard working and very pleasant young gals, Rose and Tina, ( thank you girls again😇) put in 2 1/2 days of painstaking cleaning in one of my old historical homes, built by an associate of Frank Lloyd Wright that was abused by a tenant. It was bad. I also had Ivan do his very best to salvage the carpets and bring some life back to them. Thank you Ivan. The job entire job hasn't been completed yet, but we were very impressed with Eduardo and his excellent work in laying the carpet. He was very pleasant and accommodating. He worked hard and finished the same day he started the job. The job he did was very well done and we are very pleased with his work6/8-6/11This past week Eduardo and Quinton came back, finished the dry wall, painted and reinstalled the doors and shelving. They did a great job as usual. My mom's home in Rupert, Idaho had a sudden leak from her water heater on a Friday night. Saturday morning Gabriel and crew showed up and quickly dried everything, repaired all thing, laid new flooring and completely restored her closet where the water heater was located. I just wanted to thank the team at CTR, especially Mitigation Manager, Gabriel Martinez, for their incredible assistance and service for two incidents that occurred recently. The first incident involved a flood from a toilet at a friend’s house. They were so responsive and professional and the work they did was outstanding from start to finish. Within the same week, the CTR team fixed my heat pump which had perplexed previous repair companies. They had it up and running in no time. I can’t express my appreciation enough. We had a flood in our laundry room Jobina and Ivan came right out (1.5 hour drive to get to us) that night to fix it. Gabriel, Ivan, and Steven were awesome knocking out the remediation and getting us cleaned up. They obviously knew what they were doing, were polite and respectful of our home while they worked. I would highly recommend the CTR Twin Falls team! The clean up team was great! They deserve 5 stars.However, we also used CTR for the remodel. I would not recommend. In the end the work done was fine. However, they showed up late/left early most days since we live in Mtn Home and they're out of Twin Falls. A job we were told would take 3 days took 6 costing us additional time off from work. They left a huge gap under our baseboards/door frame that we had to ask them to fix, forgot to do part of the work which we had to remind them to finish and the communication sucked. The manager, Brian, was not a good communicator or scheduler. Not impressed. Wouldn't recommend.Long story short, the clean up team was great. The remodel team not so much. Hire your own contractor and save yourself the headache.

Ivan Steven and Gabe were incredible. Quick efficient and funny! I appreciated them coming out and cleaning out my dryer vents/ducts. Nice to have a product expert. And we didn't know we needed a new dryer hose until they came either. Will save me so much time drying my clothes.
