Awesome job cleaning my carpet!!Brian did a fantastic job and explained everything to me. My carpets are clean and smell fresh. Most importantly Brian was able to get rid of stains, pet hair and odors from the previous owners. I highly recommend Mr. Steam, you won't be disappointed.

Brian and his son did a great job. They were very professional and efficient. His son, Brian, spent time explaining everything they did when they were done, and gave us a bottle of cleaning solution. Kelly, in the office, was very easy and pleasant to work with to set up a time for an estimate and worked around our schedule. We received reminder calls and calls/texts saying they were on their way, so communication was very good. And it's so nice to know that our carpet is clean! We would definitely recommend Mr. Steam and will use them again!

We have cream colored carpet all throughout our house and having 3 kids and 3 dogs so they were pretty gross. Mr. Steam came and did an amazing job! They look so clean again! Definitely recommend them!

I cannot say enough great things about Mr. Steam’s service! Kelly was able to work me in quickly before Christmas. She was honest about expectations after my dogs had several inside accidents. I waited a few days to see how my car Works would look and they look phenomenal and very clean. some people think steam leaves water, but this is not true with a good carpet cleaning company like Mr Steam. thank you Brian Jr and we will be customers for the lifetime.

Excellent job from this long-time/locally-owned Twin business for our move-in carpet cleaning! We had an anti-allergen treatment done for pet allergies and dust mites, and have been very happy with the results (no allergies)! Mr Steam is great on professionalism, being on time and is always responsive to my concerns and call backs. They are great to work with and usually can get me in pretty quick when I call unexpectedly because of my dog throwing up on my carpet. They also do a great job on cleaning rugs. Thanks Mr Steam!!

Phone scheduling to the actual carpet cleaning, everyone was very polite & professional. You'll be extremely pleased with their service. And, I very much appreciated the Veteran discount applied to the final bill. I referred them to all my family & friends.** Only angst was inability to give qoute over phone. They charge by square-footage, and they measure at time of appointment.**So, if you know your square-footage wanting cleaning, then maybe they can give a phone estimate??

They came and ended up walking into my house and the laundry room was flooded. He quickly called me and sucked up what he could and sent me pics because I live Boise. I don't know what I would have done if they hadn't been there to help me. They went above and beyond and once the repairs were done they came back and cleaned the carpets and did a great job.
