We had water damage done to our bathroom and had no clue what we needed to do. Right after we filed a claim with our insurance, quality restoration came out the same day to get to work on our bathroom. Quality restoration was so informative and worked very well with our insurance. They were professional, kind, and made all our stress less stressful! They were quick to respond and their manager gave us his number so we could reach out with any questions or concerns, when we needed to. Brent and his guys did an awesome job on cleaning and repairing our bathroom floor after our septic backed up.They were fast and easy to work with. Brent kept me posted on everything they were doing and was easy to understand as I don't know much about floors and construction. I asked a lot of questions about upgrading floors, repairing and painting walls and upgrading our kitchen. He gave me a lot of great ideas and referred me to some great people to work with about replacing our floors in the living room and kitchen. He is very detailed and does excellent work. I ultimately did not need to hire quality restoration services, but when I called, I got an immediate response! I got so much excellent advice, outlining the insurance claims and contracting process. I was so impressed with Brent’s clear instructions, guidance, advise and de-escalating me from my flooding scenario that I was bummed I didn’t need to hire them at the end (because my insurance company is garbage and denied my claim). Will definitely save this company for if/when I may need them as they were prompt, professional, compassionate and just really made a great impression.

We had a pipe burst in our basement. I called 3 plumbers but was told it was at least a week wait time. This is a very honest review about Quality Resortation Services, my experience with restoration companies is limited, partly due to the fact I have only experienced one major plumbing problem in my life, that did some extensive water damage to my floor. But I am very pleased and relieved that I used QRS, they were easy to get a hold of, arrived in a very timely manner, very professional and friendly crew. It is extremely stressful to deal with plumbing and water damage like I went through, the last thing you need is a difficult or incompetent crew, and this is something I did not have to go through with this company. They were Awesome and I cannot say enough good about them. I hopefully never have to call a Restoration company again, but if I do, I will certainly call Quality Restoration Services again. And I want to thank Brent Howard, he was extremely fair towards me, and it is rare to find someone that cares as much as he does. A Very Thankful Customer.

We had our kitchen, bathroom and laundry area remodeled. Brent told us it would be difficult and it was! Living in a construction zone is not for the faint of heart.but our kitchen is beautiful! Bathroom not quite done yet due to delays in shipping and the quartz countertop cut for the wrong size of sink, but they fixed it at no charge! The floors are so beautiful we’re having the bedrooms done in March
