Short Story:Give this company a go! Their service and prices are awesome! Great communication as well!Long Story:My old 30 plus year furnace died at the end of January so I was in need of a new one. Did my research and asked coworkers and sent my request on Angie's list. At first I was really skeptical with this company because as soon as I sent a request online they tried to contact me through my email and left messages. But I figured I'd take a chance and give (I believe her name was Candy) a call back and receive an estimate. Looking back, I'm glad to say I did because I think I probably got the best deal in my location as this company has been very easy and very communicable with. The comfort Advisor (Isaiah) came to visit and showed me some simple options in a brochure as well as took a look at my old 94' York Furnace. I did not feel at all that he was trying to upsell me, IN FACT he advised me to keep to a cheaper lower efficiency furnace due to how low my gas bill already was with the old 94' furnace. Basically, it wasn't worth an extra 10 to 20% off my gas bill if my bills were already so low; in my personal case, the extra squeeze of savings isn't worth the extra components in a higher efficiency furnace which would increase the amount of things that could go wrong versus a normal 80% furnace.Though they have the ability to sell other higher tier brands of furnaces, they seem to heavily sell the Franklin brand which seems to be a variant of Goodman furnaces. From what research I could do, Franklins are exactly the same as Goodman furnaces but their mid-tier furnaces were a little better made because their heat exchangers were made of stainless steel instead of aluminized steel (but for the same price!). It took me some time deciding, but I eventually settled with a mid tier 80% Franklin Furnace that had dual stage.The two techs, Guillermo and Tony, were very professional and courteous on my property. Though I could tell Tony was the more experienced one and Guillermo probably was also training under him as well, both were still very thorough and careful in their job and didn't mind asking any questions I had while they installed my unit. They even went the extra length of installing the new condensate pump I purchased earlier, replacing some worn out insulation, and even removed the old limiter switch in my old furnace so I could resell it. They even went ahead and installed a new smart thermostat for me when my current Google one was suddenly not working (at no extra cost!).After installation, they cleaned up very thoroughly and made sure I had all my questions answered before leaving.As of writing this review I now have a fully functional, brand new furnace heating my home and voice controlling it with my Google account. I can even tell my two stage is much more quiet than my old furnace and heats up my home just as good (if not better).Overall this has been an EXCELLENT experience! The cost was only $5,500 tax included (originally 4000 but I was willing to pay for an extended labor warranty) for a two-stage 80% furnace which included a 12-year parts, 10 year labor, and 20 your heat exchanger warranty (basically I no longer have to worry about parts and labor costs for the next 10 years!). Other places would definitely have wanted at least $7400 (tax not included) for the same preferences. When my AC and water heater eventually need to be replaced as well, I will definitely call this company again!

I was very satisfied with the service call to install a new furnace. The technicians were prompt, and completed the job without any wasted time. They took away all the debris and old furnace and left the area cleaner than they found it. They were also respectful of the house and made an effort to minimize their presence during the call. I would recommend Right Now to others who need furnace repair or replacement.

Allan and Eric the installers were very professional and polite. They showed respect to me and my belongings. They took the time to explain what they were doing and about how long it would take. Which a complete new heating and air conditioning system install was accomplished the same day. They cleaned up after themselves and took all the old stuff away. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. It was almost like they had been here before. I feel that we got the best product and price. We were told if we found a cheaper price that we would be reimbursed the difference. It was only 3 days from when our 30 year old system was serviced to when a new one was installed. I would definitely recommend Right Now Heating and Air to anyone.

We had Right Now come and perform our annual maintenance for our air conditioner and the mini-split in the garage. The technician they sent was Jason and he was tremendous! He was professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did he answer all of my wife’s questions, but he gave her visual references to assist with her understanding. We’re going to see if we can request Jason to be our technician the next time we need help.Thank you for being so great!

Really appreciated the speed of service since I was experiencing a black flow issue with my gas water heater. So happy with the new furnace! Much more efficient, keeps the house super cozy. The install team was great - it was raining buckets on the day they installed it and it was located under the house. They were very considerate and not a bit of mud or dirt in the house. They answered all our questions and were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Kaiden came to do a Full System Tune-Up and he was great! He was polite, courteous, and willing to answer any questions. He cleaned the area after he was done and even offered to take the trash out if it was trash day. After his visit I received an email with the paid invoice and the pictures he took to show me how everything was looking, this was very much appreciated. JACOB the Technician did all the work at our house. I do the Heater and Water Heater services EVERY YEAR with Right Now Heating and AC. Jacob was prompt and professional and knowledgeable. He’s a great asset to this company We’ve NEVER had issues with this business and I highly RECOMMEND their services and their employees are always courteous. We will definitely continue to do business with them every year. We also bought our heating system and that has been working fabulously as well.

We were extremely satisfied with the service we received. The diagnosis of the problem was quick and the fix only took a few minutes. We are back in operation and everything is warm and comfortable. Our technician did a great job of explaining the Cost benefit of fixing the existing part, or replacing it with a new one, making our decision and easy one. The technician that came out to diagnose my AC not working was very professional and very clean. He also was very thorough with his troubleshooting and gave me a diagnosis that I was content with. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable employees. They showed up same day and I wanted a new system to replace a 40 year old wreck. Showed great respect for my home. Had to do lots of fabrication to mate to existing venting still, day and a half we were pumping hot air. This was a big system also. Fit and finish perfect. They cleans up nicely. Sarah called often to inform me of schedules and arrival times. She should get a raise. Good voice of the company.

I called Right Now to see if they could service my furnace, heat pump, and flush my water heater and they came out the very next day! The technician was amazing! He was very thorough and quite proficient at his work. He was friendly and respectful even wearing shoe covers in the house as he checked the thermostats. Jeff came out to do maintenance on my furnace and did a great job. He was prompt, answered all my questions and was very professional. I will continue using this company for maintenance and all my heating and cooling needs. They were running a special for the winter and guaranteed equipment will run smoothly for 12 months. If I have any problems in the next 12 months it's warrantied in case something goes wrong. Gives me peace of mind knowing they thoroughly checked things out. Good service. Very happy with them.

Three days ago, I hired Right Now Heating and Air for an HVAC tune-up. Despite my AC working fine last year, the technician informed me that the compressor was failing this year. He attempted to demonstrate the system's improper startup and unusual noises. Immediately, I was advised to replace the unit and received a quote on the same day. Fortunately, seeking a second opinion proved beneficial, as another company quickly identified that the wires in the condenser control box were incorrectly swapped within five seconds of inspection. After rectifying the wiring, my AC resumed normal operation without any issues. It's disheartening to encounter such negligence and dishonest people within this company, and I caution others to steer clear of their services.

Jesse came and did a tuneup on furnace, and water heater. He did the job in a timely manner and seemed very knowledgeable. He did a great job and was very diligent in communicating and explaining about what was found and took pictures of the furnace and water heater to show those findings; he also gave tips on how to maintain them. He was very personable and friendly. The customer service was great!

I needed to have my water heater replaced and Right Now was referred to me for the job. They sent out Cache to do the job. He was fantastic! He explained everything really well and took his time to make sure the job was done right. He even cleaned up after himself. I would recommend Cache and the rest of the Right Now team. Fantastic ! The techs are courteous and good at their job. I’m very happy with Right Now Heating & Cooling. The Boise City Building Dept Inspector was worried that the Swamp-Cooler on my mobile-home roof might feed the replaced furnaces exhaust gases back into the house. Even though that exact configuration had been there for 25 years, Right Now sent their technicians out and they removed the dead Swamp-Cooler, closed the opening, and capped it. The inspector recommended extending the b-vent stack up another 3 feet. But, I thought heck, just get rid of the Swamp-Cooler. And Right Now H&C did it ! They did all that extra work . They disassembled the Swamp-Cooler and disposed of the old rusted away Parts and closed up the roof opening ! All is well on the Boise Bench. ;-)

Had used right now twice and both times they were friendly, punctual, affordable and fast. This past week I had them quote me for a new furnace, 5 new windows and running a gas line into my kitchen. They were priced under what other companies wanted for just windows. And they came the next morning to replace the furnace and run the gas line. I had Right Now Heating and Air come out to do a maintenance check on our air conditioning system. We found a ton of things that needed fixed and our tech was able to fix it all I'm one trip. Jeff M came out and found my electric furnace had been smoking. I can’t smell so I had no idea there was fire danger. Jeff didn’t know I couldn’t smell so it was for real. Anyway he ordered the part took a few days to get. In the meantime he left me 2 space heaters which I able to make do. Jeff came again and replaced the fried part with the replacement and made sure I had heat again before leaving. Jeff was very knowledgeable and straight to the point. Great personality and easy to ask questions to. I’ll definitely call Right Now in the future if need be.

I called Right Now Heating and Cooling to do a pre-season tuneup on our two AC systems. The technician, Manny, was terrific and was kind enough to walk me through everything he was doing, explaining the parameters he was looking for in assessing the performance of the two units. He took his time in explaining everything he was doing, and he even did a free water heater flush while he was here. Manny was a real pro!
