Snake River, Pool and spa was great to work with. They can explain the features of all the hot tub tubs very well, advise on colors, and make sure that you get the hot tub that you really want/need. Our installation was for a new construction house. They were very flexible on taking delivery of the hot tub and keeping it for us until the house was completed. The installation went smoothly and they were a lot of help with getting the chemicals set up so that we could use the hot tub right away. They communicated very well throughout the entire process and always followed up at the right time. Johnny and Travis were a lot of help.

I was 30 days out from making a purchase of a hot tub to be installed at my new home. Lynette cook and her staff showed me how to make the purchase that same day and take advantage of some big savings. I saved thousands and continue to save even more when I purchase products needed to keep the hot tub prestine and it has been one of the most relaxing and rewarding and fun purchases I have ever made. Sergio provided very professional tech service today, when he brought the new pump/motor assembly to install. He explained what was happening and completed the work in the expected amount of time. The repairs were covered by warranty, and we're very happy to have our spa back up and running again.

We have a spa that was old enough, finding parts was difficult. Our service tech, Sergio, texted me with updates according the progress of our repair. When the special parts arrived, he texted me with an arrival time for installation. Sergio showed up as promised, performed the work quickly and competently, and then even called the next day, to make sure the spa had heated to correct temp and performing satisfactorily. We also appreciated Sergio's attitude, both friendly and professional.

We recently had my parent’s spa transferred to our house, and Snake River Pool and Spa took out our older one. All who made this happen were amazing. I appreciate how quickly Jim was able to organize this, especially in cold weather, and drain and winterize both spas. And with the help of Jim and “muscleman” Shawn Monroe it couldn’t have gone any better. Once the spas were swapped and ours was in place, we did run into an issue with the control board, and even though it was getting later in the day, Tory (service manager) came right out and put in a new one. And did it quickly. Tory also gave me a crash course and explained the in and outs of the spa. Very knowledgeable and a nice guy. The next day I took over a water sample for analysis, and Bianca knew exactly what I needed to treat the spa. Others there were helpful as well. We have used Snake River Pool and Spa for over 20 years, and we look forward to many more. Thank you to Jim and the Spa team!

Customer service was top notch! Drove 4 hours for a hot tub and they helped me load and strap onto my trailer without even asking even went the extra step in putting old hot tub covers around the tub to protect it on the trip home and Lynette was very helpful in answering the 1000 qquestions over a few days i had about the variety of tubs out there today twin falls snake river pool&spa is a no Brainer if youre looking for anything hot tub/spa, pool or sauna.

Recently had another great experience with Snake River Spa! We just moved and Snake River Spa saved the day with helping us coordinate the moving of our hot tub. Sierra (Twin Falls Service Coordinator) was awesome when it came to scheduling the service and gave a great customer experience. Brent and Raymond showed up right on time and took the bull by the horns in moving the hot tub off our property, a smooth and easy process. We are very happy with our purchase of a Hot Spring spa. Lynette Cook in Twin Falls was incredibly helpful in helping us choose a spa without any of the high pressure tactics you see at some dealers. The delivery staff was professional and courteous as was Brittany who made an orientation visit. The in-store staff in Twin, as well as the Boise and Meridian locations are extremely helpful and friendly. This is our second spa and the experience has been much better at Snake River Pool and Spa than our first purchase from another dealer.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences that I have ever had in making a purchase. Greg and his install crew were so great to work with. From the beginning Greg walked me through the different kinds of hot tubs and came up with some different options so I could get the most out of my purchase. He helped me with the financing and made sure I was pleased with everything. The install crew was more than fantastic - it was a challenge to remove my old tub and install my new one; but they were very pleasant to me and very mindful of my property. Walked me through the whole install process and operation of my new tub. They made sure before they left that everything was done to my satisfaction and gave me numbers to call if I had any questions. Tory Harvey stuck with me from start to finish. From the minute I said I was interested in buying a hot tub clear through installation! He showed me many hot tubs and was patient and very informative about all of them. Never once did I feel like I was getting the “car salesman “ experience! JJ has been a pleasure to work with and make sure that we are having a great experience with our new hot tub, especially being new owners. Johnny was fantastic in making sure that we understood how to use out hot tub and keep it maintained to keep it in good working order and to get the most out of our hot tub. We use the new hot tub every night and sleep so much better. The customer service (both before and after the sale) has been the best and top notch. We will never purchase a spa from any business other than Snake River Pool and Spa.
