I write this review with a certain amount of hesitation because I don't want to have to book out several months or weeks to get Accurate back in my house for other projects. Going through the thousands of home-repair / remodel companies out there is a giant haystack. Ryan and the entire Accurate Contracting Services team is the needle made of pure platinum. Ryan was fantastic in communicating in the "early and often" methodology. There was never really a chance to ask questions because he had explained thing so thoroughly. We have gorgeous new windows thanks to Accurate and are definitely planning to use again.Oh - and this should be the clincher for everyone: they show up on time and leave a clean workspace behind them. If nothing else - that speaks massive volumes for this company.

Did some contractor researh online and found Acurate, not knowing them we took the chance with them and they did not disappoint. We had Ron, Ryan and the crew install new plank flooring and new windows thruout our home and the results are wonderful. I have recomended them to others and will not hesitate to have them back. I recently had all my windows and sliding patio door replaced with Accurate Contracting. I dealt with both Ron and Ryan and both were fantastic. If you want contractors that do good work, will get back to you in a timely manner, keep you updated, explain things and show up on time or even early to the job site they are your guys. Ryan also worked with me in writing up a document for my HOA since keeping the original window design on one of the windows was not going to be structurally sound in the long term. They identified the issue early on together with the window manufacturer, came up quickly with an alternate option and were patient and super helpful while I got the new configuration approved by the board at the next meeting.Service: Vinyl window installation & replacement

I was in the market for new windows and patio door. After a few days of searching online and reading reviews I came across Accurate Contracting. I contacted them and a few days later Ryan and Ron came over to give me a quote on windows and patio door. At first I wasn’t sure if I was getting the sales line on how good they are and all that. After a few days I decided to go ahead with the project. Ryan gave me a estimated date on when the windows and door would be ready. They showed up within the timeline and they got on the install early that morning. 7 of the 11 windows and patio door were installed first day. The remaining windows were installed a few days later due to weather. After the first batch of windows we’re installed I came home from work and was very pleased with the work and quality. So impressed I told a co worker who was looking for windows as well. The whole process was great. Ryan was in contact and responded to all questions quickly. I plan on using Accurate Contracting for my future home remodel needs and would recommend them to anyone.Services: General door installation, Window installation

Accurate replaced our roof, gutters, and windows last summer. The experience was great every step of the way. Some of the work they did with us was paid through insurance and they were great at explaining what was happening at each step of the way and ensuring that we understood the process. During the process they consistently met their schedules and were very responsive to our needs whenever we contacted them. The work they did looks great and was at a reasonable price. We plan on using Accurate for more work in the future and would recommend them to anyone having work done on their home.

I've had two very major projects done on my house by Accurate over the past two years. They did a beautiful job that really transformed my home. I contacted them initially about a roof repair and they were great in handling the insurance claim, the county office and even helped with an emergency basement flood. Their work is precise, beautiful and they helped me stay in my budget. Ron and Ryan are THE BEST!

This is the place to go for a good honest company. Ryan and Ron kept me happy and that isnt always a easy thing to do. They installed windows and window interior trim, absolutely beautiful job. We waited a few days to get a super father and son siding crew. Eric and Tim. The guys were perfectionists. An absolutely beautiful siding, soffit, and fascia job. And the day after they were here, the gutter crew showed up and were in and out in a short day. All around wonderful crews to talk to and work with. Accurate Contracting tore off the old and replaced the shingles and flashing on my roof. First off, Ron helped me pick the color (which I hadn’t considered) and I couldn’t be happier! Secondly, the crew was prompt and professional. They were extremely tidy and cleaned up every day before leaving. Ron’s bid was about $6000 which was the middle of the three bids I received. Beautiful job!!!

The attention and care these guys put into their work is impressive. The first project we had them do was repair some severe, structural water damage on a wall. They rooted out every rotted bit that spanned three floors and the interior finish work was seamless – you’d never know there had been a problem.The second project was the replacement of two windows which was completed as agreed within the forecast time frame.Currently they are remodeling the kitchen and I can hear their discussion as they work. I've had 2 "smaller" jobs with Accurate Contracting. One was an emergency as there was a leak in the dining area & the other was new flooring in the kitchen & laundry room. The thing I most appreciate about ACS is that they are always honest. For the leak, Ron told me they would hope to fix it the "easy way," but if that didn't work finding the problem, they would have to take the siding off. They also do a fantastic job; definitely high quality. Ryan advises you along the way as to what they will be doing & asks questions so they get it done how you want it. They clean up when they are done &, to be honest, my garage was cleaner when they left than before they started. When I redo the entire inside of my house, I will turn to ACS first. Highly recommend.

My house is 75 years old and involves many challenges when remodeling and making improvements. Accurate remodeling can problem solve and think outside of the box. I had contractors tell me a project could not be done, but Accurate Remodeling did it with beautiful results.This is the work they have done for me:Three season porch, composite deck, installation of two vinyl floors, remodeled my vestibule with barn wood, installed siding on three season porch and shed.The owner, Ron Peterson, always answers the phone and he keeps the line of communication open. ACS was able to quickly come out and give a evaluation and quote to some home repairs needed to meet an an inspection contingency for sale of our home. This was just at the start of the lock down activities IL and WI were implementing. They ran their business so well they had started to stick excess material so they could keep working. They successfully repaired a window, corrected a clearance issue with an electrical box by expanding a closet, and replaced boards that were rotting due to water penetration quickly and professionally.
