Global Exterior Experts recently completed a project on my townhouse. They replaced and painted all the wood trim on my home. I commend their office staff for keeping me informed of every step, from initial estimate inspection to a written formal estimate with photographs of my home which depicted every area of work to be completed. The crew that came to my home were incredible. Everything was cut to size, primed, caulked and painted to perfection. This crew, and as I would suspect all employees, were polite, considerate and conscientious. Their clean when completed was meticulous. I would recommend Global Exterior Experts to any and everyone. I will as my Homeowners Association to add them to our subdivisions list of approved and recommended contractors.

I hope this review helps someone who is searching for the perfect company to handle their roofing and siding project. I saved Global’s number in my phone about 5 years ago after seeing their sign at a few houses they had completed. When the time came for me to get a new roof and siding this year, I looked them up online and read recent reviews. I wanted a local company that was easy to work with and had a great reputation. Global was just that. From my first call to set up the inspection through the final walk around, the entire team was professional, punctual and took pride in my project. The before and after pictures are amazing. I love my “new house” and I’m sure the neighbors do too. Thank you Global team !

I am very happy with the service I received from Global Exterior Experts. My roof looks great.I consulted with Global after another roofing company replaced my roof and that roof failed inspection. The Global Salesperson was very knowledgeable, having had previous experience fixing other roofs with problems similar to mine. What I liked the most about the sales and office staff of Global is they were very patient despite all the questions I had for them at the start of the job and all the way to the completion of the job. I was in continuous contact with the office staff. They wanted to make sure I got all my questions answered. The rest of the crew were very professional, respectful, and had lots of skills - they found a major problem from the first job and fixed it, which required significant carpentry, creating special flashing/gutter guard, and marrying into the part of the previous job that was OK. They were committed to getting the work done right and worked well as a team.

I would recommend Global Exterior Experts to anyone wanting to make improvements/repair damage to their homes. They did all of the work, starting from making a claim with the insurance. We had a leak in our roof and the day they came out to assess the damage and quote us the price, they temporarily fixed it for free. They did not have to do that, but it shows what honest and good hearted people they are. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

First things first, I never leave reviews. But this one deserves it. Let me give you a background story…A tree fell on my house in April 2023, I tried finding a roofing company for almost two months but no one was willing to go that extra mile and fight my insurance for the repairs. Until I came across Global Exterior Experts (found them on TikTok lol).I’m pretty much a first time homeowner, I’m not too familiar with insurance, and ultimately I’m constantly paranoid that companies are just trying to scam me. I was hesitant of signing a contract with anyone, (girl has trust issues lol) but I’m glad I had G.E.E take on the job.From the start they were nothing but helpful and explained the process all very well. Not to mention communication was awesome. I’m big on texting vs having a phone call because I’m a busy working mom and they provided a texting service which was so convenient. They had to fight back and forth with my insurance in order to get my insurance to pay for all the roof repairs. It took a whole 9 months to finally get my roof and interior fixed but it was all worth it. (Jan 2024)Finally, Angie, Karizma, Xiotchil, and Reyna deserve recognition. This company could not run or function so efficiently if it wasn’t for them. They are the brains of the operation. (Who runs the world? GIRLS). The ladies at the office were amazing and the work crew was very hard working. They did an amazing job.It’s unfortunate that a tree fell on my home, but I was fortunate enough to have Global Exterior Experts take on this project.Book them for all your roofing needs if you’re a first gen, paranoid, Latina like myself.

Very professional and even the follow up customer service was very good. They were very responsive in communicating about an estimate for the job, when scheduling the work, when doing the work, and even after the work was finished. They finished the job in one day and all workers went to great lengths to protect the windows, lawn and other things around the property. The people who replaced my roof were incredibly efficient and obviously experts I’ve never had a roof replaced before, but I’d had five houses built over the years. I sat outside and watch ed them work. Everything they did was exactly as it should be. They even cleaned my yard better than I left it. I was more than pleased with the office staff at global because they took care of everything I didn’t have to deal with the insurance company other than tell them that I wanted global to represent me. The crew that came to replace our roof was very punctual. They were careful with our property. I know they are honest when they came back to replace a vent they installed but got a small dent. I would not have known that but they told me they would replace one vent that was dented. A couple of the crew members came back to finish the shutter we want replaced but they replaced the damaged vent first. Also, they did all the legwork talking to our home insurance. They explained how they determined the hail storm damage. They were also present when the insurance inspector came to look at our roof. Once the job was done, they cleaned up our property and used metal detectors to clear our property of screws, nails, nuts and bolts, etc. Great job!

Juan was a true professional. When he arrived for an estimate I explained to him what I needed done. He thoroughly looked and took pictures of the job area. He explained what needed to be done and asked me if I had any questions I said no, that he had provided me with all the information i needed. Quote was sent which i approved. Juan and his team arrived on time, they prepared the area where they were going to work by covering all floors. He than explained again what work will be done. He didn't hesitate to ask me if I had any concerns or for my input. Which I liked because the customer needs to be satisfied with all the work. In the end I was completely satisfied that I had him take measurements on gutters and window capping that I also want them to do. We had major work done and Global so far has not disappointed us on repairs of our home. Besides the repairs listed they also have replaced all the siding on our home and I also asked them to replace all of the siding that touches the ground up to 4ft high with brick. The craftsmanship and the way the brick layer built the overlay is absolutely beautiful and they also made sure the areas where the brick replaced the siding was well sealed at the foundation to prevent water seepage. I can't wait until my next project which will be a deck extension, new flooring in my garage and a new vaulted roof for the garage. Now the prices aren't cheap but neither is their work. They are affordable and have financing available, this is our home. We are totally satisfied and will undoubtedly use Global for our future projects. We have used Global Exterior for two separate jobs. Global replaced the roof, siding, soffit, fascia and gutters on our home and the venting for our laundry room.
